The Taylor Swift Room and the Reputation Room won't be done until we have their Taylor's Version re-release (it would only be fair!).

she starts her mornings with a glass of water and stretches because it makes her feel good
her evenings are a mix of journaling, dancing in her room and turning her phone off when she needs time to be introspective
sheβs empathetic and patient, specially with herself
sheβs a great listener, but she never lets herself be a dumping ground for negativity
sheβs not afraid to walk away from people who drain her energy and make her feel bad
her mantra is βi deserve to be cared, specially by myselfβ
she knows that healing can be messy and sheβs fine with taking one step at a time or even going one step back because life is not linear
sometimes she stays in bed all day because she knows that rest is productive too
she celebrates small wins like taking her vitamins/meds, finishing a good book etc. because she believes joy is found everywhere
she values quality over quantity in every part of her life
she surrounds herself with people who respect her boundaries
her style isnβt about trends: itβs about what truly resonates with her
she values the present moment, even when itβs messy
she leaves every person she meets better than when she found them
she reminds you that youβre allowed to be a work in progress and a masterpiece at the same time
she loves herself just the way she is <3

But what if⦠things work out, nothing bad happens, your hard work pays off, you get through this and prove yourself
the ability to see more beauty in the world is a skill. the more beauty you see, the more comes to you, the more you create yourself. so much of the disempowerment people feel is because they are trained to see the ugly and negative in everything. you have to unpick your mind from the lure of negativity and train yourself to find beauty. if you want a beautiful life, it starts with learning to find the beauty everywhere.
every morning run, every late-night study session, every mindful meal β it all adds up.
