I swear this random ass method came up to me back in March where everything changed me for the best, I wanna call it the Click method, I don't know if there's anything similar, but god knows how it can help you.
Summary:
Sit somewhere
Let your mind wander
Look at yourself, your life, reflect your past your present, your future, every small detail on yourself, just everything
Now just sit there and wait for that realization to click and sit in being FULLY emerged deep and engraved in your mind, that after everything, "you are chosen."
Feel that? That bliss, that shock? That feeling that "what the fuck have I been doing so far? What the hell did I waste so much time for?"
This guys? This helped me snap my mindset, you don't need days to change the mindset, it's just the click of the realization, try it, seriously try it, and to actually trick your mind you've done it, I suggest tricking yourself (not necessary, but some people like to be logical and back it up with actions), simply tap a part of your body when you realize it, when that thought flows in your mind just as moments ago the thought of "I like the color xyz" had gone by.
It clicks.
Use it as any method, void, manifesting, revising, whatever the fuck you want, this just conjured up in my dream and I already feel how it can help people.

Hey y'all! So as you may know, yesterday I posted that I'm gonna enter, right? My mindset was perfect, my timing was perfect, I just had posted a method (hypnagogic state) and I was really confident I could enter.
Now some of you will ask, "but Coco, you posted that you didn't enter! Why's that?"
Before I "tried" for the void, my mind subtly shifted, going towards a certain fear of a deadline I was having, because we all have them, right? Some want to do it now, maybe tomorrow there's something, some wanted to do it before a certain month rolls by, for me, it was because I got extremely tired these days with studying for my national held exams in June, that I was slightly burning out, so obviously, my mindset was not on "I will enter the void" it was more on "I HAVE to enter the void because of xyz."
And believe that's a mistakes, and it's calling yearning and desperation.
All of y'all know how CLOSE I get all the time, and yet it sounds out of my reach, weird, right? I managed to command myself to wake up in the void, last time entered it in 5 min, and yet here I am, still unable to identify what was it that's stopping me a bit, because y'all, there's no shame in trying and finding things along the way, I'm as human as everyone, so naturally I got frustrated, and sat down to see my problems, everyone has them, the key is to solve them.
Again, my blockage was the desperation, which a lot of us have that takes us nowhere, I used to have it 24/7 before but I managed to get it away, the deadline didn't use to bother me, either way I found out it's trying to creep in again, and now, let me show you a way we can both try to gently show our mind we could do it.
(first of all, all these methods and shit I post like these are not necessary at all, but since it works, it's helpful, here you go ๐บ)
Identify the fear or block, this is something new to many of us, we've all been taught to just push the fear aside and throw it out of the window, no, it's alright, sit down and find what's the fear, what's blocking you from the mindset that should be "I can enter anytime, the void is me and I've been doing this since ages, I have no fear." Here is a coupe of lists of common fears people have when trying for the void :
Deadline for something.
Feeling tired of this reality.
Escapism.
Fear of the unknown in the void.
Boredom.
Fear of failure, doubt.
Overthinking and perfectionism.
Panic.
Victimized mindset.
There are many more, these are just some examples, identify it, for me it was wanting to get out of here from studying too much, as it was draining me, so, feeling tired of this reality, that's why desperation came along, now that we have found the root of the mistake, how to block it?
Choose a couple of days to reset your fears and blocks, guys I swear it helps so much, for example, 3 days to fix the thought of being desperate for the void, choose how many days as you want, minimum is one day.
During that given days that you have now, use it to your advantage to be aware of the fact that your fear did not exist, ever, be in that natural state that it wasn't even there. (Best is if you won't try for the void these days, simply act as if you had nothing to fear against the void)
Every doubt, every nagging, every negative thoughts? Banish them GENTLY, do not push them away, simply tell yourself "but that won't happen at all! I'm already natural with the void." This will help your mindset immediately and immensely.
Best affirmation you can say during the day is "the void is my natural state."
It is done, there is no blockage, I suggest doing the HMM method too, with the suggestion of "the void is so natural to me." Good luck y'all ๐บ
๐คโฎโหโฑ HOW TO ASSUME INSTANTLY โฑหโโฎ โฎ๐ค
You assume it on knowing that it has already happened. There is no โhowโ because it is not an effort, it is a natural state. You simply know that you already have it. In the same way that you know your name without having to constantly reaffirm it, you know that you already have everything you want.
If you feel yourself questioning or doubting, go back to the feeling of already being the person who has it. Ask yourself: If I already had it all right now, how would I feel? How would I think? What would I do? And just embody that version of you.
Just affirm it, feel it and don't contradict it. And if you have to do something contrary or think something contrary, >know< in the exactly same way that it doesn't change anything. Accept that It's simple and easy.
This might be controversial but if you have a problem with anyone changing parts of their "identity" in their drs I'm just gonna assume you see yourself more as a human than a multidimensional being. I, personally, see myself (as a being, not the physical body I inhabit) as not identifying with any appearance, gender, sexuality, race, nationality/ethnicity, personality, moral compass, etc. Ofc I'm still having a human experience right now & all of those things come with it, but that's not who or what I am. I don't even see myself as a human. I am god having a human experience, which means I am simultaneously everything at once & nothing at all. But if y'all wanna see yourself as one limited thing, feel free ๐คทโโ๏ธ

youโre likely overcomplicating it. I want you to sit with yourself for a second and ask what you would do if you knew, without a doubt, that you were shifting the next time you tried?
have your answer? okay, now do that and you just successfully embodied being a master shifter.
go into every shift with the feeling that youโll do it without a doubt and just hold onto that feeling. a lot of people forget to hold onto it. you just have to persist. when you do that, you have shifted on command because youโve shifted your 4D. as for seeing the physical change, persist in the fact that it will be instant and sooner or later, you will begin shifting on command in the 3D as well.

not trying to be mean (disclaimer, i'm nice, i swear) but if you're always saying you havenโt shifted, asking for help, getting told the simplest answer ("just know youโve shifted, thatโs literally it. confidence + assumption = success"), rejecting that, then saying you havenโt shifted againโฆ and then doing it all overโฆ....what are we doing here. what are we cooking. at some point, itโs not about shifting anymore, itโs about you fighting your own brain in a parking lot.
if you keep reaffirming that youย havenโtย shifted, your mind is just following that script

I didn't manifest anything, why? Because guess it or not I actually just wanted to be familiar with it, I love how I'm slowly knowing everything is mine, and yesterday I didn't want to manifest anything I just wanted to try the void out especially bc I have been studying sm these days, I wanted a break.
Now I've been eating up that mindset that I'm a master at the void, which let's be obvious, everyone is, they just need to get to the point and slowly realize it, it has to click.
Okay I'm going to stop yapping and fucking get into it ๐๐ป, either way, yesterday night, at 1:32 AM or smth, after the day turned 6th April, I got in bed and made myself comfortable, and simply told myself I'll enter the void under 5 minutes, which actually and unsurprisingly, it was the case, I used a standard boring ass method too yk, the one where it's usually always what people do.
On my back, started slow breathing, and i set the intention of keeping myself awake when my body sleeps (best advice I got from idk who it helps sm) and then I let myself sink in the bed for some minutes, like I just laid there, and already I immediately was in the SATs.
So naturally I affirmed for the void, knowing I'm already in there, and mf I slipped in there after two or three minutes of affirming, just saying "I am the void." Or "I am in the void."
I think the reason I actually got out myself or sometimes used to slip in and back, is how I immediately focused on my body signs or anything connected me to myself, so I have a note to myself next time, to allow it naturally happen and focus just on the blackness behind my eyes.
ANYWAYS I STAYED THERE FOR LIKE I THOUGHT 2 OR 3 MINUTES BUT IT WAS A WHOLE WHOPPING 1 HOUR TF, and get that, how did I know it's the void? I just wanted to see stars there and I fucking did ๐
IMMA GO CRY I FINALLY AM THE CREATER OF MY OWN REALITY.
anyone reading this, babes please don't give up, genuinely don't, I've been in this game for 6 years and I know a lot of people that'll leave for this long, saying they have no patience, girly you can do it if I did, I used to be in SUCH a bad place you can't even imagine, I pulled my shit and started living in the end for 2 months (and no it doesn't take two months, I just was stubborn af and kept slipping in and out my beliefs).

I think itโs quite insecure to think that iโm the only person in the world who canโt shift again bc of doubts (I say again bc I shifted the very first time I tried then freaked myself out and stopped shifting for 6 months, then shifted a 2nd time, freaked myself out AGAIN and had to redo my whole process THEN got into a shifting cult where my energy was being leeched from by my fuckass ex andโฆ well you get it)
anywho I just stopped doubting that it could only be me and started being like well why not me? when I try to shift and donโt get to my dr (ie this entire week) itโs not really in my head that it wonโt happen, rather iโm deciding what I need to do to quicken the process.
iโm very impatient. iโm sure the entirety of shiftblr/shifttok knows that.
but one thing I refuse to do anymore is doubt I canโt do it. it doesnโt match what iโve set up for myself here because HERE I get everything and do everything I want. this has always been the case. so why would shifting not conform to that?
is that self concept work? idk but thatโs my answer!
