I’m still boiling from that anti-Convert sentiment so I’m going to put it into something positive, I won’t hold to any negativity because it will harm this blog and me, so I make something out of this undeniable deep pain and sympathy for all converts but particularly converts with no Jewish ancestry.

So here some famous non-born Jews:

Sammy Davis Jr. a man who always wore a Mezuzah around his neck, and the one day he did not, lost his eye in a terrible accident, never took it off again. He is a Jew. May his memory be a blessing.

Marilyn Monroe, considered a sex symbol, lived a tragic short life filled with abuse from her peers and family. She found a home in a synagogue, even if it was for a short time. She is a Jew. May her memory be a blessing

Elizabeth Taylor, a famous actress, a HIV/AIDS activist, converted to Judaism in 1959 saying this: “Although two of her husbands – Mike Todd and Eddie Fisher – were Jewish, Taylor stated that she did not convert because of them, but had wanted to do so “for a long time.”” She is a Jew. Andre Tippet a former American football player, enshrined in the football hall of fame in 2008. As his Wikipedia article says: Andre Tippett is Jewish; a former Baptist, he converted to Judaism. He is a Jew. Mr. Tippet thank you for your contribution to this tribe.

Sarah Avraham, a world known kickboxer, who converted to Judaism, fled her homeland Mumbai, India after the 2008 terrorist attack and immigrated to Israel. She is a Jew. Mrs. Avraham thank you for your contribution to this tribe.

Carroll Baker, retired actress, a women who like Monroe, was consistently abused by those around her. who converted to Judaism for Jack Garfein, a Holocaust survivor and director. Regardless if she fills her house with Jewish breath. She is a Jew. Mrs. Baker thank you for your contribution to this tribe.

Drew Bundini Brown, a fucking icon, was an assistant trainer and cornerman for The Muhammad Ali. Met a Jewish woman he really loved, married her, and converted years later, finding his home in our tribe. He is a Jew. May his memory be a blessing.

Mike Hanopol, a rabbi, and former rock musician who played with several Filipino and American bands. Upon learning he had Jewish heritage, he converted AND became a Rabbi. He is a Jew. Mr. Hanopol thank you for your contribution to this tribe.

Kate Capshaw, an actress most know for her role in the Indiana Jones film, which was directed by Steven Spielberg, she converted to Judaism before marrying him and had a beautiful Orthodox ceremony for their marriage. They are still married and a beautiful Jewish couple and have at least 5 Jewish Kids (wow!!!!) Mrs. Capshaw thank you for your contribution to this tribe.

William Holmes Crosby Jr. the founding father of the branch of science know as hematology ( study of blood) and a translator. I could literally nothing on why, when, which movement he converted I only that he did indeed to convert to Judaism. He is a Jew. May his memory be a blessing.

save the bees… and save the bats, save the wasps, save the moths. they are all pollinators, and they are all important to the earth, even if our human eyes don’t deem them as charming as hummingbirds. we have to protect them too!
