wow. i can’t believe tomorrow is christmas.
extremely underrated subgenre of tumblr post: when someone makes a general statement about something, and another person offers a counter-statement that's just completely nonsensical, and the OP just agrees instantly even if it makes no sense at all
examples:
Okay so a production of Hamlet that ends with “Goodnight, sweet prince,” etc. and then Horatio looks up and sees the audience for the first time and is both shocked and furious, because his world is falling apart and you sat there and watched.
Yelena: Ava’s smiling, did something good happen?
Ava: Can’t I just smile because I feel like it?
Bob: Walker tripped and fell in the parking lot this morning
Go to jury duty guys!
for no reason whatsoever here’s a reminder that if you consider yourself a leftist/punk/abolitionist/anarchist/radical in any sort of way and get called into jury duty, you are to become the most square person on earth during the jury questionnaire!!!
don’t be that guy who says fuck the police in the jury questionnaire! that just gets you sent home! if you want to generate change, interact with the case and use your jury vote for good! ESPECIALLY if it’s a high profile case!

I wonder how many people out there buy Teslas because they think they’re a luxury car brand just like any other luxury brand, unaware of the daily slander their vehicles face from a great portion of the population
Can you imagine buying a car like “wow, an electric vehicle, so cool, and it’s got Features and Stuff, and I think the company is famous or something” while people who see your car boo it and it’s bloodline whenever it passes
(I know you’d probably really have to be living under a rock for that kind of thing, but I’ve met people like that, and it’s baffling, but possible)
((Maybe less baffling if you’re not in America, but I wouldn’t know))
the nights have never felt this bright
