Sibling competition except it's Leshy proving he has more rizz than Narinder (they are both horrifically incompetent)
So I have this headcanon-
Based off his dialogue "Those foolish Bishops thought they could keep you from me in death. But instead they sent you straight to me." in the start of the game, and since there's no other lambs for him to use thus making OUR Lamb the last of their kind; the Bishops were doing something to prevent any lambs from going to him in death, perhaps consuming their souls (in the same way they consume follower's souls when transforming into their Eldritch forms)
Which means our Lamb's arrival was either an accident or intentional, and since Shamura already has shown to have a soft spot for Narinder, including sending him Aym and Baal so he's not lonley, and also the state of their mind at the time...I don't think it's too unlilkey that maybe it's Shamura's fault the Lamb was sent to The One Who Waits.
Forgive. Forgive. Forgive.

Stuff my camp kids did during snack free time today from most to least expected.
1. Eat their snack (the primary thing they are expected to do)
2. Ships and sailors (normal camp game)
3. Big kids sang the National anthem in four part harmony while the little kids buried a tenth grader in leaves and grass. (I put these together because these events clearly were connected but I’m not sure how)
4. Held a “funeral” where the girl was resurrected by everyone singing “Love Story” over her dead body.
5. Turned on “fire ambiance eight hours” on somebody’s phone, buried the phone completely in sticks in the shape of a campfire, and roleplayed as monkeys/cavemen discovering fire for the first time.

shoutout to girls who do not understand the difference between ‘the bit’ and ‘waging psychological warfare’
looks exactly the same as when my wife brings me a little treat home from the store
Context: the entire party was basically just put in a saw trap illusionscape thing by an evil archfae, everybody but the monk died in a game of hide and seek after going through a lot of other physical/psychological trauma. long story short, the session was intense. said archfae gave the monk a wish for winning the hide and seek game, and he was trying to convince her to undo everything she just did with the wish after explaining that games aren’t fun when not everybody is playing.
DM: Ok, now roll persuasion.
Monk, who has a -1, ooc: Ah, my strong suit.
Monk ooc, angirly: NAT FUCKIN ONE- *audiable desk slam* AFTER ALL THAT-
*long pause paired with the sound of people’s mics clipping as the entire table made misc sounds of distress*
DM: *world’s most pained sigh* With advantage.
"immortality sucks because all your friends die" all your friends die anyway. those we do not mourn are those who mourn us.
"immortality sucks because you forget who you are" we always forget who we are. do you remember who you were at four years of age? who you were at fourteen? "who i am" is a shadow cast on the wall.
"immortality sucks because" skill issue. skill issue. skill issue. give me your liver
Some very self indulgent Sebastian doodles ft. my Roblox character/Pressure sona ^^ and also Eyefestation bc as annoying as she is I love her. There’s also quite a lot she’s since I’ve been drawing a ton lately.
Posting it here because my tumblr is where I get silly and goofy and openly show my simpy side :]
Also some drawings of a swap thing I did for the hell of it where I’m the big fish guy and Sebastian is human. I’m not very good at drawing him as a human yet but once I do I’ll post those sketches
I am truly in awe of the penis poll and the snail race (aiming to draw) and stuff like that. Not because Tumblr finally gave us polls and the first thing we did was use them as a medium for cooperative games that aren’t polls. But because they keep succeeding! The E poll aside (excused because I think a lot of the respondents didn’t understand the aim), these polls are really really good at getting the desired result.
Which is amazing when you think about it, because the respondents don’t see the result until they click. Until we participate, we don’t know how long the dick is! We don’t know how big the balls are! We have no idea which snail is ahead! We have to make a guess on what other users have done and behave accordingly. “Oh yeah, but there’s a lot of respondents, just using probability you can – ” do you know how much variation you get in probability? And yet every time I see those snails, they are NECK AND NECK. That penis always has appropriately sized balls that are approximately the same size, to within about 4% of the poll! You’d think everyone would play it safe and just make a dick, but no – people knew it needed balls, they made a guess as to whether other people were giving it balls, and the proportions worked out! It could’ve gone the other way; lots of people could’ve been like ‘oh I be no one is doing the balls’ and they could be massive balls with a micropenis. Or one testicle could’ve gotten all the attention by accident, and we could’ve had a single-ball cock on our hands. But respondents are predicting each others’ behaviour with amazing precision, giving us results far more precise than you’d expect from random generation over so many different polls! Those snails are at EXACTLY FIFTY PER CENT every time I see them!
I am so proud of our collectively drawn dick and balls you guys.
It's INCORRECT SKELETON SEASON, folks!!
When the players are about to visit a new town, pre-generate several NPCs who fit the demographics of the town, but don't give them jobs. Your town is Mostly human, with a number of halflings and gnomes? Make a list that's mostly humans with some halflings and gnomes mixed in, with names that match the vibe you're going for and maybe the barest description + a quirk of some sort.
So the list would look something like this:
Ophelia Bracegurdle, older Halfling woman who laughs a lot
Norabecka Johnson, a young human woman who seems tired
Geraldofinio Babblecock Nimsy, gnome gentleman who takes pains to maintain a fabulous mustache
Etc.
Then, when the players are like, "Can I go to the blacksmith?" You look at your list of NPCs and the one at the top is Ophelia Bracegurdle. She's your blacksmith now. Then they want to go to the tavern, where Norabecka is the innkeeper and Geraldofinio is a patron having a drink at the bar. He's using a straw so he doesn't mess up his mustache.
If they had gone to the inn first, Ophelia would have been the innkeeper with Norabecka as the patron, and then Geraldofinio should have been a blacksmith with some sort of mustache guard to keep the sparks off.
Making the list ahead of time doesn't take much time, and you can often re-use the people you never got to at the next town.
Your world will seem vibrant and interesting and like you have everything planned out.
Have fun!

another concept that I think would be interesting to explore in fic, is What do the Rimworld colonists think of the player?
What are you to them?
You design the colony, and they will build everything you lay out, no questions asked.
You decide what their priorities should be, and even if you make stupid decisions that put their lives in danger, they will follow that order without question.
You can give them a long to-do list, and the only reason they'll stop before completing it (aside from you telling them to stop), is if they physically cannot continue, because they're ready to collapse of hunger or exhaustion. Or are in such a bad mood they have a mental break.
Why are they so willing to obey you? What are you, that they trust you so unflinchingly, and let you dictate their lives?
You are capable of being in multiple places at once, as demonstrated when part of the colony is in a caravan several days' travel away, and yet you can instruct both groups in the same moment.
Time does not flow over you the same way that it does the colonists. There are times where you notice things too late, yes, but there are also times when, the very moment disaster strikes, you have a plan as though you were able to deliberate for hours during the span of a breath.
You have not aged. You were here when the first pod crash-landed, you bore witness as their children were born, you watched over them as they grew into adults, and you were there still, as your first colonists reached reached old age. You will be there for as many generations as exist in this land.
What are you?
