Remember this,
every dream requires discipline.
You can travel the world and study
students and their behaviors
and their mindsets
there is a science behind achievement.
And when you study the most
successful students in the world
we find that they are responsible,
they are motivated
they are self-managed,
they are self-aware,
they have a long-lasting student mentality
even after they have passed the test
because they understand
that life is a test
and in life there are ups
and there are downs.
And so accept the responsibility,
see yourself as primarily responsible
for your outcomes and your experiences.
You are going to need discipline.
Motivation will help you get started
but discipline is going to keep you
on the road to your destiny.
You got to be self-motivated.
You got to find purpose in what you do
by discovering personally meaningful
goals and dreams.
If you're going to be a successful student,
if you're going to come out on top
you've got to start managing your time.
You plan and you take action
in pursuit of your goals and dreams.

@bloomzone !
You don't need to feel so much shame all the time. You're allowed to struggle, you're allowed to take breaks, you're allowed to be kind to yourself. Let yourself be <3.
every morning run, every late-night study session, every mindful meal — it all adds up.
Evening routine ideas
A proper evening/night routine can not only help you reduce anxiety but can also be really fun! Here are some of my essentials for a calm evening, for you to take some inspo!! <3
Light a candle. My current favourite is 'pumpkin harvest' from Yankee! <3
Run yourself a relaxing bath. You can add a bath-bomb or rose paddles to make it even more relaxing!!
Do your skin/hair care. Remove your make-up, moisturise and maybe try some overnight hairstyles.
Charge your phone and any device you might need.
Care for your pets and tell them you love them. <3
Go for a walk and enjoy the cool evening air. Fresh air always calms me. :)
Put on a comfy pyjama and get a fuzzy blanket.
Catch up on some youtube videos or shows. I love watching video essays; my favourite channel is Mina Le!
Make yourself some herbal tea to calm down. Some good ones are Chamomile, Lemon balm, Peppermint and Lavender.
Finish your homework and tidy your desk. Staying organised, yk.
Try meditation if your day was stressful. <3
Read for a while and listen to some music. I'm currently reading 'My year of rest and relaxation'. Should I review it?
Update your diary or journal. List some things you're grateful for.
Meal prep for the morning. I recommend overnight Oats!
Plan ahead and ensure you have your alarm set so you don't stress in the morning.
Fluff your pillows and make your bed cosy, so you can sleep comfortably.
Try sleeping early so you get your 8 hours of beauty sleep.
As always, please feel free to add more suggestions in the comments! <3

౨ৎ ⋆。˚ lack
♡ TRIGGER WARNING: mentioned alcoholism, substance abuse
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ lack: to be without or deficient in
— "everything comes from nothing."
this is true. without having nothing, being at the bottom, being in a state of lack and starting from the ground up, we would never have decided to seek out something more because we would already have it. lack is the motivator behind the creation of everything we know, even if it may not be the creator. lack is what gives said creator the drive to create.
so when we feel a lack in our lives, we obviously feel a need to fill that. this creates desire. and as we are hardwired for negativity, in turn a lot of the time this leads down negative pathways because that is our natural route. but lack is always the creator of these pathways. we always lead back to our roots, and lack is the only unchanging root we all unify under.
from the simplest to the most complicated of circumstances, lack is always the culprit, because there is always a desire driving us to do these things.
desire comes from lack, and desire is found in the smallest of things. and desire and wanting leads to action. like for example if you want breakfast in the morning you'd go and hunt around the kitchen foraging for food like a wild animal. (me coded)
for example, many bad habits like substance abuse or alcoholism come from a desire to "fill the void" as it's often described, the void being emptiness, emptiness being lack.
another example; an inability to uphold healthy relationships, platonic, familial, romantic or otherwise, also often comes from a traumatic or repeated experience with instability. instability literally means "lack of stability", once again leading to lack, making them subconsciously crave what they already know. you see what i mean?
think about your problems and think about their origins. think about what you want and why you want it. you will find almost, if not every time it leads back to lack.
because everything comes from nothing.

📧 -> to get me motivated before cleaning, i like to imagine that I've invited a really hot person to my house and they're going to see my room. works like a charm.
this is a guide for people who struggle to get motivated when cleaning their room, or for people with ADHD like me who get side-tracked and easily bored!!
step O1 -> clean up any dishes 𝜗𝜚
you don't have to wash them right now, just get them out of your room!
step O2 -> throw out any visible food-related trash 𝜗𝜚
food packets, scraps etc.
step O3 -> pick up and put away anything red 𝜗𝜚
i get bored easily when cleaning, so i like to split things up by picking up colour-coded things too! this has helped me the most when keeping a tidy space.
step O4 -> throw away any makeup related trash 𝜗𝜚
make up wipes, q tips, makeup packaging, etc
step O5 -> pick up any makeup products 𝜗𝜚
put them back on your dresser / wherever you store them!
step O6 -> pick up anything orange 𝜗𝜚
step O7 -> pick up any paper, cardboard, etc 𝜗𝜚
loose sheets of paper, cardboard packaging, etc. put it in the recycling!
step O8 -> pick up any dirty washing 𝜗𝜚
you don't have to wash them right now, just put them in the washing basket!
step O9 -> pick up anything yellow 𝜗𝜚
step 1O -> pick up and put away any clean clothes 𝜗𝜚
make sure to fold them !!
step 11 -> pick up any craft materials / stationary 𝜗𝜚
pens, pencils, erasers, markers, etc
step 12 -> pick up anything green 𝜗𝜚
step 13 -> pick up any accessories 𝜗𝜚
jewelry, hair accessories, hats, scarves, etc
step 14 -> put away anything beauty related 𝜗𝜚
skincare, nail polish, hair brushes, perfume, etc
step 15 -> pick up anything blue or purple 𝜗𝜚
step 16 -> make your bed! 𝜗𝜚
a clean bed is a literal game changer. makes your whole room suddenly look neater.
step 17 -> put away any entertainment 𝜗𝜚
books, cds, toys, games, etc
step 18 -> pick up anything pink 𝜗𝜚
step 19 -> pick up anything monotone 𝜗𝜚
white, grey, and black !
step 2O -> rearrange things! 𝜗𝜚
neaten up your bookshelf, dressing table, desk, wardrobe, etc
Now you're basically done! things should (hopefully) seem a lot less stressful now that everything's where it should be. 🫧🧁
the last step is just to vacuum, dust, and wipe down any surfaces!
