I literally can't handle this anymore, I'm going back to my dorm today and I'm literally not gonna eat until I literally can't keep going anymore. I'm so sick of my body and everything going on in my life rn.
i didn't really like fasting and found it a bother in the beginning, but the more I practiced, found what worked for me n what made it easier, the more progress that I made and the more addicting it got.
If done right, I can get to a fast of 16 to 18 hours with no issue, even 24 with a little push. Once doing 24h fasts become as easy as the 16 to 18 hours one, I'll try to push for maybe 30 hours or so.
I wish I was a pickier eater
Maybe I'm just balls deep into my £d but I don't get the hype of having 3 meals a day. I understand ppl who have it because they legit need it to function (esp while you're alr struggling w an £d and splitting your calories throughout the day works best for you), and ppl w/ a b.e.d. Finding comfort in food is a thing and I get it.
But otherwise... why are ppl so obsessed w/ eating? You don't constantly need to shove food in your mouth. You can just go on w/ your day, do whatever you have to do and eventually eat when you're actually, properly hungry.
I'm not saying that ppl who are naturally skinny don't have their own struggles, but you can't convince me that you don't have it easier than ppl with slower metabolisms.
gang i used an app and if i eat around 700 cals everyday until my bday, I'll get to 60kg (130lbs). It's not my GW, but still a solid way better than were I'm at now
Exam season is coming around, which means I should make sure I'm not weak, but I can also use the excuse that I forgot to eat, because of the workload.
I wanna vomit, I hate my lower stomach.
What I find stupid is the amount of calories in sugar. While you can justify the amount of calories in a lot of foods (like oil) in one way or another, you can't really do that with sugar. It doesn't really have something nutritional in it like f.e. olive oil would. It's just making you fat for no reason.
Maybe I won't be skinny as a stick this summer, but I sure will be thinner by my birthday. Watch me lose 30kg by then.
no cuz the ppl who said that fasting is addicting were right. I've been progressively more interested in trying to fast, and started w 12 to 16 hours, and did a 24 hour recently. It's on my mind constantly now
