LIL SHIFTING TALK: why there can be a formula.
There is no set way to shift, right? There's no formula, right? Wellllll in my opinion there kind of is.
If you intend to pick up your phone, you move your arm to pick up your phone, and that looks like this:
intention + movement = action
See that? How it's a nice, set outcome? Shifting is the same way:
Intention + method = shifting
Or even just:
Intention = shifting
If you intend to think about elephants, you're going to think about elephants. If you intend to shift, you will. Believe in that set, locked, it will happen type mindset. Tell yourself that if you do the smallest things, it will 100% end how you want. Don't overthink, don't panic, just go.
Hope that helps anyone struggling!! <3
Magical properties were existent in such incantation Mantra chants circulated throughout the room Sacred utterances flowed out like the serenade of a songbird Her last breath was her silence; this was done in profound stillness Altering the perception of duration; an understanding of the length of time Punctuated equilibrium at spans by the changing of these vibrations The element of space channeled in the base of her throat
Ritual magic sang; fathomless signals of energy could no longer be stifled Generating something that the ear could comprehend as more than sound Bond jointly with runes; there was a perpetual glimmer of light A magnetism that streamed in never-ending spirals
She finds herself in eternity, amid the boundless Beyond this, all physical understandings, she felt the boundaries of the unknown decline Reverberations of metaphysical phenomena jolted throughout her body A riptide of turbulence, but non-hazardous to the conjoining Incantation nurtured the awakening of the esoteric properties Gaining the power of comprehending non-duality, basking in the glows of the chants

3am thoughts:
the places that resonate most with me, are part of me, are the liminal spaces. the places that aren't proper places, but spaces betwixt; waystations, transitional places.
crossroads, stairwells, gas stations, train platforms, airport gates, cemataries. rooftops at dusk, or any time really. long stretches of highway in bad country when no one else is on the horizon. a pier with a lone bench at the end and a flickering lampost, surrounded by 70 year old bullet scars in the concrete. 3am at the waffle house, where everything is real and nothing is. an abandoned railroad bridge where your friends used to jump in the river, but you refused knowing instinctively the nature of the place. the waiting room of a hospital when you're silently pleading with gods who don't listen about a beginning or an end. overgrown trails and backyards that abut the highway. an out of the way park, with a monument so weatherbeaten and overgrown that no one remembers what it once commemorated. a party when you're not sure if it's too late or too early but you're the only one left awake so you sit at the window and wait to see what comes.
my heart resides in these spaces and my thoughts often turn to them. rarely are they pleasant, often discomforting because things are thinner there, both less and more real. have you felt it, the power of liminal spaces? that niggling sense that things aren't as they seem and really never were? that feeling that you've overlooked something important but can't remember what it was? next time you find yourself in a place such as these, listen, there is power there, and a promise. the promise that everything changes, moves on, passes for good or ill and the power to see it through. change, transition, death and rebirth.
Alcohol has been present in human society for thousands of years, and let’s be honest, it’s not going anywhere.
As well as being a tool to loosen one’s inhibitions, alcohol can also be a tool in witchcraft and, like most tools and ingredients, different beverages have different associations.

we lay in this world, with all of its majestic confusion, its breathtaking unpredictability, & its illogical but completely logical malleability, and know that we can get whatever the hell we want in this damned life just by a minor shift in our thoughts. the fact that we know about this is a blessing! manifestation is the best thing that could ever happen to you. everything you want is in the palm of your hand, ready to be yours. you should see manifestation as the most exciting thing that you can do in this life! it’s not a stressful, overwhelming process. it really isn’t. manifestation is the most fun thing ever! you change your thoughts, you get all excited because you know what’s coming to you, and than what you want comes to you. how are you not screaming of joy 24/7?
now, get to work guys. manifest your dreams. and start to get excited, cause they’re soon becoming true!!! ain’t that wonderful? <3 <3 <3

What to do while waiting for your manifestation.
This is a very common question, so you decided you want to manifest something in your life, you got your affirmations down and now you’re repeating them every once in a while... but what do you do in the meantime?
Listen, if you’re feeling impatient or confused or any other way that makes you think about what you should be doing while waiting for your manifestation, YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG.
This is thinking from a place of not having your manifestation, from a place of having to wait for it. When you begin affirming these questions will cross your mind at first but do not give in to them, they are opposing thoughts just like any other negative one.
Whenever I got my manifestation I was very calm and living in the moment, not at all thinking about waiting or when it will come.
I feel like the word "visualize" is commonly used in spells and exercises instead of "imagine," because it feels more authentic and like you're not just playing make-believe, but I've got this theory that it really isn't any better, and could actually be holding a lot of people back.
As we know, some people think more in words, and some people think more in images. Some people have a hard time visualizing, or straight up can't do it.
Personally, I think in some words and some images, but mostly in a big abstract cloud of ideas and feelings which I have to translate into images or words in order to communicate. It's easier for me to translate ideas into words than images. When I do think in images they kind of just happen without me consciously creating them. To make them on purpose is a lot harder.
So, when you tell me to visualize a protective bubble (to use a recently mentioned example), I can do it, but it's not super solid. However, if you tell me to imagine a protective bubble, I can feel it and know it's there. I can know what color it is without having to see it. This is a much stronger bubble than the one I visualized.
Since I decided to quit trying to visualize and start imagining, things have become a lot easier for me, and have felt more solid. I'm also spending less time being distracted by the effort of maintaining a visualization.
Again, this is a theory, and of course your mileage may vary, but if you're someone for whom imagining is not an entirely visual process, it might be worth giving it a try.
Blessed Lughnasadh! Hope your rituals and celebrations go well tonight!
I wanted to show off my bone collection before I pulled them out for my own rituals tonight!
