ROE X 3DOLC : manifestation challenge
the ROE challenge is from @cleostoohot and the 3 days or less challenge is from @starliet. also the format for this post is inspired by @cleostoohot and @itgirlwrld. i’m participating in this challenge and i’m honestly really excited to get results from it. although i chose not to identify with my old story anymore, i was someone who hadn’t gotten results for 3 years. seeing the success stories and seeing how both of these challenges embody the core of law of assumption, i can’t wait to see what this challenge entails for me. i don’t have a lot of desires, but i plan to focus on some more than others until i completely manifest everything.
WHAT I WILL BE MANIFESTING
i. my desired appearance (body and face)
ii. revised grades and perfect grades for uni
ii. my desired life (including travelling w/ my bf and no uni while making millions)
HOW I’LL DO IT / THE ITINERARY (ROUTINE)
rampage for self concept before and / or after bed (depending on how im feeling that day)
affirm as if i already have them whenever i think of my desires.
meditate and affirm for my desires in the middle of the day (when i feel like it or i am spiralling).
MY AFFIRMATIONS
self concept (for the rampages):
nothing and no one in this world is above me.
i am in control of everything in my reality.
i am god and everything is possible through
god.
i am powerful and good enough to manifest whatever i want.
desired appearance (face and body):
regardless of everything, i already have my desired and perfect appearance.
regardless of everything, i look exactly like my desired face and body.
general:
regardless of everything, i have all my desires.
regardless of everything, i always manifest in 3 days or less.
i will be starting the challenge tomorrow 06/29/2022
This website is filled with adult people too afraid to answer the phone, but who will boldly say things to other human people over the anonymous internet that would easily get their front teeth knocked out at any physical location. It’s wild.
3am thoughts:
the places that resonate most with me, are part of me, are the liminal spaces. the places that aren't proper places, but spaces betwixt; waystations, transitional places.
crossroads, stairwells, gas stations, train platforms, airport gates, cemataries. rooftops at dusk, or any time really. long stretches of highway in bad country when no one else is on the horizon. a pier with a lone bench at the end and a flickering lampost, surrounded by 70 year old bullet scars in the concrete. 3am at the waffle house, where everything is real and nothing is. an abandoned railroad bridge where your friends used to jump in the river, but you refused knowing instinctively the nature of the place. the waiting room of a hospital when you're silently pleading with gods who don't listen about a beginning or an end. overgrown trails and backyards that abut the highway. an out of the way park, with a monument so weatherbeaten and overgrown that no one remembers what it once commemorated. a party when you're not sure if it's too late or too early but you're the only one left awake so you sit at the window and wait to see what comes.
my heart resides in these spaces and my thoughts often turn to them. rarely are they pleasant, often discomforting because things are thinner there, both less and more real. have you felt it, the power of liminal spaces? that niggling sense that things aren't as they seem and really never were? that feeling that you've overlooked something important but can't remember what it was? next time you find yourself in a place such as these, listen, there is power there, and a promise. the promise that everything changes, moves on, passes for good or ill and the power to see it through. change, transition, death and rebirth.
"It is as I will it. "
"As I speak it so it is. "
"This I command."
This is by my power."
"This I manifest."
"By me and the powers that be."
"Because I fucking said so."

After many requests, I’ve made a rebloggable version of my ‘Weather Magic’ page. Here you will find heaps of resources to help you with weather/storm craft. If you’ve read some of my previous posts about weather magic you will notice some similarities - that is because this is a collection of every weather witching post that I’ve ever posted compiled into handy resources post.
The term “weather magic” or “weather witching” has been used to mean anything from divination and forecasting of weather to actual control and manipulation of the weather itself. From calling up treacherous storms to destroy another’s crops or providing fair winds for those at sea, witches (and even those who do not consider themselves to be such) have always been involved with weather magic. When you consider that most forms of magic are based around an agricultural past, the ability to affect and predict the weather was considered an invaluable skill. After all, if your family’s livelihood depended on the success of your crops (or the ability to find water as it did in my family’s case), weather magic would be an extremely handy thing to know.
I am quite fortunate, as the gift for weather related magic comes easily to my family. For generations, the men in my family have been dowsers or water diviners. However, it wasn’t until after I displayed an aptitude to weather related magic that I was told about my family’s history with it. My grandfather was the last water diviner in the family and he died when I was very young so I was never taught how to divine for water. My grandmother was the one to teach me what little she knew about weather magic - the rest either occurred naturally or I picked up along the way.
This is the most common form of weather magic and has been practiced for hundreds of years. Depending on the pitch and tone of the whistle a witch can create a gentle breeze or a sharp gust of wind. Traditionally, if the skill of whistling up a wind does not come naturally to you the option of making a ‘wind whistle’ out of willow or alder wood is available.
Here in Australia, whistling up a wind is probably the most common form of magic I do. I honestly do not go a day without whistling up a cool breeze. It’s bloody hot here and sometimes a cool breeze is just what you need.

Storm casting is the art of creating storms. There are many different methods to creating storms and bringing rain. The method used by my family is to fill a jug with water and while sitting outside (or facing a window) pour the water into a basin or bowl. Dip the tip of your pointer finger into the water and slowly make five clockwise circles in the water (if you have a pendant necklace this can be used instead - just above the water in the bowl). As you are making the circles call the wind to bring in a storm by blowing (or whistling a continuous low note - the sound of wind over the mouth of a glass bottle) over the water in the basin.

Traditional Methods of Calling Storms by stormbornwitch
There are multiple ways to stop a storm. The most common are dispersing or binding storms. However there are also ways to prevent storms from coming by directing them away from where you are. This is great if you’re holding an event outside and you need good weather.
This method involves spreading the storm out over a large area thereby minimising its effects. You can disperse a storm by calling winds to blow it away (or in a certain direction) or if you favour using weather maps you can draw the low pressure system moving away and gradually dissipating.
This method is also called ‘storm catching’ and involves catching a storm and binding it within an object (usually a bottle or knots) so it can be released gradually at a later date by pulling out the cork or undoing the braid/knots.

Storm catching or “reeling in a storm” is even more difficult than storm casting so it’s always wise to think before you cast. Too much energy put into a storm and it will go on for weeks (and cause some flooding - basement incident) or it will be extremely violent and knock down power lines and tree branches. Too little energy and all you will get is a 5 minute shower of rain.

However, if you wish to prevent a storm from forming, you’re going to have to pull out the weather maps. To make a weather map all you need to do is to print out a map of your local area or the area you’re trying to keep a storm away from.
Just use google maps and don’t make the area too big or you might seriously strain yourself magically. Then laminate the map - now you have your own ‘whiteboard’ to draw weather symbols on to generate certain types of localised weather.
To practice this kind of magic you really do need to know how weather systems work and how they’re likely to move; knowing a little bit about meteorology goes a long way.
Once you’re ready, find out what the weather is predicted to be and draw it on your map. Now draw the high/low pressure systems moving so that the area you’re trying to protect doesn’t get rain. This method can also be used to bring rain to a certain area.

a little tip. use words & phrases like "always", "yes", "already", "ofcourse", "it's a fact that", "i know that" to make your affirmations feel more natural & acceptable to you. for example -
i am always being spoiled by everyone
yes i am irresistible to everyone
SP is already head over heels in love with me
ofcourse i am the prettiest woman ever
it's a fact that i manifest instantly
i know that i earn a thousand dollars everyday
also!!! write your own affirmations. don't use anything you find on the internet. ofcourse you can take ideas but customise your affirmations according to how you would naturally have your inner conversations - tone wise, language wise or even by changing several words. affirm what resonates most with your god self!
i mentioned several times in the past that at some point in my journey i used to set alarms for every hour i was awake to remind myself to affirm. though i don’t do that anymore due to it being too freaking much, it definitely gave me a lot of movement every time. if you love affirming as much as i do then you should definitely try this! technically it’s only a one day challenge since that’s all you need but you can do it however long you’d like to.
𝐈 ︴decide what you want and create an affirmation
» example: i want to be 5’0. my affirmation will be “i am naturally 5 feet tall”
𝐈𝐈 ︴set an alarm or a reminder for every hour your awake
» assuming you already know how long you’re usually awake, set a reminder for every hour. you can use the self pause app, reminders app, alarms, whatever it really doesn’t matter so pls don’t inbox me “do i have to use that app or any app?” just make sure you have something that’ll remind you hourly. my reminders were usually set from 7am - 10pm so not necessarily 12 hours but whatevs.
𝐈𝐈𝐈 ︴repeat your affirmation 30x
» each time my reminder went off, i repeated my affirmation 30x (aka said it in my head 30x). i wouldn’t necessarily say i said it robotically, i just said it normally like if i was reading a sentence from a book or something.
𝐈𝐕 ︴dassit honestly
» that’s it y’all. it’s real easy. i did this around the lowest part of my journey and still got results so i don’t wanna see any circumstances or excuses in my inbox. i rebuke.
⸻ okay. tomorrow morning i will clear my inbox then after that i am going on a hiatus. as a girl, i feel as if i need a whole week to prepare for this vacation loll plus i spend a lot of time on here so i could use a break. so any questions you have try to get them in by 8-10am ish idk sleep schedule kind of fawked.

I've mentioned a few (several?) times that I'm trying to rework my practice to be so much lower energy.
I want to practice a lot. My path has responsibilities and demands. I want to be engaged in witchcraft daily and often.
As a part of this I have had to really sit down and untangle the question of chronic magical fatigue, which then turns in to chronic regular fatigue.
I've come to some personal realizations during this quest. Here is one of them, which I would like to suggest as a concept or hypothesis but not a literal truism:
One of the most vital and basic energy working techniques you can learn is feeling how full your "mana tanks" are.
Magical battery, odic fluid, witch-power, whatever you want to call it. It's finite for all of us (even if for some it can recharge faster than they can use it).
I have yet to see a "daily practice" or "101 energy work guide" provide a resource on how to feel how much magical energy you have, and explain how to avoid over-spending it.
I have also never seen a 101 guide ever really explain that "energy-gathering" techniques which are meant to recharge you are in and of themselves draining.
Techniques which refill your mana tanks are often the same techniques as energy raising and energy programming.
E.g.: "Pull energy up from the earth" (energy raising) "and guide it to your spine, imagining that it refills and recharges your whole body" (energy programming).
This is an actively draining technique.
The only passive energy-gathering technique I'm familiar with is just resting.
As humans, this should be common sense! Eating food requires energy (to find food, to prepare it, to consume it) and then can further tire us as our body redirects resources to digestion.
As humans, when many of us get older, we start to realize our physical limits. You know how far you can get in the day on a single bagel. And for many of us, if you've pushed past your limits, your whole day is thrown off. Refueling might make you crash and nap, not suddenly fill you up with a huge burst of energy!
Yet somehow it's pervaded the 101 energy working sphere that a certain energy-gathering exercise - which drains your magical power - will just fill you up and you can do as much magic as you want again. Warnings about not over-exerting are usually like, "take it easy! Only do 1 or 2 minutes if you can't do all 15, or even take the day off ;)" but no actual instructions about how to feel out your limits and know how to reliably stop before you over-exert.
I think that for a lot of people it would be helpful to divide their energy-working abilities into two categories: Muscle and Fuel.
Your energy working Muscle becomes stronger over time. It has its own muscle-memory, and repetition of techniques can allow you to do them faster and better over time. This Muscle behaves very much like your earthly muscles: it burns fuel to work, but it also becomes fatigued and even damaged with over-exertion. It requires regular periods of rest. Once pushed to the point of fatigue, the necessary period of rest becomes a lot longer.
Your energy working Fuel can be thought of as the little magical calories floating around your energy body system. These units of energy are refilled and recharged as we do normal things like eating, sleeping, and engaging in restorative mundane activities. This Fuel doesn't do anything on its own*. In order to utilize it, you have to engage your Muscle. The more that you work with Fuel-collecting and Muscle-using, the more efficient your energy body system becomes at accepting, processing, storing, and expelling Fuel. You can use your Muscle to collect Fuel and store it inside your energy body.
No matter how much Fuel you have, once your Muscle is fatigued, you have to rest.
I can run a marathon (no I can't, but imagine with me) and be totally exhausted. If I eat an entire pizza, will this allow me to suddenly run another marathon? No, of course not!
Now, let's imagine that nobody brought a pizza to me, but I had to walk down to the corner shops to buy one - now, my poor muscles can barely hold me up. Energy-raising exercises still require you to flex your Muscle, and if it's already fatigued, you are probably just shooting yourself in the foot.
Your Fuel and Muscle are not automatically synchronised. And I think a lot of us out here are abusing our poor Muscles, demanding they work again and again and again, not understanding that they need literal periods of rest - hours and days to be allowed to relax, heal, and regrow to a stronger state. And I think a lot of people do believe that just by Refueling, their Muscles are supposed to "magically" work as if they just came of a week of rest.
In my beliefs, this Fuel and Muscle are the same ones we use for divination, spellwork, and spirit contact :) So if you're trying to do tons of these things all the time and thinking that a grounding exercise can replace rest, you're probably literally just… running yourself into the ground.
I would like to propose that if you are having a really hard time dealing with fatigue and energy levels when trying to engage with your practice**, you should learn two techniques: A way to judge the fatigue of your Muscle, and a way to judge the fullness of your Fuel.
Either of these things can be accomplished with a pendulum on a number line (using a pendulum requires usage of your Muscle, by the by!). Bodily sensations may tip you off - I get a strained feeling in my forehead when I'm close to over-exertion. You can also induce a psychic technique, such as asking yourself where you're at and waiting to hear, see, know, feel, or understand where your Muscles and Fuel are at.
I would also like to propose that metaphysical energy gathering can actually be so tiring that it might be inappropriate for everyday use. Raising a ton of energy and infusing it into yourself or objects for later use is a full day's activity, not a quick act you can shove into a morning routine. I'd like to clarify that here I differentiate between energy-raising, and meditative techniques which provide a "grounded," present-moment focused state of mind.
If you're taking suggestions, I would recommend figuring out how much magic you can do before you achieve a state of 50% Muscular fatigue/Fuel exertion, 75%, and 90%. I believe you shouldn't push past your limits. It just hurts. It feels bad, it's exhausting, and it takes exponentially longer to rest and heal. And I think many of us will be surprised at how little magic we can accomplish when we respect our limits.
*Some people who experience a great over-abundance of personal energy do have weird stuff happening around them all the time; it's the metaphysical equivalent of a cat rubbed with a balloon and set loose in a Styrofoam factory.
**Here, I mean people who notice marked upticks in exhaustion and fatigue when working magic, not people with baseline fatigue which just carries forward.
