Hi! I'm LovelyLavDolly, but you can call me dolly for short ♡
I am currently 20 years old and I made this blog as a way to both express my nerdy, alternative, & girly interests, to find my personal style(s), my personal image branding, manifestation, affirmations, & mental & physical self improvement, so almost all of my posts & reblogs revolve around this as I want to make & reblog posts with intention ♡

My favorite colors are purple, pink, silver, gold, black, chocolate brown, olive & pistachio green & cherry& muted red ( you will see all of these colors a lot on my blog but especially light purple since thats my most fav and light pink lol)
Least favorite color: orange (I do think it can be a pretty color especially when paired with other colors like pink, but this color in particular doesn't look all that great on me, but i can learn how to style it via playing w/ undertones!)

Hydrate like your life depends on it, because your enjoyment of life sure does.
Get an expensive, high-quality multivitamin. Drugstore brands don't cut it.
Put on sunscreen before your face is ever hit by rays, and watch your bedroom shades. I've received a sunburn from the morning sun peeking through before!
Research retinoids like retinol & tretinoin, and why mega-dosing vit A can function similarly. Don't forget your neck if applying topically.
Find out what you're allergic to. Eliminate all the common allergens for a week - wheat, dairy, sugar, nuts, shellfish, eggs - and then reintroduce them one at a time. Your skin and gut will tell you if something is harming you if you're patient and LISTEN to your body.
Environmental allergens will kill your skin too - get tested for allergies to pet dander, mold, dust mites, etc. especially if you wake up with mucus habitually or feel tired a lot.
Fill your diet with antioxidants.
Quit using lip balms that make your lips more chapped and switch to applying oils.
Treat yourself with respect
Different forms of self-respect:
1. Eating good food. Caring for your body is a way of caring for yourself. Therefore eating nutrition food and nursing your body with the right food is very important.
2. Skincare. Your skin is a reflection of your habits (diet, skincare, etc.)
3. Movement. Every movement is important for both your body and mind. Creating a strong mind is key to self respect.
4. Reading. Being able to read and understand different stories creates a stronger mind.
5. Time for yourself. Saving time and energy for yourself will bring your life to peace. Not everyone and everything deserves YOUR attention.
