I saw a post like this swapping the purples of the bisexual and asexual flags, and decided to do the same with the gay and aro flags

examples of this include but arent limited to: being felinekin because you like cats, liking dogs because you are pupgender, your interests affecting your vesility, not being able to differentiate gender euphoria from general happiness, and more I havent mentioned/thought of! as long as you feel this label fits you, then it fits you

not exclusive to neurodivergent people, just made with them (aka me) in mind :D

more revamps of old terms and flags of mine! i both didn’t fully express the definition of the terms and didn’t like my flags, so i wanted to refresh them.

the flags use the top stripe of the recipro- flags to represent the fabricated attraction, white/grey/black to represent the grey areas of these orientations and the confusion they cause, and the bottom stripe (or two stripes) represents the actual lack of attraction being experienced.

the prefix ‘lusi-’ is a reference to the word ‘illusion’, since the attraction a lusi- person believes they feel is not real. also, for me, the experience of this term is inherently linked to my anxiety, but i decided to leave mentions of mental health out of the definitions because i don’t feel that these should be exclusive to mentally ill or neurodivergent people.

my take on shipping aromantic characters is that if you're aro you get to do whatever you want and if you're not you have to write me a three page essay 12 pt font times new roman double spaced explaining in detail why you believe entering a romantic relationship would be an interesting and worthwhile storyline for the character and how you believe their aromanticism would affect the way they experience said relationship
