a little tip. use words & phrases like "always", "yes", "already", "ofcourse", "it's a fact that", "i know that" to make your affirmations feel more natural & acceptable to you. for example -
i am always being spoiled by everyone
yes i am irresistible to everyone
SP is already head over heels in love with me
ofcourse i am the prettiest woman ever
it's a fact that i manifest instantly
i know that i earn a thousand dollars everyday
also!!! write your own affirmations. don't use anything you find on the internet. ofcourse you can take ideas but customise your affirmations according to how you would naturally have your inner conversations - tone wise, language wise or even by changing several words. affirm what resonates most with your god self!
Knowing what ingredients are toxic, harmful, or poisonous is extremely important if you are to explore this. Many of these terms are referred to as the other, but from a medical safety standpoint, it is particularly important to discuss the specifications based on what you personally intend to create.
You should always contact a medical professional before ingesting a new substance into your body. Even if it says it is safe in all the research you find, you could still even be allergic.
A brew is a potion that requires heat to steep and activate the best effects, brews are made for the purpose of drinking hot, such as a coffee or tea. Brews specifically are classified only by the method of heat.
Decoctions are the liquid resulting from concentrating the essence of a constituent by mashing and then boiling it. This includes bark, rhizomes, and the roots of a plant. Pulverizing the plant first will allow for optimum dissolution, and then boil in water to extract the volatile organic compounds and chemical substances.
Curative concoctions in which the effects might shift or benefit selective biological properties to the drinking. They may contain alcohol to promote a proper digestive breakdown.
An infusion is characterized by being a plant or biological extract in water to be drank. Effects are based on which ingredients are chosen. Teas and coffees are examples of Infusions.
The word potion itself refers to a magickal liquid or substance that is intoxicating, and can lead towards positive, negative, or transformative effects based on purpose, intention, and ingredients.
A Poultice, also called a Cataplasm, is a damp patch of heated plant matter that is distributed on cloth and laid over the skin to treat an inflamed or aching section of the body. The intention a Poultice is to cool a spot of the body over a prolonged period by drawing heat out of the spot through the process of circulation and evaporation.
The simple difference between lotions and salves is that lotions are an oil or thicker cream, and salves are more creamy or gelatinous. Both are to be applied to the skin.
To define a tincture would be a plant extract including alcohol, it can either be made into a drink, or something to be applied to the skin such as lotion when diluted.
She’s coming. DOCTOR STRANGE: IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS (2022) | dir. Sam Raimi
I want to be a dream of light made ink that is written forever in your memory. Leave in every corner of it, a smile, a ray of sunshine and rose petals so that when you look for me, I have always something beautiful to give you. I want to be that precious story that you will someday tell someone with all the tenderness in your voice overflowing and your heart beating with gratitude. Even if I can't be forever in your arms, it doesn't matter as long as you can remember my name and while saying it, it draws a sweet smile on your lips and lets shine the sparkles of the stars that I planted in your eyes, and then I will be an eternal caress in your soul.

First, let’s talk about core beliefs. Your core beliefs are the sum of your past experiences. From the moment we’re born, we’re constantly trying to make sense of our world. What do you think when you think about yourself? Do you think you’re kind & deserving or bothersome & undeserving? Our brain automatically answers these questions using the direct & indirect messages we received during childhood. A direct message could be “Jenny, aren’t you clever?” or “You are so lazy, Sam”. An indirect message is a belief your brain accepted via experience. They are the beliefs that control your actions without you even knowing. For example, if one of your parents were often too busy to spend time with you, your brain may have created the indirect (subconscious) belief that you are unimportant & unlovable. Your parents didn’t blatantly tell you that, but it’s how your brain perceived their actions, hence the term ‘indirect’ or ‘subconscious’ belief. The bad news is that until you reframe those beliefs, there’s a good chance they will continue to influence your decisions & ultimately run your life. The good news is that it’s never too late to reframe our beliefs! Take a moment to think about what subconscious beliefs are running your life. If they aren’t contributing to your happiness & well-being, then it may be time to replace them. Once you have identified the root cause of your negative beliefs, you can begin to reframe them using neuroplasticity & psychology, which I will discuss in my upcoming posts.
In simplest terms, if you don’t believe something is possible under any circumstances, you have limiting subconscious beliefs that need to be reframed. If you believe something is possible & just not possible for you, you likely have a poor self-concept and/or have been conditioned to subscribe to low self-worth stories. In either scenario, the first steps towards change is reframing your beliefs.
✨ Follow along as I teach you how to manifest your dreams using psychology, quantum physics, neuroplasticity, and just a sprinkle of magic.

To attract the best version of yourself, and to center yourself in preparation for future blessings.
Anywhere between 45 minutes to 1 hour: depending on your preferred bathing time.
This spell uses bay leaves, if you are allergic to any of the materials I encourage you to replace the materials with ones that represent the same meanings as the originals. Please do not place yourself in harm’s way to complete this spell the way I have it written, the Craft is different to each of us, and should be explored in accordance with our own magic and not the magic of another.
2-3 Bay Leaves: representing protection, boosting, prophecy, purification, defense. In this spell representing seeing your future self, the self you desire to be currently.
Vanilla Scented Candle or Tea Light: representing healing, protection, harmony, unity. In this spell representing centering yourself to accept the changes ahead.
Fire/Flame: representing empowerment, enlightenment, comfort, rebirth, inspiration, illumination, hearth and heart, manifestation. In this spell representing finding your shadow self where it is now in the darkness, and bringing it back into the light.
Quartz: representing clarity, cleansing, healing, purification, and inner peace, enhancement, amplification. In this spell representing protecting yourself from negative energies around you that may be blocking your aura from reaching it’s full potential.
Bundle of Palo Santo/Sage: representing cleansing. In this spell being used to cleanse the energy of the water, as well as your own energy to prepare it to be reimbued with new purpose.
Run the bath to desired fullness and temperature. You should be able to at least submerge yourself mostly in the water, it is okay if you cannot fully submerge all parts of your body as most standard tub sizes are quite small.
Gather all your materials close to the bathtub with you, but do not yet get into the water. Once all your materials are gathered, disrobe before beginning the spell.
This spell is incantation-based, and you will need to cast it with intentions in mind, as well as in order by incantation.
Begin reciting the incantation all the way through without interruption, first in English, then again once more in Latin. Both versions are included below these steps.
When following the incantation the physical steps done in time with the recitation should be as follows”
- Crumple the bay leaves. Sprinkle them clockwise into the water of the bath. Do not stir it. If your drainage system is poor or if you are uncomfortable with bathing with the herbs later, feel free to simply place them in a sachet and stir the tub with the sachet before leaving it in the tub for the rest of the spell.
- Light the Palo Santo/Sage. Use the lit Palo Santo to first cleanse yourself. Everyone does cleansing a little differently in accordance with their practice, but if looking for inspiration: I cleanse by first running the lit bundle across my whole body and then drawing the sign of Lilith on my abdomen in smoke. Then proceed to cleanse the water by tracing the outline of the tub in a clockwise fashion as many times as feels best to you.
- Light the Vanilla Candle. Place the candle on the side of the tub where your head would rest, but do not enter the water yet.
- Pick up the Quartz and hold it in your dominant hand, place your closed fist over your heart, and begin stirring the tub clockwise with your non-dominant hand. Continue to stir the tub holding the quartz against yourself until you have fully finished reciting both the English and the Latin versions of the incantations.
- Once you have finished the reciting portion of the spell, step into and submerge yourself in the water, make sure to get every piece of your body covered even if not all at the same time. For example, splashing water up onto your arms and back, or laying down briefly to dip your head into the water. Leave the candle burning until it either burns down, or you are finished with your bath, in which case please gently snuff it out.
- When getting out of the bath, stand up, and before stepping out or beginning to drain the water, close out the spell. You can do this in any way you please, so long as the meaning is the ending of your casting. Many people choose to say “amen”, “thank you”, or may also choose to praise a chosen god/goddess/spirit guide for closing a cast. I personally do not have a token deity in my practice, so I close my spells with the simple “So Mote it Be”.
English Version:
In water’s mirror, I am found.
Floating as leaves towards my true self.
The smoke and scent draw me in,
To clean and steady my soul against the winds.
There I am amongst the ashes,
Safe & Sound in crystal crevices.
Latin Version:
In speculo aquarum invenior.
Flocci versus mei vero.
Fumus et odor trahunt me,
Ut emundare et stabilive contra ventos animam meam.
Ibi sum inter cineres,
Incolumis in crystallis cavernis.

Could you elaborate on diffrent types of affirmations? From adding emotion to it, to asking yourself why you have everything you want.
The goal of affirmations is one, to revert your attention from what you don’t want to what you do want.
There are many subcategories including (but not limited to):
simple affirmations:
I am happy, my SP is in love with me, I have the job of my dreams, etc...
general affirmations (like simple but don’t have a specific focus):
I am the god of my reality, I am the woman/man that has it all, I am extremely lucky....
Askfirmations:
Why am I so happy?, why does everything always work out so well for me?, why do I always get what I want?....
These are meant to trick the brain into perceiving the contents of the question as true more easily. This happens because questions make our brain focus on the answer instead of focusing on doubting them.
Scripting:
“Omg Samantha you won’t believe it! I just got a phone call from that job I applied last week and they told me I was hired! I’m staring next week!”
Scripting is much like affirming but instead of using small sentences you create a little story (message, letter, etc..) and you read that. This is very convenient if you find yourself being bored of affirming or just can’t find the right affirmations.
Isn’t it wonderful:
Isn’t it wonderful that I am in this amazing relationship with the guy of my dreams?
This is much like any other askfirmation, it ultimately comes down to your personal preference wether you like to add it.
Adding feeling:
Feeling is a great way to make yourself believe your affirmations faster. People say that feelings don’t manifest which is true, but feelings do boost manifesting. (Though if you can’t do it don’t stress about it, focus on affirming and your all good.)
Phone call technique:
You can use your phone on flight mode with that if you like too. Just relax and imagine a phone call between you and either a friend where you’re tell them the good news (much like the scripting example) or between you and your SP/employer or whomever you want to manifest this conversation with. “Hear” them telling you what you want to hear from them or “hear” yourself telling them the good news and them responding excited. Repeat as needed.
i remember seeing someone say
when neville came to abdullah and said he wasn't in barbados, abdullah didn't say "go work on your self concept, get rid of your limiting beliefs, reprogram your subconscious mind, and then you will be able to manifest your trip" .
he told him that he WAS in barbados and neville had the choice to either live in the end or keep on worrying. we all know that he properly started living in the end and manifested his trip.
you don't need to get rid of "limiting beliefs" or reprogram your subconscious mind at all. just decide what to manifest and know it is coming. that's the "secret".
