for so long i always felt a sense of struggle when it came to my achievements. i could reach my goals but it always felt so hard, and it usually came paired with periods of burn out and malaise. then i found out why: i was often neglecting foundational needs, living in chaos and not taking proper care of myself, and trying to zoom straight to big-picture achievements.
below is my ultimate guide to 'the good life'. the more balance you can achieve in each category, the easier and more pleasurable it becomes to reach your goals. you will still have to stretch yourself and explore beyond your limits... but it should feel relatively nice because you are supported by a nourishing lifestyle.
you deserve a beautiful, healthy, passion-filled life. here's how you get it:
physical health: create nourishing routines for sleep, exercise, and nutrition. your literal energy starts here, so if youβre trying to bring positive energy to your life and achieve success, you need foundational energy.
mental and emotional health: build resilience and develop strategies for coping with pressure and stress. take care of your mental health always, not just when youβre already spinning out.
financial stability: learn to manage your money wisely. budgeting, saving, and debt management are a must.
your home: whether you have just a bed, a room, an apartment, or a whole house, create a safe, comforting space to recharge and feel grounded.
strong relationships: surround yourself with supportive and meaningful connections - so much about ourselves is defined by those we are close with so choose wisely.
meaningful work: follow your sense of purpose and find work or projects that bring a sense of fulfilment and satisfaction to your life. remember that it may not always be paid work. if you have no idea, just keep trying things and follow what interests you, while working on the next stage.

legacy & impact: define the mark you want to leave on the world, through family, work, or contributions to society. think deeply about what you wish to leave behind and tailor your life to this goal.
play & leisure: make time for joy, hobbies, and relaxation for rejuvenation, calm, and passion. if your day to day work isn't your passion, it's so essential to find passion here.
time in nature: regularly connect with the outdoors for grounding and mental clarity.

Stop waiting, stop hoping, stop wishing, stop doubting, you Already have everything you desire - right now, there's already a version of you that already living their dream life and have everything that you ever Wanted, the only thing that is stopping you is fear, doubt, not believing in your power and in yourself, and the only standing between you and your dream life is your refusal to accept that you already have it.
Manifestation isn't about 'getting' something, it's about embodying the Version of yourself that already have your desires, shift your state and think as the version of yourself as if you already had your desires for example:
Wanting a car? β i think of how beautiful my car is and how comfortable it is to drive in it.
Wanting an appearance change?β i think of how my appearance is perfect and beautiful, and how i feel confident and comfortable in my own skin.
Wanting money?β i think of how i have the freedom to buy whatever i want and that no price surprise me..
Wanting my dream life? β i think of how comfortable and happy i am living my dream life and how grateful that i have everything i wanted..
You don't need to see movement, you don't need proof, you don't need anything because if you had your dream life you wouldn't wonder where it is.
This is called the Law of assumption for a reason, you made an assumption and you believed it that it's a fact without looking for proof, because the real proof is in your mind, in your imagination.
There's no such thing as time delay, this is a limiting belief, decide that you have your dream life right now and the 3d will reflect it instantly, you make the rules, you can just decide that you get your manifestation instantly and that time delay doesn't exist.
Manifesting isn't a job and isn't a process, it's the most natural and easiest thing ever, it's a lifestyle, you just need to keep it simple.
YOU'RE already LIVING your DREAM LIFE, you have it right now, not tomorrow, not in the year after, not in 2026 or 2027, start assuming that you're already living it, you're just going to embody that version of yourself.
Persist in your assumption, the 3d is just testing you, it's testing if you're going to keep being loyal to your assumption or not, DO NOT GIVE UP.
