Unpopular opinion â
Cute but overpriced skincare products, trendy supplements, and aesthetic workout gear wonât be the key to your glow up.
Taking retinol but not eating your vegetables will not make your skin age less
Hydration isnât just about serums; itâs about drinking water
Collage production isnât just about fancy creams, itâs about eating nutrient rich foods like leafy greens and berries
Glow doesnât come from overpriced skincare, it comes from balanced meals, less sugar, and good sleep
Moving your body consistently, even if itâs walking is better than bying every workout set youâve seen on instagram
Donât give in to the trap of consumerism disguised as self-care. Your glow up isnât for the sale. Itâs in the basics.
this is your 2025.
cultivate a life where you give 100% and receive 100%. plan out your days the night before, tick off your to-do list as you complete it and then watch it happen. nothing happens without the work.
make a list of your top priorities: Figure out what actually matters to you right now. This isnât about what you should care about, but what truly takes up your energyâschool, your health, building confidence, relationships, etc. Keep the list short (3â5 things max) so you can focus. â
create a morning and night routine: Routines give your brain structure. You donât need a 10-step ritualâjust something consistent. Morning = stretch, drink water, check your planner. Night = wash your face, no phone 30 mins before bed, quick journal. That alone is enough. â
check in with yourself and journal frequently: Journaling doesnât mean writing novels. Just note how you feel, whatâs bothering you, what went well, or whatâs on your mind. Use prompts if youâre stuck. The point is to stay connected to yourself instead of spiraling in your head. â
start saving money: Even a small amount every week matters. Start tracking what you spend. Make a savings goal (emergency fund, a trip, new laptop). Try a rule like âsave 10% of what I getâ or âno impulse purchases until Sunday.â â
learn something new every day: It doesnât have to be academic. Listen to a podcast, read one article, Google something random. Write down one interesting thing you learned to help you remember itâand to remind yourself that youâre growing. â
spend time with the people you love: Text them. Call them. Make plans, even if youâre busy. Shared time matters. Itâs easy to get caught up in fixing yourself and forget that love and connection are part of being okay. â
keep track of your sleep, hydration, nutrition: Start observing how your body feels. Are you getting 7â8 hours of sleep? Drinking enough water (2L/day)? Eating regularly? You donât have to go full fitness-tracker, but noticing patterns can help you feel way more in control. â
list down your stress triggers: What causes you anxiety, procrastination, or overwhelm? Write them down. Knowing your triggers helps you build systems around them. If social events drain you, plan alone time after. If deadlines stress you, start earlier. â
clean your room: Your environment reflects your mental state. Tidy up the space where you spend the most time. It doesnât need to be perfectâjust put things back in place, wipe down surfaces, and open a window. It shifts your mindset. â
practice gratitude and/or meditate: You donât have to be spiritual. Just note whatâs good. Try writing 3 small things youâre grateful for, or sitting quietly for 5 minutes. It helps your mind slow down and notice whatâs okay, even on rough days. â
set boundaries: Say no when you need to. Donât reply right away if youâre drained. Make rules for yourself about how much you give to others. Boundaries protect your energyâtheyâre not selfish, theyâre necessary. â
declutter your phone, laptop, etc: Digital mess counts. Delete apps you donât use, clear out your camera roll and downloads, organize folders. It helps reduce mental clutter and makes everything feel more intentional. â
plan 1 self care act every day: Something small, just for you. A walk, skincare, journaling, no-screen time, reading. Doesnât have to be fancy or expensiveâjust consistent and kind to yourself.

@academia-lucifer
you're her. act like it.
this is inspired by self-development's video on youtube
think about yourself
put yourself first, because trust me when i say that no one will put you first like how you put them first. women are entirely too scared to be called selfish; and that needs to change. you should never be afraid to say "no" or fill your own cup first.
being hated is a privilege
if someone is genuinely taking the time out of their miserable day to hate on you, more specifically when you've done nothing wrong, then take that as a compliment! who are they to talk about you, girl? if someone is trying their hardest to bring you down, then you're obviously above them. if you're standing on a ladder, you can't push down someone who's already on the ground. but if you're on the ground, you can easily push down the person on the ladder.
be irreplaceable; be different.
if you want so badly to be irreplaceable, then you simply have to be different. if you try to fit in and be "normal," then your ex-boyfriend or ex-friend will find someone else in no time.
stop overthinking
if you really need something in your life, God will give it to you. and if you really want something in your life, then you'll work for it. that friend left you? you'll get another one soon. you lost two dollars? you're getting your allowance next week. just stop overthinking everything.

㣠you can throw me shade, all it does is just cool me off ŕż
I know that iâm the creator of my reality. I have everything I want and nothing can deny that fact. I never seek proof in the 3D, I only seek proof in imagination because itâs my real reality. I can have everything I ever wanted. My dream life is never out of reach because I am the creator of it. I am the creator of everything in my life and nothing is ever out of my control. I have the power to change anything I want. I am limitless. I do not have to experience anything I do not want to experience. I know that Iâm doing everything right because I am the creator of my reality. All I have to do is imagine and feel and I instantly have what I want because the inner me is the real me. I love living in the 4D. I love how I am not waiting for anything because creation is finished. It is already done. I love how failure is simply impossible within the law of assumption. I donât have to worry about anything. I know that everything has already turned out how I wanted it to. Everything is better than expected. My manifestations always turn out way better than I expected. My subconscious always knows what I want. I never have to second guess myself and my abilities because I already experienced it in imagination. It is done. It is done. It is done. Everything is within me, I just have to give it to myself.
