Affirmation Tapes Library
I recently discovered how useful affirmation tapes are, so I decided to make a library for them. I will add tapes to this whenever I find them, there will be tapes for shifting, manifesting, self concept, manifesting mindset and similar things.

keep urself clean and keep up with ur basic hygiene (shower every day)
get hungry for knowledge - go to libraries, read in coffee shops, etc.
always be kind and don’t talk crap about people! this is a big one because it really affects ur attitude and the way other people see u
stay organized. an easy way to do this is just to tidy ur room before you go to bed. this way, ur bedroom is more ur sanctuary
do ur hair pretty!! use accessories like scrunchies, headbands, claw clips, etc.
always have your essentials in ur bag (menstrual products, lip gloss, phone, earbuds, whatever makes u feel prepared)
remember that u don’t have to prove anything to others. make urself enough for u personally without worrying what other people think, because chances are they’re focused more on themselves
if u embarrass yourself, laugh it off and stay calm. u are above embarrassment babes, u are divine, so a little slipup won’t matter
have dance parties in ur room to songs that make u feel confident

remember that control doesn’t mean controlling other people. control means controlling ur own assumptions

shifting and manifesting is easy. i'll say it again, shifting and manifesting is easy. there is no secret trick. this is not meant with condescension. i understand why you'd struggle with it, hell i struggle with it too. but this is something that we need to know, the basic truth of it all: it is easy.
if shifting and manifesting doesn't feel easy for you right now, girl (/gn) i feel you. i so get you. our brains overcomplicate a lot of things. but let's change that, shall we?
when we talk about persisting, we're not talking about stressing over trying to keep your assumption as the dominant thought. we're talking about gently nudging your brain into line and correcting it when it's wrong.
"what if my brain yells at me that i'm doing this all wrong and that i'd never shift like this?" hold its hand. gently tell it that it's wrong. explain it softly, as if you're talking to a lamb with big brown eyes that doesn't get much. you understand that it's trying to protect you. you understand that it's just doing it's thing. but the thought is wrong. tell your brain that. tell your brain that as many times as it needs till it finally relaxes. shifting is easy. manifesting is easy. you have what you want. you are in your desired reality. breathe in, breathe out. repeat as needed.
