1. Eating good food. Caring for your body is a way of caring for yourself. Therefore eating nutrition food and nursing your body with the right food is very important.

2. Skincare. Your skin is a reflection of your habits (diet, skincare, etc.)

3. Movement. Every movement is important for both your body and mind. Creating a strong mind is key to self respect.

4. Reading. Being able to read and understand different stories creates a stronger mind.

5. Time for yourself. Saving time and energy for yourself will bring your life to peace. Not everyone and everything deserves YOUR attention.

Happy New Year favs!!! The New Year is a time of awakening, evolving, and improving and this post is to help you all get a reset on your life. 2020 was a rough year in general but this year can be a turn around for you personally if you start designing your dream life and stay committed.

Create Your 2021 Vision Board

Take the time out to map out everything you want in the upcoming months. EVERYTHING! Make it as pretty as possible. This can include things like a dream car, a new job at your favorite store, closer relationships with loved ones, and a polished cohesive appearance. Start with a positive, attracting thought process. Doubtful thinking will not aid in whatever it is you’re trying to attract. Take magazine clippings and print out inspo photos. Write out affirmations and speak as if. Write in future tense as if you’ve already obtained everything you’re asking the universe for. Take a picture of your new pretty vision board and look at it everyday, on your phone and in person.

What are your health concerns? Go to the doctor and find out where you stand physically. Do your research on nutrition and vitamins (and their purposes). Doctors are very helpful in this regard because the ready to go vitamins may not be anything that serves you and as humans we all need different properties (different demographics, genders, races, weight, height, conditions, etc.) Create a strict vitamin regimen and get any shots/treatments that are necessary. Drink more water/non-processed beverages. Eat more clean food and meat. It’s unrealistic to say “I’m not drinking any pop, or eating any fast food.” These are pleasures to some, and living in luxury means enjoying all life’s pleasures. However, too much of a good thing is *say it with me* a bad thing! Moderate moderate moderate!!! Let moderation be your best friend this year and your health will thank you!

Stop telling yourself the body you want is unrealistic!!! Chances are it’s attainable, but by working for it. Having a beautiful figure aides in pretty privilege and getting more out of life. When you wake up confident in your skin, life is much easier and opulence is more plausible. Having a nice body also sends the signal you have your life together. You have goals, you’re active and healthy, you care about your appearance, etc. You don’t even have to get a gym membership. Invest in supplies that will help your individual goals. I have a waist sweat band, a stretch band, and ankle weights because my main goals were toned legs, small waist, and flat stomach. Everyone’s journey will be different but it’s good to incorporate multiple facets of life into your body image goals. For example, not only do I do yoga, but I do cardio, and I drink protein shakes and have a weekly carb goal. (ps. if you want more noticeable curves, FOCUS ON PROTEIN. if being leaner is the goal, focus on reduced carbs and lean meats)

A smart girl is a beautiful girl. Read books on self help, finances, nutrition. It’s such a wonderful feeling to be the one people ask about everything, because they know you’ll know something. Take a class, any class that suits you. I took a fashion class last year and learned a lot. I loved the experience. If you’re in traditional school, set high goals and accomplish them. Once you do, reward yourself. Take immaculate notes and study hard to retain all the info you’re learning. If you’re in high school and know what you want to be your career, start educating yourself on it NOW! Keep a career notebook and research on the field and topic. Find out more about international events and cultures. This will help keep you well versed. Teach yourself another language. Start reading your dictionary and thesaurus. A leveled up woman is intelligent and comes off as such. Learning is enriching. Education is a privilege that we all should be taking advantage of.

GET A NEW PLANNER! Plan out your weeks and months regularly. Being overbooked is mentally taxing and avoidable by organizing every commitment you make. I recommend The Happy Planner, or Erin Condren. You could even create your own using a pretty journal, a calendar, and planner stickers. I recommend this regardless of your lifestyle. You can plan out time for pampering and you time. No matter how busy you are you can block schedule your days to keep from overworking yourself. Clean your phone out. Delete any unused apps, clutter contacts and useless screenshots. Organize your photos by category if you have too many. Make physical notes of any important texts and delete your text threads. Deep clean your home/room and throw away everything causing clutter. Sort out your clothes. I personally sort by season, then goodwill, sell, and throw away.

People are gonna look at you crazy for having the audacity to love yourself and want a beautiful life and to them; say nothing. Embrace your individuality. Be charismatic and like able but never sway from your true personality. People will be enamored with your social skills. Keep everything highly maintained. No matter your financial situation, this is possible. Invest in cute loungewear, activewear, ensembles, and nightwear. You deserve to look great at all times. Get your nails done every 2-3 weeks. Mani and pedi. Maintain it at home with a mani kit. You’ll need a file, cuticle pusher and oil. Keep your body soft and smooth. Develop a strict self care regimen. Create a skin care routine tailored to your concerns and stick with it, twice daily. Get your brows and lashes done and keep them up at home by handling your lashes carefully. Get full body waxes once or twice a month. The smallest details make the hugest difference in a woman’s looks. These include things like white teeth, groomed brows, shaped nails, clean clothing, moisturized skin and posture. Get those six together and watch how different you feel.

A woman with a sense of self has a distinctive look. She’s recognizable by a particular set of aesthetics. Reevaluate your closet. Are you happy in these pieces? Do they make you feel powerful and confident? Do the clothes wear you? If so, get rid. Will it be extra and glitzy? Or preppy? Or minimalistic? What’s your dream lifestyle? Are you a real life supermodel or CEO? Any style you like most is attainable at any budget. Once you’ve developed your style create a signature color scheme. This doesn’t mean you can never wear anything outside of it, but what colors are you going to want to be instantly recognizable in? What textures and patterns are you into? These are the questions costume designers ask themselves to develop an assigned character sense of style and their personality too. For example, when you look at Samantha from SATC, you can tell what her personality is without watching the show. Very alpha, sexy, mature and bougie. Often times style is executed through accessories and supporting pieces. You can make two totally different look with the same shirt and pants with different jewelry, belts, handbags, etc. You can create scrapbooks, mood boards, Pinterest boards, etc. to help you along your way.

New Signature Look

Finally let’s develop your signature touches on your look. Every woman I know who has life figured out has trademark factors in her appearance. This often coincides heavily with your aesthetic. These include handbags, scent, jewelry, hair, nails, a color scheme and makeup. My signature is medium length pink/nude gel nails, white toes, a silk pressed blowout, Chanel Chance Eau Tendre, hoop earrings, long lashes and glossy pink lips. I’m consistent with it. I’ve had a manager tell me “wow, you always have those hoops on, that’s so cute!” This is the goal. You want to be instantly recognizable by these attributes. Women often have a piece of jewelry they never take off that serves as their signature piece. Your signature look can be anything you want as long as you can be consistent with it.

lymphatic drainage massage has been an absolute GAME changer for me like OH MY GOSH?? and it literally takes no more than ten minutes a day and its lowkey like giving myself a massage 💕.

one thing i will say though, the order in which u drain is SO important so make sure to do it in the proper order. this is the lymphatic drainage massage that i do every single day, i rly love this one bcuz the doctor in the video actually explains it and shows u how to do it so i rly love it.

HOW TO MAKE A GINGER SHOT ;

so i own a juicer but assembling it and disassembling it is soo tedious and i'd rather just use my blender so im going to be talking about how i make ginger shots using a blender. all ur going to need are the following...

🌟 a few pieces of ginger (i usually just use one or two small pieces)

🌟 some water

🌟 cayenne powder if u want an extra kick (optional)

🌟 some lemon

🌟 strainer

and all u have to do is lightly peel ur pieces of ginger, dont worry about getting all the skin off but just get as much as u can off. put it into ur blender with some water and squeeze half a lemon into it before blending. next ur going to take ur strainer and separate the pulp from the juice and ur all done!

i always start all my workouts briskly walking for 30 minutes on the treadmill at an incline. i watch kimora lee simmon's life in the fab lane show while i do this because each episode is around 30-40 minutes so i keep myself distracted. or if im feeling for something different i'll go on the elliptical instead of the treadmill.

at the moment... the workouts that im doing consistently everyday are 10 minute waist + tummy workout, 10 minute hourglass abs workout, 5 minute stomach vacuum, 5 minute abs and small waist pilates workout routine, 5 minute everyday pilates lower abs for abs. and then for booty i love to do 12 minute booty workout (with resistance bands or weights), and 10 minute bubble butt burnout. now for my arms and back i do 10 minute slim back & better posture, 5 min slim and toned arms workout, and 8 minute victorias secret angel arms. if u guys want more on working out and stuff i can make a post on that too!

MENTALLY MOISTURIZED ;

i've been consistently journaling for about three years now and its been fabulous. i can get all my thoughts out onto paper and not feel like im carrying a million pounds of stress on my head. i feel overwhelmed a lot because i do SO much and journaling has really helped me.

also i have a super fabulous therapist who helps teach me how to ground myself, and just take care of myself better so shes great. if u can't have a therapist right now, journaling is great... and between me and you... chat gpt makes a great therapist.

i love meditating every now and then when i feel like i wanna just immerse myself in my brain, another thing i do to keep a good mental space is digital detoxes. every other week i get off of tiktok and it has been SO great for me. i also don't use my phone in the mornings because i just need time to get ready and have a screen free morning, its rly so pleasant. if im sad, i cheer myself up with shopping.

i follow this one girl on youtube, i'll link her right here ❤︎ but she has amazing juicing recipes and healthy lifestyle content in general that rly inspires me. i make the same juices she does and they taste generally good and are good for you. i like to make juice once a week, maybe twice. whenever i feel like i need it essentially.

IN BED BY 9... GLOWING BY 8 ;

SLEEP IS A NON NEGOTIABLE. even if u eat super healthy and workout everyday, if ur not sleeping enough it's like shooting yourself in the foot! you need ur beauty sleep. sleep is when your body heals, resets, and literally glows up from the inside out. it helps balance your hormones, support your metabolism, and keep your skin clear and glowing. not to be dramatic but… no amount of eye cream or green juice can fix chronic exhaustion. and thats the real gag.

FEET UP THE WALL POSE ;

when u elevate ur legs, ur letting gravity do all the work for you. draining lymph, reducing swelling, and boosting circulation. it’s perfect after a long day or when you’re feeling puffy and need a moment of calm.

CYCLE SYNCING ;

so there are four menstrual phases. luteal (before period, when u start to feel sluggish) menstrual (during ur period) follicular (after ur period so improved mood and brain function) and ovulation (ur feeling confident, like the summer of ur body). the way i incorporate cycle syncing is just, during my luteal phase i won't over-stuff my agenda bcuz ik i get super sluggish and cranky.

i also make sure to pour into myself during the menstrual and luteal phases. i plan my bigger projects during follicular and ovulation. i plan my workouts accordingly too, and set aside extra time for rest. i eat a lot of soups during my period -> red meat and fermented foods during follicular -> fibrous foods during ovulation -> and healthy fats and chocolate during luteal.

its super simple! and to make it simpler think of it like seasons. ur menstrual phase is the winter -> follicular is the spring -> ovulation is summer -> and luteal is fall.

"The more things go smoothly for someone, the smoother they will continue to go". No matter what you're going through right now, you must keep telling yourself: I will get better and better. Please live life with a positive and optimistic attitude. Many girls find themselves in situations like this right before the year-end evaluation, they start scratching their heads like crazy, thinking: "It’s over. I’m going to mess this up."

We’re always worried in advance about things that haven’t even happened yet. We anticipate our anxiety, get more and more tense, and feel like we can’t relax at all. But overthinking only destroys your luck. A person cannot create and defend at the same time. When you obsess over “what if I fail,” your brain automatically shuts out the solutions. That’s why the more you fear something, the more likely it is to happen.

Overthinking reduces decision-making effectiveness by 40%. And 85% of the things we worry about never actually happen. Those girls whose lives suddenly start going smoothly it’s not because they’re lucky, but because they’ve mastered the law of magnetic field selection. What you focus on is what you attract. first In the morning, look in the mirror and say: Three good things will happen today. Trust me, your subconscious will automatically help you filter out three matching scenarios because the brain actively seeks evidence to validate your prediction. If this still doesn’t quite make sense to you, let me give you the reverse example: if you constantly worry that you u will fail in a history test for example, you may end up experiencing exactly that outcome.That’s because you’ve already assumed it will happen. So everything you do and every worry you have is actually you looking for proof of that assumption. This is something the people around you may never tell you.

second set up an “anxiety trash bin.” Every week, set aside 30 minutes to write down all your worries on paper and then tear it up. Give your anxiety a boundary, so it doesn’t spill over and contaminate the rest of your time.Just focus on doing what you actually want to do. Often we feel like we didn’t do much in a day, and it leaves us in a slump. That’s usually because our mental energy was drained by anxiety and worry.

third practice the “5% possibility” mindset. When you start thinking, what if I fail?, immediately ask yourself: What is the 5% chance that I succeed?When you think, What if the project flops?, change your thinking to: What can I do to increase the chance of success by 5%? When you come across as confident, the chances of success increase significantly. So sometimes faking confidence is actually a great tactic because the more you pretend, the more you start to believe it. That’s another form of positive self-suggestion. As Laozi said "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."

⚠️ : be careful not to build your confidence solely on pretense. Fake confidence without effort or growth can lead to arrogance or poor preparation. Use it as a stepping stone not a mask.

but true smooth-sailing in life doesn't mean having no setbacks it means you no longer waste your energy fearing those setbacks. When you stop feeding your fears, the opportunities that were once blocked by anxiety will naturally return to you.

Like do you ever remember one thing you once worried about that never actually happened. You’ll realize you’re much luckier than you think !

and finally remember this :

“Money flows to those who don’t lack money. Love flows to those who don’t lack love. Whatever you lack, the world will take away even more. But whatever you have, the world will keep giving you more.”

What it means is when you act from a place of lack like desperation, insecurity, or fear you unconsciously push things away. You may chase money, love, or success so anxiously that it repels the very thing you want. The world picks up on that energy.

But when you live with the mindset that you already have enough even if it’s just a little you move with confidence, gratitude, and trust. That energy attracts more of what you desire. People trust you more. Opportunities find you. You show up stronger. And so, what you already have grows.

Example:If you feel like you’re unlovable and act out of fear of being abandoned, you might unintentionally drive people away. But if you believe you're already loved and worthy, you attract relationships that reflect that ..
