self-sabotage looks like surrounding yourself with people who are always complaining about every aspect of their lives. self-sabotage looks like staying in a boring (or even worse) relationship out of fear of feeling lonely later. self-sabotage looks like setting ridiculous, unattainable goals, so that when you don't achieve them, you can feel sorry for yourself. (self-sabotage looks like feeling sorry for yourself, often.) self-sabotage looks like never progressing on your goals and then the next week you just do everything exactly the same.
this world is already harsh and cold enough. stop being your own enemy.

listen to your own inner voice and set boundaries!! your mental and emotional well-being need to be protected!! when you compromise your own values and goals to accommodate the needs and expectations of others, you are sacrificing your own needs and happiness. even if it means disappointing others or standing up against criticism, being assertive and prioritizing your own needs matters! a lot!
