shifting and manifesting is easy. i'll say it again, shifting and manifesting is easy. there is no secret trick. this is not meant with condescension. i understand why you'd struggle with it, hell i struggle with it too. but this is something that we need to know, the basic truth of it all: it is easy.
if shifting and manifesting doesn't feel easy for you right now, girl (/gn) i feel you. i so get you. our brains overcomplicate a lot of things. but let's change that, shall we?
when we talk about persisting, we're not talking about stressing over trying to keep your assumption as the dominant thought. we're talking about gently nudging your brain into line and correcting it when it's wrong.
"what if my brain yells at me that i'm doing this all wrong and that i'd never shift like this?" hold its hand. gently tell it that it's wrong. explain it softly, as if you're talking to a lamb with big brown eyes that doesn't get much. you understand that it's trying to protect you. you understand that it's just doing it's thing. but the thought is wrong. tell your brain that. tell your brain that as many times as it needs till it finally relaxes. shifting is easy. manifesting is easy. you have what you want. you are in your desired reality. breathe in, breathe out. repeat as needed.

for so long i always felt a sense of struggle when it came to my achievements. i could reach my goals but it always felt so hard, and it usually came paired with periods of burn out and malaise. then i found out why: i was often neglecting foundational needs, living in chaos and not taking proper care of myself, and trying to zoom straight to big-picture achievements.
below is my ultimate guide to 'the good life'. the more balance you can achieve in each category, the easier and more pleasurable it becomes to reach your goals. you will still have to stretch yourself and explore beyond your limits... but it should feel relatively nice because you are supported by a nourishing lifestyle.
you deserve a beautiful, healthy, passion-filled life. here's how you get it:
physical health: create nourishing routines for sleep, exercise, and nutrition. your literal energy starts here, so if youâre trying to bring positive energy to your life and achieve success, you need foundational energy.
mental and emotional health: build resilience and develop strategies for coping with pressure and stress. take care of your mental health always, not just when youâre already spinning out.
financial stability: learn to manage your money wisely. budgeting, saving, and debt management are a must.
your home: whether you have just a bed, a room, an apartment, or a whole house, create a safe, comforting space to recharge and feel grounded.
strong relationships: surround yourself with supportive and meaningful connections - so much about ourselves is defined by those we are close with so choose wisely.
meaningful work: follow your sense of purpose and find work or projects that bring a sense of fulfilment and satisfaction to your life. remember that it may not always be paid work. if you have no idea, just keep trying things and follow what interests you, while working on the next stage.

My room someday
Iâve been learning about manifestation and LOA for about 8 months now. It has finally clicked for me what instant manifestation is, after all this time. I donât feel like a lot of people clearly explain itâŚand Iâm someone who sometimes needs things explained to me like Iâm a 5-year-old lol. So, Iâm gonna break it down for you as clearly as I can, in case youâve had a hard time understanding it, too.
The word instant is usually defined as something happening right now; immediately; in this present moment. So, when weâre told âyou can manifest [this thing] instantly,â we might expect the thing to happen or appear immediately. I know, for me, this is how Iâve wavered because Iâm like, âhey, whereâs it at?â when it doesnât show up quickly or I feel as if Iâm waiting. And, Iâm sure that youâve experienced this feeling, too.
But, itâs not the thing that appears or happens instantly, itâs the bridge of events that happens instantly. After you affirm, reality immediately starts moving you towards the thing you want. Youâre put onto that bridge instantly. Everything that needs to happen in order to get you to what youâre manifesting is already starting to happen. Sometimes itâll be one small thing - the tiniest blip - thatâll get you there, sometimes itâll be multiple things happening and people involved thatâll get you there.
So, this is why you canât worry about the how and view it as âwaiting.â There are so many different ways that your thing can happen. Thinking of how it will or questioning how itâs possible is what can make you feel doubtful. Affirming that you have what you want puts you on that bridge instantly. Itâs already happening; you arenât waiting. Itâs already yours - youâre just being lead to it.
The analogy of manifesting being like ordering food at a restaurant can be used to understand how it works instantly. Youâre telling the waitress (putting it out there) that you want a certain meal (the thing youâre manifesting). The waitress now knows and sheâs in the process of writing it down, then giving the kitchen staff the information, and then the whole restaurant staff does whatever it is they need to do to make your meal and get it to you ASAP. This is how manifesting works and why itâs instant.
Also keep in the title âwaitress/waiterâ in mind - theyâre waiting on you. Itâs their job. They arenât trying to make you wait - in fact, they donât want to hear you complain lol. Theyâre waiting on you to tell them what you want and then making sure it gets to you. This is the same as your desired reality (the one where you have what you want) waiting on you to affirm for it, not listening to you say, âhey, why arenât you here? I donât believe that youâre mine and that I have what I want.â
Can you imagine going to a restaurant and as the waitress is writing down what you ordered, you go, âhey, whereâs it at?â and start looking around the restaurant for your food. Or you say, âI donât think youâll give me my food. Thatâs not possible.â No? Because thatâs crazy. People donât do that. This is why you affirm and donât ask where itâs at and go searching for it. You trust that itâs already yours and is coming to you because guess what? Itâs guaranteed youâll get it since you asked for it. Your meal (your manifestation) is already in the works; itâs your order that you put through. You donât have to worry about anything else. Just enjoy life in the present moment as your thing gets to you. The less you focus on the time and more you reassure yourself that itâs yours, instead of worrying, the quicker itâll show up or show up when you least expect it to.
The only time your manifestation wonât show up is if you change what youâre manifesting. Letâs say you originally ordered chicken fingers but then you pull the waitress aside and tell her you want steak instead. Then youâre simply getting the other thing you asked for instead of what you originally ordered.
The only time your manifestation will be delayed is if you keep focusing on how long itâs taking or donât trust that youâll get it. If youâre at a restaurant and keep nervously focusing on the time, itâll feel like youâre waiting and like itâs taking a long time for your food to arrive. Or, if you keep saying to the waitress that you donât trust that youâll get the food, youâll just stress her and the rest of the kitchen staff out which wonât help speed up the process of the food being prepared (the bridge of events happening to get you to your manifestation), itâll just slow it down.

If you have a bad self- concept and lack self- love , you will continue to attract people who will treat you like trash. Why ? Because our inner world creates the outer world. It is easier to blame external circumstances and people rather than understanding that we created them and have the power to change them according to our will.
Of course, you can manifest without working on self-concept too. But self-concept is crucial in daily life if you ask me. You can't go on your whole life feeling bad about yourself. There is nothing wrong with feeling good about yourself , being confident , knowing you are the creator of your reality and loving yourself.
If you see yourself as garbage , the flies will come meaning If you feel bad about yourself and feel that you have no control over the 3D reality, you will continue to attract people who won't treat you well. If you see yourself as garden , the butterflies will come meaning If you have a good self-concept, you will attract people who will respect you and treat you well. Also , remember - we accept the love we think we deserve.
Inner world creates outer world. 4D reality creates 3D reality. You don't need to " try " to change your circumstances or people , you need to focus on changing no-one but " SELF". Most people think that love and happiness comes from love and respect of others. They are desperate and seek for love and respect from others when they themselves don't love or respect themselves. You need to be your validation, you really need to love yourself and focus on the things you like about yourself. If you improve your self- concept , you will believe in your power , get rid of doubts easily and manifest instantly. Self-concept work never goes in vain. It is always worth it đ
