Hi, Sorry If Something Is Not Clear, I'm Using A Translator Haha.

Hi, sorry if something is not clear, I'm using a translator haha.

Well, a while ago I asked you something anonymously and I completely appreciate you answering me <3 That day I opened tumblr and decided to go read your posts because I love them. I didn't remember that I had written to you and when I started reading the post I was like: Wait, this is me. I swear that as soon as I finished reading everything, the song that started on my Spotify was titled: ''Believe'' and it was freaking 11:11 am. I just wanted to tell it because I remember that I felt incredible at the moment, as if it were all a dream.

Yesterday and today I tried to change and the same thing happened to me. I enter a hypnagogic state and start seeing lights or as if my vision is illuminated very brightly, as if a spotlight were on me. It's crazy because even though my body is asleep and my mind is about to enter REM state, I am still conscious and begin to affirm. I start seeing random images and out of nowhere my vision lights up as if it's trying to keep me in the hypnagogic state and not enter sleep. I feel my surroundings change, but then out of nowhere I start to feel like I'm returning or rather waking up (my body) and I begin to sense my old surroundings and my vision goes dark again. (By that I mean when I have my eyes closed, I see shapes and it's like a spotlight is placed in front of me). It feels like I'm somewhere in between my CR and DR. I don't know how to describe the feeling, it's like you're at the bottom of the ocean and when you come back it's like you're returning to the surface again. I've been changing my mindset and making things easier for myself. Telling myself that it's natural, it's not complicated, and I'm not tied to a single reality. It doesn't matter if I have intrusive thoughts or doubts, I can still do it. I've also been mentally training myself to believe that there's no process and everything has already been done.

I'd like to know your opinion, or if you feel anything similar about the change? I know it's different for everyone. Even though I don't know you, I really like you, and I love reading your posts. They motivate me a lot. Thank you for that. <3

Hiii 🤍

The state you experience is your reality shifting, without a doubt. The point where you start coming back into this reality, is when you start acknowledging the state.

With what I've seen myself, during this period you start thinking things like, "wow, this is so cool" , "is this really happening, am I shifting?"

At this point, what your supposed to do, is direct all that energy, all that time you're using to comprehend what's happening, to what you want to come next.

You want to go to your dr, wr.

Act towards your dr or wr naturally, start thinking thoughts regarding your dr/wr, embrace it totally.

That guarantees a shifts, its you, yourself, and your dr, remove the cr out of equation, remove that you were ever shifting out of the equation.

So you never end up on the bridge between your cr, and dr, since there is none.

Also, thank you love!!! You're so sweet.

The hypnagogic state : how to reach it.

The Hypnagogic State : How To Reach It.
The Hypnagogic State : How To Reach It.
The Hypnagogic State : How To Reach It.

The hypnagogic state is a state where we naturally go into before sleeping, a sweet spot moment before sleeping and still being awake, a state where it is so powerful to be able to shift, get in the void, or basically do anything.

Now it requires NOTHING, it only requires one small thing that might sound tricky.

Staying awake long enough for it to come by on it's own, and actually on average it takes 10-5 mins from each person to enter it aware.

The steps:

Lay flat on your back (not needed, but many results come from laying on the back)

Do. Not. Care, just go with what you usually do to fall asleep, but one thing? You're not falling asleep, you're watching your body fall asleep, that sweet spot where your body is about to fall asleep? That's hypnagogia

Actually don't move, it may give your mind signs you're still not sleeping, now just lay there and try not to sleep while focusing on the blackness behind your eyelids.

You will start seeing flashing images or swirly things or even just flashing lights and imagery, this is the hypnagogia and you managed to reach it in just 10 mins of pretending to be asleep (acc it takes me 4)

Bam, that's the sweet spot, now affirm slowly for the void, or just sense your surroundings for shifting or maybe you can try your shifting method here! This state cannot argue back, you'll be immediately shifting in no time, and slipping in the void is so easy from it.

So really the whole steps is just "lay down, don't move, watch your eyelids, color seen? Hypnagogia reached, method or void procedure done, bam."

I managed to find a post on Reddit on how to keep your body awake, you can try 2 or 3 of them to keep yourself entertained, FULL CREDITS TO THE ONE WHO POSTED IT ON REDDIT (calaie_iscoolio):

"1. Looking in the darkness behind your eyelids

Basically what it says, when you close your eyes, just focus on the darkness until hypnagogic imagery begins to happen i.e. colors, shapes, literally anything that will show. When images begin to show up, do not interact or acknowledge what you are seeing, you can look at it, but don't try to control it and just let the images flow until you feel that the state is induced enough to where it won't disappear because you are "too" awake/aware.

2. "Forearm Up" Method

Another technique that basically helps with people who tend to fall asleep to quickly, basically lay down on your back like usual, lift your hand up in the air where your elbow is resting on your mattress, keep it there and as it slowly falls down that's where you'll begin to fall asleep, it'll drop and basically awake you back up.

I had also seen a shifter mention that they prefer to lay on their stomach and lifting their foot up in the air and basically do the same thing. This technique basically just wakes you back up.

3. Thomas Edison Method

Very similar to the "Forearm Up" Method, basically what Edison had done was he had held a steel ball in his hand, and when he began to fall asleep, the ball will drop and alert Edison awake, another technique to help with people to struggle to stay awake.

4. Imagine Constant Motion

Basically imagining something whether that be an animal or an object constantly moving like a horse galloping, a dogs tail wagging side to side, etc. (Pretty simple, for people who find it much easier to visualize).

5. Tire your body through out the day

During the day, you could do any tasks that would just tire your body out that leads up to your attempt to induce the state, it'll make it much easier for you to get into the state and induce it since your body is already tired enough to relax.

6. Repeating "hypnagogia"

This will mean you have you just repeat the words "hypnagogia" to yourself till you get tired enough and then hypnagogic imagery will eventually appear.

7. Counting

Basically just like regular shifting methods, you could focus on counting up to how much you want to until you begin to get the hypnagogic hallucinations, to keep yourself from falling asleep you could give yourself simple math questions just so it's enough to focus to answer it.

8. Imagining Randomness

Imagine literally anything that isn't related at all, i.e. horse, roof, apple, pen, desk, etc. Visualize and filter through random objects or animals that have no correlation and that will induce the hypnagogic imagery, randomness is key.

9. Focus on breathing

Similar to any shifting method, basically focusing on your breaths is another technique to induce the state. Literally just anything to keep your awareness occupied rather than letting your mind just shut down to go to sleep.

10. Sounds

Listening to anything in your environment, whether that be things happening outside, if it's raining listen to the rain, or if you've got headphones on listen to the music and focus that, keep your focus on the music so you don't fall asleep.

11. "Playing" a song in your head

Not necessarily listening to the song, but imagining the song playing in your head, whether that be your favorite song, if you know how it sounds like, imagine it playing and once you've entered the state, it will naturally play and you'll end up actually hearing the song.

12. Heartbeat

Basically just focus on your heartbeat. Listen to the amount of beats.

These are all the various of techniques you could use, you don't have to stick to one and can basicaally try them out, see which one you feel like works for you and go from there. A tip is also you could pick like 4 or 5 out of these 12 and just filter through the techniques if you can't just stick to one since you get uninterested quickly. (I get bored easily, do I normally do 8, 9, 7 and 4 just so I don't lose interest.)"

Good luck y'all!

Hello Emma! Since you’ve shifted so much, has you shifting routine changed? How do you shift now?

Hello Emma! Since You’ve Shifted So Much, Has You Shifting Routine Changed? How Do You Shift Now?
Hello Emma! Since You’ve Shifted So Much, Has You Shifting Routine Changed? How Do You Shift Now?

the shifting routine of a girl who shifts (mostly) whenever she wants, craves, or desires.

shifting is not a performance. there is no audience. i am not standing in front of a tribunal presenting my case on why i deserve to be somewhere else. i am simply going there. this is not a trial. this is muscle memory. this is knowing the way home. it’s an instinct, like finding the light switch in the dark. i don’t have to prove i can do it. i just do it.

i shift before sleep (nothing against awake methods, but i like returning back to my cr right after waking up), usually between 11pm and 1am. not because those hours are mystical or drenched in folklore, but because that's when i’m least bothered. the world is quiet, my bed is a raft, and i’m not interested in staying here.

i don’t prepare. not really. i do not count down, do not recite an essay-length affirmation, do not negotiate with the laws of physics. i simply think: what if i am already there and just forgot? what if my senses just have to catch up? i am not convincing myself. i am remembering and questioning reality.

                  ┊

some nights, there’s music in my headphones. sometimes, there’s just silence, the white noise of rain, the hum of the night. my plushies (yes. yes) are there, but not as relics or ritual objects, just soft, familiar things that happen to exist alongside me.

i do not wait for a sign, for the planets to align, for the atmosphere to give me a knowing nod. i decide, and then i go. like turning a page in a book i’ve already read. i know what happens next. the key is not waiting for permission to remember.

people ask . . ❛ how do you know it's working? how do you know you're going to shift? and i think, how do you know you’re going to fall asleep? you just do. you close your eyes. you stop trying to be awake. you just go. shifting is like that. you let go of this world’s grip.

             you fall. you land.

routine is something that exists but doesn’t dictate. it's not the point. the point is the knowing. the ease. the way it happens when it happens because it was always going to happen. shifting is not a thesis to be defended, it is a place to be returned to. and i return, as i please.

how to reality shift

method one: pure awareness

for those who have never heard of it, the state of pure awareness is exactly what it sounds like: pure awareness, detached from the input of your 3D senses, a state where you are no longer grounded to the 3D. this means you will not feel your body, or any surroundings at all. for those who have already heard of it, you may have heard this referred to as "the void state" or "the void", (especially recently,) but i don't like this term as it implies that "the void" is some sort of place that you go to, and it's not. "the void state" is not somewhere you go, it is a state of being and experiencing that you become.

what is the state of pure awareness?

the state of pure awareness is just you. you are your awareness, and the state of pure awareness is just you, without the data and input of your 3rd dimensional senses distracting you.

How To Reality Shift
How To Reality Shift

why does pure awareness help with reality shifting?

when we reality shift, our goal is to find a way to trigger our awareness into a movement in the 4th and 5th dimensional directions. for some, this is easier to do when you are not distracted by the 3D. this isn't because it's impossible to shift while aware of the 3D! on the contrary, lots of people shift while totally awake and aware in the 3D, in either their CR, or their DR, or even both. but for most of us, our awareness is really used to and really comfortable piloting our 3D body here. so perhaps try getting into a state of pure awareness and see if that helps you trigger a shift.

i believe the state of pure awareness is natural, a side effect of the simple fact that the bodies we inhabit are 3D, and our awareness isn't. our awareness is not a 3D object, mass, or body part. you can't point to and say "there it is, that's human awareness." but in our current states, our awareness gets all this input and data about reality from a 3D body.

the reason you see nothing and feel nothing when you're in the state of pure awareness is because when your awareness is not focusing on input from your 3D body, there is nothing for your to "see", "feel" or "hear" and no body for you to see, feel or hear it with. those are 3D concepts, and 3D senses.

how will i know im in the state of pure awareness?

you will have absolutely zero input from your 3D senses. there will be nothing, and yet you will be totally and comfortably aware. that means if your body feels tingly, floaty, dizzy, fuzzy, etc you are not in pure awareness. if you see hallucinations, flashes of light, etc, you are not in pure awareness. if your thoughts are muddled, dreamlike, or confused, you are not in pure awareness. if things change or destabilize into a different dreamlike scene, you are not in pure awareness. if you can feel your 3D body in any way, you are not in pure awareness.

how do i get into the state of pure awareness?

there are many different ways to get into the state of pure awareness. if one way doesn't work for you, please feel free to try another or even make up your own way. now, technically, you don't need a method to do this. because the state of pure awareness is not some place we have to travel to or a locked dungeon we need a secret key to get into... it hypothetically is possible to simply instantly get into the state of pure awareness. ie, to completely let go of 3D distraction, and become pure awareness right now. so, first, i urge you to try it. like, actually. pause your reading, and try to become pure awareness.

did it work?

if yes, congratulations, you've done it! you don't need to read the rest of this, or maybe skip down to the 'troubleshooting' section if you're one of those people who can get into the state of pure awareness but finds they aren't triggered to reality shift from it, and just came back here without being able to shift to your DR.

if it didn't work, do not despair. i think you're fully capable of getting into the state of pure awareness, and it may start to feel more natural and happen with more ease with practice. for now, here are some pointers.

How To Reality Shift

method 1(a)

meditation. don't let that word scare you off! i'm someone with adhd, and ptsd. in my past, meditation was always spoken about or taught to me in a way that was completely ineffectual for me. i thought meditation just didn't work on me. turns out, all i needed was a method that was accessible for me, and for someone to explain what meditation actually is in first place because it turns out, what i was trying to force my mind to do isn't even needed or isn't even what mediation is. so no wonder why it didn't work! i'm planning to make a much longer "how to meditate" series for those who struggle, but for now i'm going to be fairly brief. if it doesn't work, just move on to 1(b), or 1(c) for now.

step one: choose an environment. it's okay if there are distractions, but it may help you to pick the most comfortable environment possible, whatever that means to you. do you want to be alone? outdoors? in the dark? what position do you want to be in? etc.

step two: relax your physical body, if you can. however this might look for you. can't relax? hold space for your body to relax if it can, but don't force it. some people find it easier to physically relax if they first tense up as hard as they can, and then let it go. this is the stage where some choose to focus on their breathing, do a body scan, etc. once you feel you are relaxed enough, turn your attention away from your physical body. note: this does not mean that your physical body has to stop feeling sensations. your nerves and senses will continue to function, because they always do, and that's their job. that's okay. your goal is not to force your body to be numb and comatose because it won't be. if physical sensations come to your awareness, simply acknowledge them and let it pass you by.

step three: relax your mind, if you can. however that might look for you. keep in mind, this does not mean to "clear your mind" in the sense of having no thoughts at all. that's not necessary, and your brain is meant to think. begin to let it do that without you. that's okay. if thoughts come to you, simply acknowledge them and let them pass you by. it may help to focus your awareness on something in your imagination, while you allow your brain to think in the background. common ones are counting, visualizing thinks like smoke, light, or a rhythmic activity like swimming, walking, etc.

at some point during steps two or three, you may start to experience hypnogogic symptoms. they aren't the goal with this method, and you don't need to focus on them. if you feel them, that's okay, just acknowledge the sensations and let them pass.

struggling to let thoughts pass you by? it may help to take a similar approach with your mind as some do with the body, taking the "tense your body and then release to relax". "tense"/focus on each one of your thoughts, acknowledge it, and then let it go. if it helps, try to visualize (or create the idea of) a place to put them. this could mean floating them away into the clouds, placing them into a box, or tossing them off a cliff. whatever you pick, acknowledge you do not need to be aware of that thought or sensation right now, and put it away for later. it may help to visualize putting them all in there, and then closing the box or turning away from wherever you put it.

step four: pure awareness. for this step, i'm gonna ask you to pick one thing to focus on. your mind and body should be relaxed, with no sensations or thoughts distracting you, it's all just passing you by. pick one thing. it could be anything. a mantra (ie, repeating "i am" in your mind) counting, a visualization (a place, maybe an object, or a simple, repeating sensation like the sound of ocean waves or the feeling of breeze on your skin.) whatever it is, turn your full awareness to that. take as long as you need, revisiting steps three and four whenever necessary. is your full awareness on your chosen focus? great, now let it go.

one of two things will happen. either your awareness will let go and you'll become a state of pure awareness, or distractions will spring back up. let them if they do, it's okay. it may take practice, you may have to bring yourself back up and stop for now and try again another time, or you may be able to continue if you go back through steps two and three and make another attempt.

How To Reality Shift

method 1(b)

hypnogogia. some people experience hypnogogia when they meditate, but this is not a meditation method. this method is for those who don't want to meditate but who naturally experience hypnogogia when they're waking up or as they're falling asleep. identify which you experience, and plan to make use of it the next time it happens. you can increase the chances of it occurring very simply, if you're someone this works for.

for as you're falling asleep: every night when you go to sleep, your body and mind fall asleep, and they actually do this separately. the next time you're going to bed, and you'd like to reality shift, just try to keep your mind aware. you don't have to do anything special, you can just let your mind think normally. to avoid falling asleep, just keep your awareness focused, rather than letting it slip away as you would when you are going to sleep. if you need something to help hold your awareness in your mind, try counting, or visualizing, or focusing on one minute sense (ie, the weight of your blankets, or the sound of the refrigerator buzzing from the kitchen.) just let your body fall asleep. you don't have to do anything in particular to let this happen. your body naturally falls asleep every night, just don't get in the way of the process and it'll do the same as it always does. at some point, your mind will still be awake but your body will begin to fall into sleep, and this is when you start to experience symptoms of hypnogogia. lights flashing, hallucinations, fuzzy or tingly sensations, spinning, dizziness, floating, etc.

for as you're waking up: basically the same as above, but do it right after waking up instead. if you struggle with letting your body fall asleep when you first go to bed, this method might help you. right when you wake up, your body is still fully of sleepiness, and it's generally much easier for your body to fall back asleep than it was to fall asleep in the first place. use that, relax, keep your awareness in your mind and wait until the hypnogogia symptoms start. (this one doesn't often work for me because i have ptsd, and when i wake up i often immediately jump into fight or flight mode, totally and instantly awake. if that's you, this might not be the method for you!)

once you're in hypnogogia: there are a few ways you can go about this, and you can try both.

try focusing on the hypnogogic sensations. these are not real 3D senses, and your goal is to get away from the 3D distractions, so chase them. stay in them as long as you can. this technique is kind of like following the white rabbit down into wonderland, except that it's your awareness following strange buzzy sensations and flashing lights out of your body. try this until the 3D completely falls away, and the hypnogogia falls away next, leaving you in the void much like the white rabbit ditched alice when she fell down that hole.

did the hypnogogia not fall away? don't panic, try technique two: manually let go of the hypnogogic sensations. let them pass. actually, avoid them. your arms are tingling? notice it, and shift your awareness away. body spinning? let it go. don't try to focus your awareness on anything, just let things happen while you focus on being aware.

eventually, you should become pure awareness. if you try a few times and can't, this might not be the best method for you. some people are overwhelmed or distracted by symptoms of hypnogogia rather than being able to use it to reach pure awareness. just see what works for you!

How To Reality Shift

method 1(c)

lucid dreams. when you become lucid in a dream, you're almost already in the state of pure awareness. if you know about lucid dreaming, you might understand what i mean. you're lucid, and you're fully detached from the 3D. that's great, that's the pure awareness state, right?..... not quite, because of the "dream" part. in most lucid dreams, there is still that "dreamlike" quality. however, if you're someone who is able to lucid dreams often, and have the skill to stabilize your lucid dream, you can also develop the skill to dismiss the dream entirely. that way, you go from lucid dreaming, to just lucid. (ie, pure awareness.)

i won't go too deep into how to have a lucid dream here because there's so much to say (if anyone requests it, i might make a follow up later about how to lucid dreaming!) but for now, the relevant info is how to stabilize the dream, giving you the ability to dismiss it.

so you're lucid. awesome! now what?

first, perform reality checks to confirm that you are lucid dreaming. poke your finger through your hand. did it go through? you are dreaming. now pinch your nose, and take a deep breath. did you breath? you are dreaming. look for a clock, or create one. look at the time, look away, and look back again. did the time change? you are dreaming. look for a mirror, or create one. look at your reflection. are you dreaming?

continue using reality checks intermittently. i've found that people can be fully lucid, and then forget they're dreaming and lose control.

now to stabilize the dream. first, stabilize yourself. hold up your hands. how many fingers do you have? touch the tip of your index finger to each finger on your other hand as you count them. are there five on each hand? good. now press your hands together, palm to palm, and rub. can you feel it? great! clasp your hands together, intertwining your fingers, and then pull them apart. count your fingers again. still five on each hand? great, you're ready to move on.

now stabilize your surroundings. to do this, use each of your five senses. first, look at something and notice the details. is it colorful? is it clear? now listen. can you hear anything? what about touch, reach out and touch something. hold it in your hand, and focus on keeping it there. smell it, and then taste it. (it sounds weird, but it really helps.)

now practice dream control. that thing in your hands, do you still have it? if not, redo the previous step. if yes, great! now turn it into something else, change the color, or the size. now make your thing disappear, but on purpose. now make something else appear. then make it disappear. do another reality check. do you still have five fingers?

now to dismiss the dream. this might take a few tries, as your brain is dreaming, it will try to add things in, or take you into a new dream. focus on your awareness, and insist on staying aware while the dream disappears. it may seem easier to dismiss things one by one (ie, the walls, the floor, then your body) but in my experience this can make things less stable. try dismissing everything all at once, if you can.

did it work? confirm that you're in the state of pure awareness (see: how will i know i'm in the state of pure awareness? above.) are your thoughts clear, consistent, and in control? are you totally stable, with no risk of waking up or coming out of the state? if not, you may still be dreaming. if you realize you're still dreaming, just let yourself enter a new dream scene and repeat the step above.

How To Reality Shift

what do i do once im in the state of pure awareness? how do i shift?

actually, there's a lot you can do! but this is a reality shifting post, so that's what we'll focus on. once you've confirmed you're in the state of pure awareness, you are no longer aware of any 3D at all. hypothetically, it's just as easy to become aware of your DR from there as it is to become aware of this reality. first, try just doing it. become aware of your DR.

did that work? if not, try some of the tools you'd use to trigger a shift in general, except now you're doing them from the state of pure awareness with zero 3D distractions.

relax. there is absolutely zero rush. time does not pass here the way it does in the 3D. in the 3D, we perceive time as passing linearly, but your awareness is no longer tied to the third dimension. you have no body here, and you are not attached to your 3D brain or mind either. relax in your awareness.

visualize your DR. i think visualization is one of our most powerful tools for reality shifting, and it's even better in the void with no distraction. remember, you don't need to create the whole world with the power of your mind. you're not creating the world, and you're not traveling there. you're already there, you're just becoming aware of it. focus your awareness on small things about your DR. i think it helps to choose a few that feel close, familiar, or very real. where are you? what's your name? what are you going to do next? what are you wearing? what do you always have in your pockets when you leave the house? your favorite piece of jewelry? what does it feel like?

repeat. this could be a mantra, counting, your visualization, whatever, just pick something, if you find that repeating is something that helps you.

now visualize the very moment you want to shift into. use your senses, but don't force yourself to use one that's not coming naturally, ie don't sit there thinking "oh no, now i have to think of something to taste-" let go. you, dear reader who is reading this right now, are you thinking of one thing you can taste? probably not. unless you're eating hot chips. your DR self doesn't have to try to focus on being there, you're just there. so what are you sensing? are you seeing anything? smelling anything? hearing anything? feeling anything? don't create these sensations, or force yourself to feel them, you're in the state of pure awareness and you can't feel anything anyways. just reach for them.

at some point, you should become aware of your DR. in my experience, you don't have to force yourself there and there's no "symptoms" of being about to be there, especially because if you're in the state of pure awareness so there's no 3D sensations at all. it may feel like a "blip" or like a "pull" or a "blink" or like a "shift", and then you're there.

troubleshooting:

i can't get into the state of pure awareness.

don't worry, it's not the only way to reality shift. if 1(b) and 1(c) don't work for you, consider waiting for my meditation guides to be out, or methods 2 and 3, or come up with something all your own. you do not need to get into the state of pure awareness to reality shift, it's just one method that helps some people.

i got into the state of pure awareness, but i didn't shift.

well, there's two possibilities here. either you weren't actually in the state of pure awareness (ie, you accidentally fell asleep, or into a dream, or you were in some other meditative state you mistook for pure awareness).... or you did shift. to here. when you're pure awareness, you're not aware of this 3D reality, so when you became aware of this 3D reality, that was you reality shifting to here. oops! it happens, you can try again. do you remember how it felt when you reality shifted here from pure awareness? what triggered it? see if you can use that, and try to reverse engineer whatever made you become aware of here, to become aware of your DR next time instead.

if it does not work, over and over, then the state of pure awareness may not be what helps trigger you to shift to your DR. try a different method!

ok lovelies that's all for now!

YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT
YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT
YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT

YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT

YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT
YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT
YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT

YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT.

Don't get your head in those doubts like, 'Oh, what if I can't shift?' That's not possible. You were chosen to know about shifting for a REASON. There are 8.2 BILLION people in this world. Think about it. 8 BILLION people.

Now, how do you feel? Do you feel special? GOOD. Keep feeling that way. Some of you, not all of you, read these posts on Tumblr but don't really READ them.

'Oh, I'm the creator of my universe.' Yes, but do you really UNDERSTAND that? I feel like for some of you, it's like you're in front of a teacher, and each word just goes in one ear and out the other. Now, shifting isn't this ELABORATE and majestic thing that needs to be taught in a specific way. It's not like driving, okay? There are no rules, no directions, just YOU. Understand that it's just YOU.

That drink in your hand? You created that. The computer or phone you're reading this on? You created that. Everything in this world YOU created.

You are doing everything right. You know what I mean.

You will wake up in your DR. Those sleep methods you're doing? They're working perfectly. You aren't just 'close,' you are THERE. You have always been there, since the beginning of whatever. No need to think you are close, because you are there.

'Oh, but what if I don't shift today?' Shifting isn't something that needs to be rushed. Everything will happen eventually. You have shifted before; you know this. You know you need to just let go and let it happen. Don't overcomplicate it. Listen to yourself. Do you know how stupid you sound? Thousands of people have shifted to their DRs, and somehow you can't? That's just rubbish.

'Oh, what if that shift was just a dream?' What dream feels so real that you can feel the bedsheets? What dream looks like your desired reality so perfectly it has everything, even the rings and jewelry your aunt placed there on the dresser? Why did you get up and look in the mirror and see yourself perfectly and clearly? That was REAL. You shifted. Do not doubt yourself.

'But what if shifting is one elaborate joke?' Seriously? That's one of your doubts? People spend months, YEARS, shifting, and you think people are JOKING? You have spent 5 YEARS knowing about shifting and 2 or 3 actively shifting, and you still think it's a joke? YOU have to be joking with those doubts. This isn't like that one movie people suddenly made up on TikTok and started creating a plot, characters, settings, etc.; this is something real. People have been doing this even before you were born. Now, doesn't that doubt sound silly?

Now, you don't have to be perfect. Listen, people have shifted with doubts. But listen here, if you assume it is true, it is true. 'Oh, he's so in love with me.' Yeah, he is! 'Oh, my cat's super distant. Yeah, they are. Your subconscious isn't this mystical entity trying to work against you. It's like a mirror; if you look in that mirror and say, 'I can't shift,' then your subconscious repeats it. It has an IQ of 0. Like a little kid repeating every word and agreeing with your opinions. You tell that little kid, "Oh, I can shift! Everyone shifts." Then it repeats it; it agrees. That's how simple your subconscious is.

Now, what about intentions? Intentions aren't this super complicated ritual; they're just your thoughts. You don't have to write out your thoughts, burn the piece of paper, and bury the scraps in the ground. Just think. 'Oh, I set my intention to shift.' That's literally all you need to do. Your subconscious will look at you and shrug like, 'Oh okay. Let's shift!' And guess what? BOOM. You're in your DR. Simple. Literally so simple.

Now, some of you are like, "Oh, I did that! But I'm still in my CR." Look deep within yourself. Are you scared of the possibility you're going somewhere new? Or, do you expect to wake up in your CR again after doing your method? Really think about it and begin to change. Tell that subconscious that you don't expect to wake up in your CR, or tell it that you aren't scared; you're excited.

Now, as one of my favorite quotes says,

"You are a consciousness with a body, not a body with a consciousness."

Go shift. Go do your method, or just fall asleep and wake up in your DR. It's that simple. And every time you feel doubts, PERSIST. 'Oh, what if—' NOPE. I am going to shift.

You know about shifting for a reason. You can shift. It is INEVITABLE.

Now don't look at me all dumb; you know this. You've heard it a million times. Don't roll your eyes; THINK, and absorb this information.

Now go do whatever silly little thing you are going to do. But just know, you can shift. You WILL shift.

[This whole thing is for me, but I feel like some of you need it as well.]

First of all, I really like your posts but I feel like I am too dumb for some of your answers. They are so poetic and I... Am not. So I don't understand some of them, could you explain how to shift and deal with 3D for a dumb dumb person?

okay first of all you’re not dumb !!!! you just have different ways of processing information. that’s normal. my brain just works like a victorian poet who’s been trapped in a storm for three days. but i got you.

shifting is just moving your awareness. you do it all the time without realising. daydreaming? shifting. getting lost in a book? shifting. waking up and forgetting where you are for a second? shifting. the only difference is now you’re doing it on purpose.

First Of All, I Really Like Your Posts But I Feel Like I Am Too Dumb For Some Of Your Answers. They Are

how to shift.

i , decide where you want to go. be clear. what’s the vibe? what do you want to experience?

ii , relax. you don’t have to be in a perfect position. just get comfortable.

iii , focus on your dr. think about it, feel it, imagine it however works best for you. some people visualise, some just know it’s real. both work.

iv , detach from 3d. this is the hardest part but also the easiest. stop worrying about whether it’s working. if you’re thinking “but i’m still here,” that’s just a thought, not proof. shifting isn’t about forcing, it’s about letting go.

v , allow it to happen. you don’t have to do anything special. your consciousness will move when you stop gripping onto 3d so hard.

First Of All, I Really Like Your Posts But I Feel Like I Am Too Dumb For Some Of Your Answers. They Are

dealing with the 3d while waiting.

stop acting like 3d is the enemy. it’s not a prison, it’s just one layer of reality.

shifting is easy when you stop needing it. desperation makes it harder.

do things that make you feel good in 3d. be a little delusional. let yourself enjoy things.

First Of All, I Really Like Your Posts But I Feel Like I Am Too Dumb For Some Of Your Answers. They Are

stop overcomplicating it. if you tell yourself shifting is impossible, your brain will believe you. if you tell yourself it’s natural, your brain will believe that too.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Here’s the thing: You’re not messing up. You’re just assuming that you are because you’re persisting in the assumption that you’re doing something wrong.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎The law? It’s ALWAYS working. It doesn’t give a damn about your doubts. It works based on what you assume, and if you assume you’re failing and persist in that assumption, the law will follow that assumption.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Now, I’m NOT saying you can’t have doubts or feel sad—you're human, babe. You’re allowed to feel like shit. But you should avoid persisting—or better yet, STOP persisting in the belief that you’re failing. That’s what’s tripping you up.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎⋆.˚ ᡣ𐭩 .𖥔˚ Example 1: You doubt for a second, “Ugh, why hasn’t it happened yet?” BUT THEN, you shake it off after awhile and say, “Nah, it’s already done. I’m just waiting for 3D to catch up.” You go on, holding your belief, and guess what? Things start shifting.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎⋆.˚ ᡣ𐭩 .𖥔˚ Example 2: You doubt, “This isn’t working. I’m never gonna get what I want.” You start ASSUMING you’re failing, and then PERSIST in that assumption. And the law? It’s like, “Alright then, I’ll give you more of that reality.” Nothing changes.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎See the difference? Your doubt doesn’t make you fail—your belief in that doubt does. Stop assuming failure and let the law work FOR you, not against you. It’s already yours babe.

How to induce the void state RIGHT NOWW

OH??? okay...where's the hello....how are you.....okay. whatever....i don't care. SIGH. you want to slip into the void right now???? fine, here’s the recipe. no fluff, no excuses, just do it.

i , lay down or sit, doesn’t matter : get comfortable. don’t overthink it. just exist in a position where your body can be ignored.

ii , breathe slow : in through your nose, out through your mouth. not for any mystical reason. just to remind yourself you’re in control.

iii , repeat this in your head: “i am nothing. i am everything" : say it like you mean it. like you’re telling the universe what’s up.

iv , let go : of your body, of your thoughts, of literally everything. don’t cling to “how” it’s supposed to happen. just sink into yourself.

v , focus on the feeling of being aware : not your breathing, not your body. i mean that quiet hum in your mind. the part of you that knows you’re alive, but doesn’t need to narrate it. it’s not your thoughts. it’s not your emotions. it’s just... you, existing. pure, raw awareness. you’re not thinking, “i’m aware.” you’re being aware. feel the space behind your eyes. feel the stillness under all the noise. that’s your awareness, and that’s what you’re tuning into. let everything else fall away. if thoughts come up (because they will, don’t act brand new), don’t fight them. don’t engage. just notice them, like clouds passing in the sky, and gently pull your focus back to that spark of awareness.

it’s not about forcing it; it’s about surrendering to it. trust me, the void wants you as much as you want it. you just have to meet it halfway. go on, disappear

How to induce void state through half asleep half awake state? And can explain more how it feels like HSHA?

I answered the first question here!

how does the half-awake half-asleep state feel like?

for the second question, this is how it feels to be in the half-awake half-asleep state (or does so for me atleast).

your body starts to slowly go numb, and you might feel your hands slighty rocking back and forth, or in a different position than the one they are actually in. then, before you know it, your consciousness starts fading in and out.

then these dialogues will start to appear in your head, accompanied by small “clips” as if it were a preview to the dream you're about to have.

it's really relaxing— so long as you just let stuff happen without trying to control it.

it's almost like, while in this state, you're not really tied to anything / any place. even if you can “hear” your surroundings, it won't even be the last thing on your mind.

but I would assume everyone has somewhat different experiences and should try it out themselves to know how it does feel.

and if you're worried about falling asleep; just intend that you won't lose awareness as you begin, and you'll be in this state for as long as you wish.
