don’t belive this, don’t be on my blog
🏳️🌈
A buncha idiots found my pro Tony/anti Steve post because they can't stay out of tags that upset them much like toddlers that want to keep eating lemons despite hating the taste, so I guess it's time for another hurricane of pro Tony/anti Steve posts
Also, for the record: Steve insisting on being in the battlefield despite being a liability is not noble nor inspiring, it's stupid and belittling of the people that helped war effort despite not being able to go to the battlefield. So sorry that your "pretty Captain" looks down on people that won't or can't be in the front lines, but it is what it is. He was lucky he got the serum, and even luckier that it made him so big no one would go against him.
Kelly: I think it's so nice that they got her wife to present the Pulitzer, it just made it feel really special.
Alex: Lena and Kara aren't married.
Kelly: Oh, sorry, girlfriend.
Alex: They're not dating either.
Kelly: What???
Alex: I know, we have a betting pool on how long it will take them to realise.
ong the love of my life
thank you for this beautiful art

Merlin: Bird watching goes both ways.
Arthur: That's vaguely threatening, thank you.
Since y’all still on this “Tony is an evil capitalist billionaire for not paying the Avengers” bullshit
I think something that people forget about Tony Stark is that he was incredibly humble.
Now, before you click off in rage, let's define humility.
Maya Angelou defines humility as "Humility is knowing your place in the world. It’s understanding that you are not the first person who has ever done anything important." C.S. Lewis defines humility as "not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less."
We can get humility and self-deprecation skewed very easily. Tony has both, admittedly, as well as a cocky streak - but his interactions with people are incredibly humble. He is not threatened by people who are as smart as him, in fact he looks to hire them and get them on his team. He is not intimidated by stronger men, in fact - he hopes to fund them (the Avengers, hello!) and work with them. Tony Stark does not suffer from short-man syndrome, nor does he have a jealous streak in him. He is aware of his place in the world, he thinks of others' needs before his own (even if sometimes he misinterprets those needs) and he is not threatened by people who are at his level. I think sometimes the fandom forgets that.
Arthur: *does something stupid*
Uther: Merlin how could you let him do this?
Merlin:
Broke: Merlin is a royalist because he is a class traitor boot licker
Woke: Merlin is a royalist because he was raised a peasant in the sixth century and he has the perspective and values typical of that time period on top of his personal experiences with Arthur to give him faith in the enlightened despotism favored by Catherine the Great and Frederick of Prussia.
Bespoke: Merlin is a royalist because anyone who had to live through both the English Civil War and Voltaire's exile to Britain would come out the other side thinking democracy is stupid.
Transcendent: Merlin is not a royalist. He is the divine right of kings in human form. The avatar of Albion and its magic. He does not believe in kings because of Arthur. He believes in Arthur so Arthur gets to be king.
Gwaine: Listen up, lads, I've got a great idea-
Elyan: No.
Gwaine: You didn't even let me-
Lancelot: No.
Gwaine: But I-
Percival: No.
Gwaine: *gasp* Et tu, Percy?
Leon: *grabs Gwaine by the tunic and points at the sign on the wall*
Leon: You see that? "It Has Been 27 Days Since Our Last Disaster." Three more days, and Guinevere will make us cake.
Leon, shaking Gwaine for emphasis: And - I - want - that - cake.
