How to induce the void state RIGHT NOWW
OH??? okay...where's the hello....how are you.....okay. whatever....i don't care. SIGH. you want to slip into the void right now???? fine, here’s the recipe. no fluff, no excuses, just do it.
i , lay down or sit, doesn’t matter : get comfortable. don’t overthink it. just exist in a position where your body can be ignored.
ii , breathe slow : in through your nose, out through your mouth. not for any mystical reason. just to remind yourself you’re in control.
iii , repeat this in your head: “i am nothing. i am everything" : say it like you mean it. like you’re telling the universe what’s up.
iv , let go : of your body, of your thoughts, of literally everything. don’t cling to “how” it’s supposed to happen. just sink into yourself.
v , focus on the feeling of being aware : not your breathing, not your body. i mean that quiet hum in your mind. the part of you that knows you’re alive, but doesn’t need to narrate it. it’s not your thoughts. it’s not your emotions. it’s just... you, existing. pure, raw awareness. you’re not thinking, “i’m aware.” you’re being aware. feel the space behind your eyes. feel the stillness under all the noise. that’s your awareness, and that’s what you’re tuning into. let everything else fall away. if thoughts come up (because they will, don’t act brand new), don’t fight them. don’t engage. just notice them, like clouds passing in the sky, and gently pull your focus back to that spark of awareness.
it’s not about forcing it; it’s about surrendering to it. trust me, the void wants you as much as you want it. you just have to meet it halfway. go on, disappear
✩ for the past few weeks, i had been spiraling repeatedly.
✩ it was like whenever i got newfound motivation and a feeling that i'd actually shift, i'd just spiral over and over. i was stuck in a loop of having a good mindset, to having a worse one all over again.
✩ last weekend, i decided enough was enough. i wanted to shift, and i wanted my mindset to be suitable for shifting in general.
✩ i read up on these two posts and realized that i was basically just self sabotaging myself all along. 😭
✩ when i cried and worried about not shifting, i let my thoughts run rampant and persist in the fact that i hadn't shifted yet. it wasn't bad that i felt emotional, it was bad that i felt like my emotions would set me back. and i let them do so. this is why people tell you it's okay to be upset. it's okay to cry. just don't let your emotions dictate your shifting journey because you will get there no matter what.
✩ what i should have been doing was instead of persisting in negative thoughts, i should have swapped them out (i used the photo in the first post linked to help me understand how to do it). even if it hurt to even try to affirm or stop them, i'd let them go if i just forgot about them on my own. after a while, i found myself putting way less pressure on myself.
✩ and to help me normalize revision, i used it for other undesirable thoughts throughout my days. eg. "i hate math class— wait, i love math class because it's so easy!" (and guess what? it became easy just like that!!)
✩ and now, for the fun part. :3 after learning how to revise my negative thoughts, i decided to figure out how to actually get what i want.
✩ and the only key was to know i already have it.
✩ but i had already heard that 1,000 times before. however, when i read up on the second post and learned more about imagination, i realized i had been doing it all wrong.
✩ manifesting isn't about getting. it's about remembering you already have it.
✩ i had heard countless times about how you should "live in the end" and "act as if," but nothing ever stuck with my stubborn brain.
✩ so when i actually sat down and learned how the 3d and 4d worked through imagination using the video linked in the second post, i knew how to get to my dr.
some of the other edward art videos i watched, i genuinely find him so helpful:
Don't Try, But Experience - literally everything clicked for me in this video the most
Imagination is Not A State
Imagination is Self
✩ tldr: once i imagined it, i experienced it. no matter what the 3d throws my way. whenever i got a fleeting doubt, i'd simply revise it. "i haven't shifted yet— what? i'm in my dr right now, what am i talking about?"
✩ obviously it's easier said than done. but trust me, my brain was extremely stubborn before this and didn't take in ANY info i mindlessly bombarded it with. if you just take a second and actually try to understand law of assumption, it will click. and for me, all it took was these two simple posts.
if you'd like to know how i've been getting extremely close to shifting, then here :3 — every night, after using the HMM method and imagining my dr before sleeping, I've gotten very vivid dreams, (multiple about me successfully shifting) a flash of light behind my eyes as if i shifted for a split second, feeling way more connected towards my visualizations, (because now i see them as truth, they're genuine memories from my desired reality.) and overall feeling way more confident in myself. doubts have barely popped up, even if i wake back up in the old story. because i'm living the truth in my true reality (4d). my mind is all i need.
this is why people tell you your mind shifts first.
take that and run with it.
persist in the fact that you've already shifted.
imagine your dr, not as a faraway place, but as a place you've already been to. a place you're already in.
As Far as you sink, As Far as I swim I have gotten back into Genshin and have been convinced of a specific ship, even though Im nowhere near Fontaine yet haha And part two :)

try to approach it in steps instead of all at once. most people follow this rule to shift when first starting out.
relax, affirm, visualize/embody, shift.
do those steps and each time affirm that you’re in your dr, that you’re already successful, etc etc. if you approach shifting in baby steps, you may stop overcomplicating it.
you relax to accept a new state. you affirm to instill the new state. you visualize/embody to persist within the state until you shift.
*note: i swear to god if i see someone ask me a question after this, you won't like what you're about to see*
Well because you did not accept that your desires are yours.
Simple.
The 3d will reflect your 4d when you accept you have it.
It is a Law and it's the 3d's JOB.
Simply think as your desired version of yourself that have your desires, what would they feel? Of course neutral, natural, peaceful.
They wouldn't ask where is it? Why it isn't showing up? Or being impatient.
It's just take a simple firm decision that your desires are already Manifested and you have it NOW, not tomorrow not the year after, the moment you decided that you have it then you do, in imagination.
You think that just simply because your 3d didn't show you anything that you don't have it? Who said that? Your logical conscious mind? Heh, this is just your mind playing tricks on you.
You have it sweetie, you have it the moment you closed your eyes and imagined it, it yours, congrat.
The reason why you don't have what you want is because you're still in the state of getting it, Always wishing to have it, if you had your desires right now you wouldn't try to get it, because logically you have it, you know what i mean?
It's impossible for the Law to fail, LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE.
The Law of assumption is just like the law of Gravity, it happens because it is a Law.
"but Eli i have been persistin-😢"
Shut up, if you've been persisting you wouldn't come here whining and complaining on why you don't have it.
Persisting isn't fighting negative thought and ignoring the 3d, it's staying loyal and firm in your assumption no matter what happens, Because you know that your assumption is true, despite everything that goes against you.
So stop looking for it, because you Already have it the moment you said so.
Xoxo, Eli
how to banish resistance effectively , resistance is not some grand cosmic force, sadly, it’s a habit. so stop. here’s how.
you are not your thoughts. they are not a mirror, not a diagnosis, not proof of failure. they’re just noise. when your brain spits out, 'this isn’t working,' don’t argue, don’t spiral, don’t even take it seriously. let it sit there. watch it fade. because it will. so stop identifying with intrusive thoughts.
resistance only survives if you start negotiating with it. the second you start dissecting a doubt, you’re trapped in its logic. don’t play along. when you get a thought like 'what if this isn’t working?,' just let it sit there unanswered, like an awkward question in a conversation you’ve already checked out of. give it nothing to work with.
resistance is only as powerful as the attention you give it. redirect your thoughts. immediately. to anything. every time doubt creeps in, think of something else. return to your assumption, your end goal, your desired reality. do it without hesitation. "but what if. ." no. "but i don’t feel. . .," don’t let resistance become the main thing. replace it, move on.
people act like doubt means something. it doesn’t. it’s just a feeling. a chemical reaction in your brain that passes, like hunger, like tiredness, like any other mood. let it exist without letting it define anything. don’t resist it, don’t analyse it. just let it float by like a passing car outside your window. not your car, not your problem. make peace with discomfort.
assume your power. resistance is a relic of a mindset that no longer serves you. you don’t have to fight it, you don’t have to fix it. you just have to stop believing in it. act like someone who already has what they want, and let resistance dissolve into irrelevance. it was never real to begin with.
stop treating resistance like an enemy to be defeated. it’s not a force, it’s a habit. and habits break the moment you stop giving them power.
Preface: I published this post before I deactivated my account, but it is still relevant. The post is gradually being updated.
I consciously (!) entered a Void State three times. Here's my way.
Usually I don't prepare in any way. I just do this before bed when I'm tired after a routine day.
You know that kind of fatigue when you’ve been walking for a long time and finally sit down or lie down, and your body seems to start melting like butter in the sun? I'm talking about such pleasant fatigue.
Having made myself comfortable on the bed, I began to relax my body and mind, but not fall asleep. Next was a guided meditation. I tried just saying affirmations, but I still like it better when the voice from meditation guides me.
And the most important thing that always allows me to enter the Void State is that I fully concentrated on the voice from the guided meditation. I didn’t even fully realize what exactly they were talking about, the main thing was to listen to this voice and music and not be distracted by anything. If there were wandering thoughts that I became aware of, I immediately returned my attention to the voice from the meditation.
Usually, at the 10th minute of meditation, I already felt the pre-Void symptoms. But I still continued to concentrate on the voice from the meditation. And… boom! I'm in the Void State. In this state it is very calm and pleasant, but soulless, or something... After I said my intention or simply relaxed in this state, I came out of it and “woke up” in the desired reality.
What kind of meditation was I listening to?
A simple guided meditation for deep relaxation. I usually choose a deep female voice because it calms me down more. But I don't have favorites among specific meditations.
I used this one:
But you can listen to absolutely any meditation if you want. The main thing is that you feel comfortable and at ease, it should not be difficult for you.
You can also not listen to the meditation at all, but just do affirmations or something like that.
How did I manage to relax but not fall asleep?
I simply concentrated on the voice from the meditation, so my brain was constantly working while my body relaxed. This is the main secret to accurately get into the Void State.
What did I manifest?
I'll write about this later!

If you still think shifting's hard, read this.
✦ . ⁺ . ✦ . ⁺ . ✦
You’re simply remembering.
For years, there’s been this huge misconception that shifting has anything to do with the body. I’m here to tell you—it doesn’t. When you shift, it’s your awareness that’s shifting, not your body.
Take symptoms, for example. Just because your body is tingling, itching, or whatever, doesn’t mean you have shifted—or that you haven’t. If anything, that’s just your body falling asleep.
“But why does it only happen when I try to shift then?” Because you’re forcing your body into a state it’s not normally in—making it do things it doesn’t usually do. Whether you’re meditating, levitating, gyrating, or castrating. The body reacts; it doesn't shift.
It’s confused—just trying to keep up with what your mind is doing. Because that’s the only part of you that truly matters. When you shift, your body isn’t going anywhere. It’s your mind remembering the life you’ve always been living. You’ve been there this whole time.
That’s why shifting is easy. You’re not traveling—you’re remembering.
