“Summertime And Christmas. That’s When I Have Her. Been That Way For Seven Years. When She’s Not

“Summertime and Christmas. That’s when I have her. Been that way for seven years. When she’s not in school, she’s with me. Then at the end of the summer I bring her back to her Mom’s house in Florida. Those drop-offs are the worst; I almost miss my flight every time. I wait until the last possible second to call my uber for the airport. I hug her, say goodbye, put my stuff in the car. Then I always gotta come back again and get my last kiss. Always, always. That uber ride sucks. That plane ride sucks. Cause I know I’m not going to see her for a few months. On the wall in my closet we keep track of her height. And every time she comes back, she’s grown like two inches. That’s a lot. That’s a lot I don’t see. But she knows she can call me for whatever, which she does. And whenever she’s here she gets to be the CEO of our lives. She’s not a dictator or anything. But she’s the president. I’m the people. When she says we go, we go. She wants to go to the pool, we go to the pool. She wants to go to the beach, we go to the beach. We came here today for the Juneteenth celebration. Been planning it for two weeks. I’m supposed to be at work today, but I took off early. There’s a bouncy house and face painting and all kinds of good stuff. But she didn’t want to do any of it. We stayed for two minutes. And now we’re back to feeding the animals; same thing we do every day.”

“I Was Just A Kid From A Little Cow Town In Montana, But I Was Convinced I Knew Everything.  So I

“I was just a kid from a little cow town in Montana, but I was convinced I knew everything.  So I got into a little tangle with my dad and ended up joining the Air Force.  They stationed me out in Spokane, Washington.  And not long after I arrived, me and a couple of buddies decided to take a day trip out to Liberty Lake.  It was a real neat little lake.  Fifteen feet deep and so clear that you could see straight to the bottom.  We started playing a little football on the beach, but then we noticed three girls out on a floating dock.  So we decided to swim out there.  The water was really cold.  And about halfway to the dock, I charley horsed in both my legs and started to sink.  I thought for sure I was going to drown.  When I woke up, I was laying on the dock, and one of those girls was staring down at me.  Apparently she’d seen me go under, jumped in her brother’s boat, and pulled me out by the hair.   That girl was named Dolores.  She saved my life in August of 1952, and she saved me again and again for the next 64 years.  We raised four children together.  Not only was she my wife, but she was also my mentor.  I was just a kid from Montana.  She turned me into a good man.  Her personality, her love, I’m talking deep love, for me and the children, changed me one inch at a time.  And she never lost that heart for rescuing people.  She worked with youth.  She worked in street ministries. Whenever somebody was in a little bit of trouble, Dolores would jump right in.  I know she sounds a bit like Wonder Woman, but she was.  We were inseparable.  People called us ‘joined at the hip.’  Two years ago she passed away.  And I’ll tell you the only reason I’m still living, because I know, that one day, I’m going to wake up in heaven, and see Dolores looking down at me one more time.”   #quarantinestories

“I Was The Product Of An Affair.  My Father Had Sex With My Mother Once, And She Hadn’t Even Told

“I was the product of an affair.  My father had sex with my mother once, and she hadn’t even told him about the pregnancy.  So he never knew I existed.  I was an only child.  I was desperate to connect with my identity.  But I had no way of finding him because my mother remembered his name incorrectly.  It wasn’t until I became an adult that I was finally able to track him down.  The first time we met, he sat in a chair, pulled out a cigar, and said: ‘I was expecting you to be a boy.’  It turns out that he’d had a son while he was in college, and he’d given that child up for adoption.  Somewhere out there, I had a brother.  I grabbed a napkin and wrote down all the information my father could remember.  But it wasn’t enough.  I couldn’t locate my brother.  Soon I got busy with my family and my mind moved on to other things.  Then two years ago I was on Ancestry.com, and I got a ping.  It wasn’t like: ‘Oh, here’s your brother.’  But it was a match of some sort.  And I’m really good at investigating that stuff, so I found him on Facebook and sent him a message.  After we confirmed things with a DNA test, Eric and I hit the ground running.  We call each other ‘brother’ and ‘sister.’  We’ve visited each other’s families.  We look alike.  We think alike.  I’ve shared my poetry with him.  He shares his music with me.  We’re both divorced, and middle-aged, and experiencing similar things.  So there’s so much to talk about.  We have these text conversations that last all morning.  I’m not that same teenage girl anymore—desperate for connection.  I don’t have a void that I’m trying to fill.  But he’s just been such a nice addition to my life.  I love having a brother.” #quarantinestories

Mars, Saturn, and Pluto in the first house.

Oof.

Astro Observations ⋆𐙚₊˚⊹ ᡣ𐭩

ᡣ𐭩 individuals with an aquarius stellium/aquarius rising/aquarius moon have this modest yet unavailable demeanor. they may not have to even pry for attention, they are simply stardom as they enter a room. however, there is a distinct essence to their presence; like they are aware of attention that is placed on them, but they simply don’t care for it. their detached nature is why people feel attune to them or a sense of belonging when around them. people are interested in the minds of these people, the abstract they promote. but they are usually privy and remote, cautious of flighty atmospheres, or people. these people are indescribably classic, alluring, and humble

ᡣ𐭩 having multiple planets in the first house grants the native a rather larger-than-life approach. depending on the actual planets, these people attract attention, simply because others are infatuated with whatever trait. they can be blunt, honest, and likely to announce things they see as unjust. naturally, a strong personality.

ᡣ𐭩 when there is a stellium in the second house occupied by an earth sign, the native carries the gift of persuasive business demeanor. They have a flexible and composed response, however they do have boundaries; and let others know so. Also, They are naturally inclined to materiel possession’s, and may show their love through gift giving.

Astro Observations ⋆𐙚₊˚⊹ ᡣ𐭩

ᡣ𐭩 those with air moons may grow to be more logical and pragmatic. they may strive in disordered environments, and may actually prefer a restless work space, as it may be their stimulation to get work done.

ᡣ𐭩 an empty 2nd house can signify modest views related to matriel possessions. These individuals may not find themselves constantly shopping or squandering money. they may adore small, tiny gifts that are handmade

ᡣ𐭩 planets in retrograde can convey an area is someone’s life where they feel an absence for sometime, or they are hindered from seeing their potential in the area. However, no matter the process, the presence of the trait is usually retrieved (For example: an mercury retrograde can signify one who grew to be timid to the act of speaking, however as they matured and developed they realized the strength in their vocalization)

ᡣ𐭩 leo risings have this voluminous and gracious hair that just strategically flows as the wind blows in their direction. Their personality may be similar to one of the Lion: confident, authoritative, and assertive.

Astrology: Mars Dominants and Burning Out

Trigger warning: Mention of self-harm. You are worthy.

Astrology: Mars Dominants And Burning Out

Physical illness can be a wake-up call to change, evolve, or stop what's hurting you

But specifically for Mars dominants - Scorpio and Aries.

The physical illness will act like a piercing call that cuts through the mind and emotion. The soul uses this method as a last resort because Mars dominants are prone to burning themselves to exhaustion, ignoring their mind and emotions that tell them to rest.

This is effectively a form or self harm, and many Mars dominants can experience more direct periods of self-harm, too. Either as a way to punish oneself or due to the feeling of the subconscious yearning to be released.

Through burn-out the physical health will decline. The physical responses Mars dominants experience can feel like the body attacking itself (or literally attacking itself in terms of autoimmune diseases). It is the inner self calling itself back to it.

Earth and water dominants tend to be a bit more intune with how they are feeling physically. Their reluctance to be rushed or to even rush themselves also helps.

For air dominants, it is typically the deterioration of the mind that causes the wake-up call. This will be in the form of excessive anxiety, paranoia, overthinking, forgetfulness, and psychosis.
