Well then, this is for you. I will be working on a reading list each month to promote smaller writers on tumblr. The only requirement is that you have less than 1000 followers. Your fics can be angst, fluff, or dark. Doesn't matter.

Just send a submission or DM to me with a list of up to 3 fics and they will be included in the reading list. Along with the reading list, I will also post some review of the fics included.

Great thing is if it’s listed in the beginning, I won’t even bother reading it, but if they don’t list any specific race for reader, then begin to list features that are usually associated with white or Latino skin features, it pulls me right out of the story.

If you're going out of your way to attack dark blogs/writers, you need to do some soul searching. Any proper dark blog is going to have warnings and tags for their stuff so if you read it anyway despite knowing its not for you? Thats on you. You dont block tags or just the blog in general? Thats on you. You take the time to go looking for these blogs that aren't doing anything to you? Thats on you. We dont force our writing on anyone who doesnt want to read it. We're literally just minding our business and do our part by properly tagging and warning. So please do yours by taking responsibility for your own actions (or lack thereof) as well. You aren't going to find any sympathy here if you come at me with the bullshit
