MY GOD WHAT HAVE I FOUND XD
I'm not sorry for having you know this exists XD
somewhere in the world there is a tree that sprouted the same day you were born and has been growing along with you
i hope this reaches the target audience:
hold on for one more night, one more day. appreciate all the little things keeping you connected to the world. tell yourself the end can wait one more day. see how you feel tomorrow. see if you can keep going a while longer.
A little ode to being slow. đ I think âtoo slowâ is oftentimes a trap that makes ourselves feel bad for where we are. Maybe going faster would be harmful and counterproductive! Maybe slow is actually the correct speed. Itâs up to you to find what speed works for you!Â

hey.
if you happen to be reading this, i just wanted to say some things coming from someone who knows what itâs like to fall asleep in tears.
you are not a burden or a mistake or a problem. you are a person with feelings and talents and potential. you deserve happiness even when you feel you donât, and you deserve a future even when youâre stuck in your past.
life isnât all about finding the one or succeeding perfectly. life is about finding your happiness and wellbeing in a world that gives you chaos. in that chaos you might cry yourself to sleep, might stay in bed for a day only getting up to use the bathroom, might mean shutting out the world out of frustration, might mean saying âfine. bye.â when you really just want them to stay. but you have tomorrow. and i hope tomorrow brings you at least one, real, beautiful smile.
youâve got this. youâve got a good heart. donât forget that. even when all you can hear is reasons to give up on yourself, donât. you have got this.

shoutout to the people who for the longest time didnât see a future and thought their lives would be over by now. you made it. youâre still going. i know itâs hard building a future you werenât prepared for, but i believe in you. youâre a survivor.
You are not hard to love đˇ
âAnd once the storm is over, you wonât remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You wonât even be sure, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you wonât be the same person who walked in. Thatâs what this stormâs all about.â

truths Iâve learned at 25
1) you are your own best friend. start treating yourself like it. at the end of the days itâs YOU who will fall asleep with yourself. YOU who will drive yourself to work and back. be kind to yourself. learn how to be alone with yourself.
2) you have to learn how to be authentic to yourself. by this I mean you have to learn what makes your butt wiggle and go after it. no motivation, no ambition is a disease. find something that lights you up inside and work for it.
3) if youâre a people pleaser, you will spend the rest of your life making others comfortable at your own expense. stop it. if you catch yourself trying to make others comfortable at your own comfort, KNOCK IT OFF!!!
4) not making a choice IS a choice. youâll stay forever frozen where you are if youâre too scared to make any change. if youâre so scared to step on the wrong path it keeps you from stepping ANYWHERE, nothing changes if nothing changes. you quite literally cannot figure out what your destined for if you refuse to try anything.
5) if you struggle with discipline, donât think of it as âdisciplineâ. think of it as devotion to yourself. if you promise yourself something, STAND on it! be there for yourself by showing yourself integrity.
