HOW I MANIFESTED MY DREAM APPEARANCE
Okayyy so I used to have lots of limiting thoughts but TODAYYY I was standing on BUSINESSS with affirming, visualizing and persisting and LET ME TELL YOU I LITERALLY MANIFESTED MY DESIRED FACE, DESIRED BODY, CLEAR SKIN, LONG SILKY CURLY HAIR, AMBER EYES LONG EYELAHES,BEING FINE ASFFF BEING SNATCHED, AND BEING 5ā10
THIS PROVES THAT MANIFESTING IS EASY AND THE INLY PERSON THATS STOPING YOU IS YOU, SO SWITCH THAT MINDSET AND MANIFEST INSTANTLY
self-improvement looks very simple on paper. eat better, workout, have a skin care and hair care routine. lower your screentime, study, be organized, have hobbies. but trust me i know how difficult it is to actually DO the things you talk about doing. how hard it is to even know where to start, and how to stay consistent. roadblocks also happen, things out of your control. but ultimately you can make change in your life, just little by little.
during this stage you need to think of what you want to accomplish and creating an action plan full of steps that can get you there. i've provided my own example too :)
prioritize your physical and mental health. when those things are improving then pretty much everything else in your life will start to follow. just look at yourself now and think 'what can i do better? how can i be happier & healthier?'
write down your goals.
create an action plan for each goal. what steps can you take to achieve this goal? make a step by step plan.
come up with things you can do everyday to reach that goal. what adjustments can you make in your everyday routine that'll help you get there? for example, i want to make an etsy shop so i sew for 20+ minutes a day on weekends, and sew 30 minutes on weekdays.
the most important part is slowly easing into your new habits. look at your goals and think 'what steps am i taking to reach it?'
meeting your basic needs. before you even think about self improvement make sure you're taking care of your health and hygeine. this means eating enough, being hydrated, taking care of your hygeine. always make sure that your core needsre met consistently before you even begin.
start small. once you've gotten consistent with meeting your basic needs then start making small changes. (ex. exercising for 10 minutes, reading for 10 minutes, start small with the habits you planned) dont overwhelm yourself!
have a fluid plan. be open to change- if something really isn't working then adjust it! and, when you continue to do something for a while, start doing it longer- i used to walk around 1.5 miles daily for almost a month and then started doing 2.5. keep increasing until you're at a healthy point.
having a good mindset. as always make sure your mindset is good. remember that progress isn't linear- you're going to screw up sometimes and get off track. just make sure you learn from every experience.
no matter what there ARE going to be problems or things that don't go your way, things that aren't in your control. since my 15th birthday i've been applying to jobs left and right, over 30 or so, and it's been 5 months of rejection due to my age (15 year olds can only work 3 hours in a row and most places need more). since i can't control that i just keep applying and in the mean time i focus on the other aspects of my life! it can be really frustrating but you just have to keep pushing.
For my girlies that want to be really succesful and happy but have not figured out yet ie. Are yet to connect with their life's purpose and/or choose a career, here's the tip of the century: devote your time to learning a diverse group of practical, timeless and mostly widely applicable skills. Examples?
Language. Learning a parent language eg German or Spanish or Mandarin will never not come in handy. When you do figure out your career this skill will find a way to be applicable. Let's not forget the networking opportunities plus if there is a foreign aspect to it eg an office abroad guess who will make the list.
Dance or music. Mostly classical. This might not apply to your career if it's not in the arts but it connects you to your feminine creative side, is great for your mental health, brings a touch of sophistication to you, the health benefits and oh so impressive. Plus it's music sis. Music solves everything.
Crafts(wo)manship. We are talking knitting, pottery, crotchetting, couture, etc. One, hobby. Two, Etsy. Three, sophistication. Four, femininity. Five, you'll give the best gifts over Christmas, trust me.
Swimming, driving, flight, etc. I am 100% convinced swimming and driving are basic life skills. Will there ever be a day in your life when you'll regret that you can drive? Or swim? Unless you're angling for driver it might not contribute to your career but it will to your life.if you can get a flight license do that. If you can get a motorcycle license do just that. Even if it's a hot air balloon, do just that. You can not convince me swimming is not a life skill I am literally surprised by people that can't swim. Never been in a flood huh.
Social skills. The thing about social skills is that they are, drumroll, SKILLS. Skills are not inborn, they are learned and we live in the era of Robert Greene and Genie Sayles and Dale Carnegie and free online courses and if there is one set of skills that's the backbone of everything its this one. There is no time having social skills will not help. Not professionally. Not socially. Not even in your family. Or friends. Whatever your life purpose is, you will need social skills. Communication is the key to EVERYTHING.
"Health" related skills. I'm talking gut health, get a first aid certification, learn herbs and holistic methods and reiki and yoga and all that. Your wellbeing shouldn't even be a choice honestly. Is there one time being at prime health will Not come in handy? No. Till you figure stuff out learn the right foods, learn to heal your gut, learn quick first aid tips, learn how your body works, learn female reproductive health, learn evolutionary psychology- stack up on the health.if your community has traditional healing methods learn that. Especially those of us that want to be moms? You'll need this so bad.
Fashion, styling, beauty. Because we are women and let's be honest , it's much easier and better when you finally learn to style yourself and express yourself through your clothing & make up &c &c and do what's good for your skin and hair and- you get it. Is there a day you will not need to dress? No? There you go
Financial education. Now if I need to explain this to you please meet me out back I just wanna talk
You don't have to have the full picture to start investing in it

Dealing with Haters on your Level Up Journey.
People are gonna talk about you anyway, you might as well get hotter and richer as they talk.
Victoriaās Secret had the biggest glow down to make insecure women feel better about themselves. Same with Hollister/Abercrombie. Jennifer Lawrence is irrelevant and doesnāt get casted for anything good anymore because people got sick of her just as fast as they fell in love with her.
Why? Because when you try to be FOR everyone, it ruins the experience of you and your brand. People that feel uncomfortable with how you look and how you want to better yourselves were always in a secret competition with you. And to be honest, they always felt like theyāre better than you. But the thing is, when you decide you want to level up, they take it as a threat to their status when theyāre with you. Thatās a good thing because they know (probably even more than you) that you have what it takes to get there.
Itās okay to be exclusive. Itās okay to only want to be associated with things that are on brand with you. From the examples I wrote above, see what happens when you dim your light and change yourself to make others feel good? It literally ruined all of them and they tried to make a comeback but each time they failed. Fenty⦠a brand that promoted inclusivity but itās not talked about too much.
To get elevated status, get comfortable with shining so bright you make other people uncomfortable. Kim Kardashian has done sooooo many things and got herself cancelled so many times but why is she still relevant? Because she never changed herself for the approval of you. Sheās going to make a bag regardless and she was trained that all publicity is good publicity.
When influencers get cancelled (hi), we make SO much money. Itās disgusting how much money we truly make when people cancel us. We are signing deals left and right for contracts 30-60 days from then when weāre still relevant for people to check if weāre still cancelled, but itās not too fresh to work with a company if that brand will get cancelled for working with us too soon. Why do you think all apology videos from influencers are fake? Because money is coming in, in crazy amounts.
The more you are unapologetically you, and youāre all about yourself, the more relevant youāll be. The more talked about youāll be. The more at peace with life youāll be. I believe that people come into your life match with the current version of yourself. That one might sting a little, but youāll attract authenticity when youāre authentic to yourself. Donāt wait for permission to better yourself. Remember⦠lol itās always the ugly ones that hate. Iāve never seen a pretty girl to be jealous of someone elseās level up unless there was a threat.
xoxo hoped I helped!

living in the end is being in a state where u think, feel, and behave like the person that has their manifestation.Ā
why might ppl struggle with this?Ā
u donāt trust the processĀ
ur not actively choosing to think ur desired thoughtsĀ
ur giving the 3d too much powerĀ
UR SELF CONCEPT IS NOT STRONGĀ
things to remember : life isnāt happening TO you, itās happening FOR you. inner creates outer, not the opposite!Ā
how to live in the end?Ā
ask urself how would ideal you be thinking, feeling, or behaving if u had ur desireĀ
this is just you mentally rehearsing, and itās so NATURAL bcuz weāre doing it all the time. and you go about ur life assuming, thinking, and acting as if ur mental scene is true, bcuz it is.Ā
remember, REPETITION. repetition is the law of neuroplasticity, thatās how u teach urself new things and thatās how u experience a new reality.Ā
things to ask urself to stay on track :Ā
would i be feeling, thinking, behaving this way if i already had my desireĀ
what if it happened 10 minutes ago
(ask the last one if u find urself being triggered by the 3d)Ā
remember IT IS DONE and everything is unfolding for u in the best way possibleĀ š
beauty tips and tricksā.ą³ąæ*:dšš

this post is all about how to process emotions that we are uncomfortable with, safely and positively. Today, Iād like it if youād try to implement at least one technique today!
Remember that when you feel an emotion, it is your body communicating itself to you. Listen to your emotion, and understand.
All emotions are temporary, and will pass. But some can leave a more long term effect on us.
Having the skill of sitting through uncomfortable emotions calmly, and not let it impact our lives greatly will serve you well.
STOP TECHNIQUE
S- Stop what youāre doing, pause all activities and shut off your brain.
T- Take a few deep breathes, continue until your focus is only on breathing deeply.
O- Observe your thoughts, your body language, any physical sensations and acknowledge them within you.
P- Proceed with any activity that may help you process this emotion. Meditation, journaling, stretching, talking to someone, etc.
ALL TECHNIQUE
A- Acknowledge, accept and alllow what you feel. Identify what emotion you feel, if you canāt, try to associate it with something. Sit in this feeling for awhile and truly accept it within you.
L- Link it to a circumstance or situation that may explain why youāre feeling this way. E.g āI feel so irritated lately, it may be because Iāve been eating sugary foods moreā
L- Learn what this emotion may be telling you. Thereās not much detail on this because only you know what your body needs/wants.
SELF EXPRESSION
Draw, write, compose music on what this feeling looks like, sounds like, maybe even their taste. This really helps go deep in your emotions, analyse it and then hopefully process it.
what happened to originality??ā.ą³ąæ*:dš¬š
social media is so helpful and is overall a positive thing in my opinion, but if we're not self aware i think that it can get to a point where u find urself parakeeting memes and stuff u see on social media and it starts to BECOME you.
and i think its so disheartening to see people band wagon on the next biggest trend and look to social media to find out who they are and what their personality is and how they should be. when it gets to that point ur like a copy and paste of everyone else and originality gets lost in the process.
itās okay to like trends and participate in them, but let them be things that reflect who you already are, not who you think youĀ shouldĀ be. thats all āš½š
Why being delusional is the best solution | IT GIRL DIARIES
"being delulu is the solulu" - a pretty bitch
In today's world, being labeled delusional may often be seen as a negative insult, usually implying someone is out of touch with reality, which isn't wrong i mean.. ,but what if i told you embracing a form of delusion could actually be a powerful tool for manifesting your goals and changing your life?
Being delusional, in a positive sense, means creating a new belief or fantasy in your mind and living as if that is your reality. Over the years, Iāve realized that this type of thinkingāwhere you treat the fantasy you create as your true realityācan lead to life-changing transformation.
View life as a gameāone where you can choose who you want to be, like changing a character in a video game. I was fat and I didn't like that so, I decided to see myself as a "skinny girl" and live out that reality. I programmed my mind to believe this new identity, and my actions followed. The mind drives our actions; once I embraced my new self-image, my choices and behaviors naturally aligned with it. Eventually, I lost the weight, and that once ādelusionalā thought became my reality.
The key is to truly believe in the version of yourself that you want to become. By continuously reinforcing that belief, your mind will start sending signals that influence your actions to match this new identity. Whether you aspire to be wealthy, successful, or fit, the process remains the same. Create the fantasy, immerse yourself in it, and allow it to guide your actions until it becomes your truth.
So yes, being delusional is the solution. Itās about harnessing the power of your mind to reprogram your reality. By deluding yourself into the person you want to be, your actions will start molding you into that person, whether itās the fit version of yourself, the wealthy version, or whatever else you desire. When used intentionally, delusion isnāt madnessāitās manifestation.
