This era is all about embracing your highest self by focusing on career growth, self-improvement, and relying on a supportive community of like-minded women. It’s a time for productivity, success, and expanding knowledge—while nurturing creativity and self-expression. Ideally, this is a time to invest fully in yourself, uplift others, and build a foundation of success, knowledge, and meaningful connections.
Girlboss Mindset:
★This mindset mainly focuses on career, financial, and personal growth.
★Grind in school and/or work: prioritize studying, aim for all As, get the promotion, network with intention, dress for success, and continue honing professional skills
★Engage in self-improvement workshops (solo or group) once or twice a week on topics like public speaking, financial literacy, tackling your weaknesses, learning important skills, etc.
★Intellectual enrichment and skill building: read daily, listen to audiobooks, learn new skills or hobbies (like learning a language or DIY projects)
★Stay active & healthy: set a workout routine and stick to it, learn self-defense, do weekly pilates and core strengthening, start running, and stick to a healthy diet plan with real food
★Be proactive and cautious: get the fazer pepper spray or other protection, run errands (gym, store) during the day, avoid going out alone at night (even in safe areas), and stay aware of your surroundings.
★Civic duty: listen to informative podcasts from neutral/objective sources (NPR on spotify), if possible participate in public forums and town halls, engage with elected representatives, volunteer, and stay informed for every election especially local
Grandma Mindset:
★This mindset primarily focuses on self-expression and self-care through fulfilling activities and a supportive community of like-minded women.
★Get into gardening & live a self-sufficient life— you can start off with a small garden with herbs you use regularly.
★Set aside time each day for self-expression through nurturing old passions or new ones like journaling, poetry, art, crafting, sewing, etc.
★Prioritize self-care through meditation, grounding techniques, self-love practices, etc
★Shift your social energy from clubbing/bars/dating apps to meaningful connections and prioritizing activities that bring out your best self.
✧Instead of paying to party and being around strangers, try hosting/attending house gatherings, book clubs, wine nights, potlucks, etc with women & trusted allies.
✧Embrace alone time, create a regimen, do self care, do things independently, etc
✧Build a supportive community of women where you can connect, express your thoughts, and share experiences. This space allows for open discussions about potentially harmful/sketchy situations or people, helping everyone stay informed and safe.
✧Redefine dating: focus on self-growth and consider celibacy or, at the very least, raise your standards. Take time to get to know anyone new and prioritize safety by meeting in public spaces and avoiding going back to their place if you barely know them. Also trust your intuition.

gentle reminder you can rise up from everything. you can recreate yourself. nothing is permanent. you are not stuck. you have choices. you can think new thoughts. you can learn something new. you can create new habits. all that matters is that you decide today and never look back.
A little update on what I've been focusing on 💗
As I mentioned before I'm putting 70% of my effort into my studies at the moment and so far I'm having so much fun
It's become an addictive hobby if I'm being honest ,I've gotten a genuine thirst for knowledge and to be a master at whatever I do!
It's been a long road but I'm surely making my way back to the top ranks and it's internally fulfilling.
Here are some things I've contemplated over the time
☁️Exercise is essential☁️
Moving my body always seems to increase my brain power. After things like Yoga and pilates I'm so receptive to new information plus the added feeling of bodily bliss.
☁️The world waits for no one☁️
The world isn't going to stop for a few minutes for you to decide to do a workout. The world isn't going to stop for you to procrastinate of your work. The world isn't going to stop for you to get yourself together.
Things keep moving every second, contemplating over nothing or whether to do something you need to do or not to do it, is an utter waste of time sometimes. You are literally abusing yourself by being your own blockage to an array of possibilities.
Don't be the one at 50, crying, wishing you would've worked out more or could've studied harder in your youth.
☁️Journalling☁️
One of the best additions to my life, it helps me keep track of everything and document and organise my thoughts.
I highly recommend starting, because sometimes your brain over complicates things and the best solution would be to write it down and solve it logically on paper.
☁️Avoid the unhappy and unorganized☁️
It might sound a bit mean and by all means help these people if you can but be very careful, don't be dragged into their habits. Don't be dragged into their mindsets. Be wary as misery loves company. It's like an infection of sorts which recruits those who want to help at certain times.
Keep your standards when around people who sadly suffer with issues like these.
☁️Preparation is your best friend☁️
In academics, one of the best things you can always do is study the whole book you are given briefly. Knowing what's ahead is extremely helpful and is a big advantage in many situations.
☁️Don't be afraid to say the old version of you died☁️
You are like water, forever changing and I see some people holding onto their false identities and becoming like a rock in a flowing river.
I believe it's healthy to shed your skin once in a while.
I have changed so much, during the years and I have come to terms with throwing away my old template and creating a new one to suit my present self.
☁️Develope hobbies☁️
Not for other people but just for you in general, I wear my skills and knowledge like accolades on my body.
Being a multi faceted being adds so much more zest to yourself and your life.
Over the years I have picked up things like :
Pottery (I make little pots in whatever style I want to store my jewellery)
Art (I'm well educated in pastels, painting, drawing, you name it!)
Music (Sadly this used to be my best skill but I lost a lot of experience during the years, I used to be able to play 5-7 instruments and it would always be a fun surprise at events, I always used to go play piano at my aunt's house with her daughter who was an expert at it)
Literature ( One of my favourites. Reading, learning, analysing and immersing yourself into the hand written creation of another. You learn so much from viewing things from the lense of another)
Those are just a few that you can easily start with!
☁️Pick up a community sport☁️
Lots of networking happens at sports events and being part of them would be very beneficial to you.
Save up for high quality equipment and try a sport.
Horse riding and Tennis are my favourite!
I love my horse and the sport in general is full of wonderful competitive people.
Tennis is so fierce but beautiful as well.
Tennis is a game of love and many great friendships can be formed on a court.
Get yourself a good quality and firm gripped racket and give it a try.
☁️Get in touch with your spiritual side (if you're into that stuff)☁️
I feel the most grounded and balanced when I practice my spirituality.
It's a little addition that makes life so much brighter for me.
the secret to living a calm and confident life lies in being organised and prepared. when you are always scrambling, searching, stumbling, you create an energy of chaos. part of respecting yourself is adequately preparing yourself for what lies ahead, through organisation and practise.

GUIDE TO THE MINDSET GLOW UP 🎀
♡ | positive mindset
easier said than done, but it has such a huge impact in our life. we as humans tend to always think negatively of everything, resulting us to give up. but what if it will work out? what we think constantly reflects in our reality and actions. why do we have to always blame ourselves for everything, why do we have to be anxious over little things, why do we have to always think of the worst when we can just flip the words, meaning, love and believe in ourselves.
- ways to have a positive mindset
the bus theory - when u see the bus that you missed u don’t actually run after it, right? you just wait for another one, knowing that it 100% will be here. think of your opportunities/relationships etc that you’ve "lost" as this bus.
the universe/god never says no; it either says yes , not yet or I have something better for you.
practice self-care, be gentle to yourself. you are waking up and always trying and it’s enough.
the moments you thought that are the "worst" are only moments now, and you’re still here. Be proud of yourself for that
a little rain doesnt have to ruin the parade
practice meditation. clean mind = better mood
journal journal journal (I’m going to make a post of journal benefits soon)
this absolutely doesn’t mean that you always have to be positive about everyone and everything. If you feel sad or feel like crying let it all out. if you feel drained allow yourself to sit all day and watch shows. it’s all about accepting yourself and not "I’m such a failure I did nothing today" instead "it’s okay, I have tomorrow where I can try again".
♡ | discipline > motivation
motivation comes and go, but discipline is forever. you are scared and not trying? It’s okay, do it while being scared. count to 3 and start doing something, take action. just DONT sit around. have a plan and don’t try to do everything all at once, or you will be easily drained . everyday do something better for 1% and you’ll see how just in a short while this 1% will be 100%.
a very good episode of mimi’s :
♡ | kindness to yourself is kindness to everyone
treat yourself with love and respect before others. everyone in this world is a human and I do not wish for you or them to spread hate. we all have bad days and this is exactly why we should so self-care or reach out to someone, but never blame anyone for anything.
you don’t owe anyone anything, but kindness and respect.
what you give is what you receive.
respect is not earned, disrespect is.
♡ | no one knows you better than you do
no you are not horrible for the mistakes that you’ve made. do you know what makes you horrible? not acknowledging them. if you wronged someone, apologize. even if it’s too late and the relationship is lost, I’m so proud of you for realizing your mistake and trying to do better. learn AND improve. accept yourself for all the pluses and minuses. you’re a crybaby? good because I’m too, and it’s absolutely okay. In fact, I think vulnerability is very powerful. you are human and you don’t have to be perfect. thrive for being better not perfection. do not listen to rumors or someone thinking that you are a bad person. you in fact know that you are not and it’s all that matters. why do you care if you are enemy in their story , they aren’t heroes in yours either.
insecurity is loud, confidence is quiet.
♡ | boundaries
to stay away from toxic people you have to have boundaries. I think the most common type here is "people pleasing" so here’s my post to help you to stop being one.
when someone does something that makes you uncomfortable, please let them know about it. you don’t have to tolerate this behavior. your own peace is the most important thing ever.
if they still repeat their actions then well … it’s time to say goodbye.
if you think that you will "lose" everything by setting boundaries please go back to the top and read the "ways to have a positive mindset" :)
watch youtubers, listen to podcasts etc to connect with people like you and improve your mindset alongside with boundaries.
here’s my list of my favs, but you can find waaaay more on tumblr
♡ | confidence
be confident, trust yourself, and never let anybody put you down. If anybody puts you down, it’s because they’re jealous. – Adriana Lima
do not compare yourself with ANYONE. the person you are looking at and saying "I wish I was her" might be doing the same. compare yourself with YOUR dream girl that you have in your head. your only competition is you.
after boundaries, positive mindset, discipline, naturally comes the confidence. loving yourself and staying true to yourself is what confidence exactly is.
no fake it till you make it, no difficult words, just you . take it easy.
♡ | tip: body language and fitness
this is more on the physical side but I advice you to learn a little bit about body language. It helps you to appear confident and attractive. my "go to’s" are entering the room with high head and good posture, never sitting on your phone (as in checking the weather app awkwardly etc not when someone calls or texts u) when coming to an unknown place.
fitness helps to relieve stress and clear out your mind when you don’t want to meditate. and by fitness I don’t mean intense workouts, a 5 minute workout that you enjoy is enough. also walking 10.000 steps a day also counts as fitness to have a healthy and balanced life.
I , for example, have a playlist with different workouts and I do each on of them on different days, whenever I feel like choosing one. sometimes I don’t even work out I just walk 7-10K steps :)
— the end ♡
in conclusion I just want to say ITS OKAY ITS OKAY ITS OKAY. You are fine. You are enough. Make mistakes, be sad, improve, be disappointed, try, love, learn, thrive. The purpose of this post is for you to understand that DONT exist , LIVE. Because life is worth living for. You were, are, will be okay.
to all of my dolls finding themselves:
originality is the "aesthetic" you are looking for. individuality is the "it factor" you are looking for. from your personality, pieces, hair, cadence of voice...even down to your favorite foods or special interests. you aren't supposed to change every aspect about yourself to be more palatable for everyone you meet. that actually makes you BORING!!!
"but so and so is doing this" "but what if people don't like it" ... so??? don't take people disliking your aesthetic as a sign that you need to do something different. like, of course they don't like it or have second thoughts - it's because THEY wouldn't do it themselves because it wouldn't go with THEIR given aesthetic. HELLOO??????
unless they are like minded, stop asking other people to weigh in on the things you CLEARLY like about yourself. especially if it's a core personality trait or interest. your LIFE isn't a group project. your LIFE is not a co-op game.
and yes... people will try to force you to assimilate and follow the crowd by speaking misfortune on your rebrand, your expression, your hobbies, your chosen path out of jealousy. however, that jealousy is lowkey unspoken respect for the fact you have the candor to go against homogeneity.
your authentic dedication to everything that makes you YOU is what will bring you the illustrious life you so fervently seek in the end...not some book a celebrity wrote or a youtube video. it's in YOUR DNA to be a star already in anything you want to do.
there isn't one tutorial on this world wide web that will help you if you don't realize you have the components within you first. there is NOTHING wrong with you!!! you are EVERYTHING that is right already!!!
NEVER conform to the way they think you should shine.
