Blockages and fear : so close, but out of reach, how to destroy them to get what you want?

Hey y'all! So as you may know, yesterday I posted that I'm gonna enter, right? My mindset was perfect, my timing was perfect, I just had posted a method (hypnagogic state) and I was really confident I could enter.
Now some of you will ask, "but Coco, you posted that you didn't enter! Why's that?"
Before I "tried" for the void, my mind subtly shifted, going towards a certain fear of a deadline I was having, because we all have them, right? Some want to do it now, maybe tomorrow there's something, some wanted to do it before a certain month rolls by, for me, it was because I got extremely tired these days with studying for my national held exams in June, that I was slightly burning out, so obviously, my mindset was not on "I will enter the void" it was more on "I HAVE to enter the void because of xyz."
And believe that's a mistakes, and it's calling yearning and desperation.
All of y'all know how CLOSE I get all the time, and yet it sounds out of my reach, weird, right? I managed to command myself to wake up in the void, last time entered it in 5 min, and yet here I am, still unable to identify what was it that's stopping me a bit, because y'all, there's no shame in trying and finding things along the way, I'm as human as everyone, so naturally I got frustrated, and sat down to see my problems, everyone has them, the key is to solve them.
Again, my blockage was the desperation, which a lot of us have that takes us nowhere, I used to have it 24/7 before but I managed to get it away, the deadline didn't use to bother me, either way I found out it's trying to creep in again, and now, let me show you a way we can both try to gently show our mind we could do it.
(first of all, all these methods and shit I post like these are not necessary at all, but since it works, it's helpful, here you go đș)
Identify the fear or block, this is something new to many of us, we've all been taught to just push the fear aside and throw it out of the window, no, it's alright, sit down and find what's the fear, what's blocking you from the mindset that should be "I can enter anytime, the void is me and I've been doing this since ages, I have no fear." Here is a coupe of lists of common fears people have when trying for the void :
Deadline for something.
Feeling tired of this reality.
Escapism.
Fear of the unknown in the void.
Boredom.
Fear of failure, doubt.
Overthinking and perfectionism.
Panic.
Victimized mindset.
There are many more, these are just some examples, identify it, for me it was wanting to get out of here from studying too much, as it was draining me, so, feeling tired of this reality, that's why desperation came along, now that we have found the root of the mistake, how to block it?
Choose a couple of days to reset your fears and blocks, guys I swear it helps so much, for example, 3 days to fix the thought of being desperate for the void, choose how many days as you want, minimum is one day.
During that given days that you have now, use it to your advantage to be aware of the fact that your fear did not exist, ever, be in that natural state that it wasn't even there. (Best is if you won't try for the void these days, simply act as if you had nothing to fear against the void)
Every doubt, every nagging, every negative thoughts? Banish them GENTLY, do not push them away, simply tell yourself "but that won't happen at all! I'm already natural with the void." This will help your mindset immediately and immensely.
Best affirmation you can say during the day is "the void is my natural state."
It is done, there is no blockage, I suggest doing the HMM method too, with the suggestion of "the void is so natural to me." Good luck y'all đș
Stop waiting to feel ur bed change, or the texture of your blanket to change. Shifting isnt physical.
How to induce the void state RIGHT NOWW
OH??? okay...where's the hello....how are you.....okay. whatever....i don't care. SIGH. you want to slip into the void right now???? fine, hereâs the recipe. no fluff, no excuses, just do it.
i , lay down or sit, doesnât matter :Â get comfortable. donât overthink it. just exist in a position where your body can be ignored.
ii , breathe slow :Â in through your nose, out through your mouth. not for any mystical reason. just to remind yourself youâre in control.
iii , repeat this in your head: âi am nothing. i am everything" :Â say it like you mean it. like youâre telling the universe whatâs up.
iv , let go :Â of your body, of your thoughts, of literally everything. donât cling to âhowâ itâs supposed to happen. just sink into yourself.
v , focus on the feeling of being aware : not your breathing, not your body. i mean that quiet hum in your mind. the part of you that knows youâre alive, but doesnât need to narrate it. itâs not your thoughts. itâs not your emotions. itâs just... you, existing. pure, raw awareness. youâre not thinking, âiâm aware.â youâre being aware. feel the space behind your eyes. feel the stillness under all the noise. thatâs your awareness, and thatâs what youâre tuning into. let everything else fall away. if thoughts come up (because they will, donât act brand new), donât fight them. donât engage. just notice them, like clouds passing in the sky, and gently pull your focus back to that spark of awareness.
itâs not about forcing it; itâs about surrendering to it. trust me, the void wants you as much as you want it. you just have to meet it halfway. go on, disappear

Okay love, listen. I get it. You hear about the void, and suddenly itâs like the holy grail of manifestation.
The place where all your desires come true instantly. The "one and done" method. And because of that, yâall start treating it like some rare mythical event that you have to earn your way into.
A twist : thatâs why youâre not getting in.
The second you put something on a pedestal, you tell your brain, "this is out of reach," and guess what? it actually starts to happen. You start thinking the void is some huge, impossible thing, and boom...you chase it and then it becomes HARD for you to enter.
Not because it is hard (its very easy), but because you made it that way in your mind.
Cause the void isnât a prize, itâs a state, the void is you, the void is within you.
Itâs not something you need to chase...itâs something you just let happen. Stop acting like itâs some VIP club with a bouncer at the door.
You are the void. Youâve already been in it a thousand times. Every time youâre about to fall asleep, when you zone out, when your mind goes blank...thatâs the void. Itâs not some distant, mystical realm, not disneyland...itâs literally just you in your purest state.
So stop making it a whole thing. Stop stressing over how long youâve been trying. Stop crying about how you havenât entered yet.
Just relax. Chill. Assume you got in already. Let it be normal. The moment you stop treating it like a once in a lifetime miracle, itâll be just another thing you do naturally.
The void is just one way, not the only way. You can manifest without it, you can enter whenever, and you donât need to be PERFECT to get in.
You already have everything within you. Stop putting the void above yourself and start acting like the creator you are.
hi. Iâve been trying to shift for about 4 years now. Completelyâunsuccessfulâ. I know that I âshift all the timeâ and itâs âincredibly easyâ, so why am I still here? I feel like I approach every attempt with boundless hope and belief that this is the time, tonight is the night. And yet, Iâm still here. what am I doing wrong? I really feel like I have the mindset and method down but I have never shifted to any of my desired realities. I affirm robotically, try to truly embody my DR self, try to disengage from the 3D but I never feel any of my surroundings change, only vague symptoms or none at all. any advice would be helpful!!!
The only valid solution is to relax.
Relax your soul and mind, whatever you're doing, don't put strain on yourself, your mind at all times is saturated with shifting- shifting methods- shifting affs and your failure.
Second, no matter how much it hurts to hear this but thinking too much about it or thinking you're failing is a hindrance.
It seems you're channeling a lot of energy, towards the practice, not your end product, which is your DR.
You put effort on embodying your DR self, but there always remains a subconscious pressure regarding achieving that goal of physical shifting.
If you could take a day's break from shifting, and instead of shifting, you could affirm regarding shifting to a reality where you're a master shifter, you'll move on with a lighter burden go carry the next day, your manifestation will work if you believe it will, and you could leave behind the possibility of you messing up shifting (still following what you manifested)
Its a manifestation that's not directly present in the 3d, but it is there. You're creating your reality, being the creator, you need to realise its possible if we don't try to enforce the idea that something is difficult or you're failing at it constantly.
Hope this helped, also try to make shifting more fun for yourself, don't bore or burn yourself out.
Also stop saying you're unsuccessful, from this point onwards you're not.

the anti-method (a.k.a., you were never here to begin with).
ౚৠthis isnât a method (well, sorta). no steps, no trying, no reaching. itâs a glitch. a realisation. a quiet little crack in the mirror. it did make *me* shift !!!
there was never a door to open. never a distance to cross. you were never locked out. just lost in a dream, trying to wake up when you were already awake.
people talk about shifting like itâs a journey, a climb, a thing to chase. but what if it was always just a memory?? something lodged in the back of your mind, waiting for you to remember it? like a word on the tip of your tongue. like dĂ©jĂ vu.
you were already there. you just forgot.
i , lie or sit still. donât try. donât force. just let yourself exist, soft and untethered. feel your body like itâs not yours. just a borrowed costume, a dress-up game you forgot you were playing. limbs are foreign. the weight is someone elseâs problem.
ii , ask yourself. " WHAT IF I ALREADY SHIFTED AND I JUST...FORGOT? " not âwhat if i go there,â not âwhat if i shift.â but what if i was always there? what if i just... blanked out for a sec?
iii , your brain will (probably) panic. itâll start grasping at straws, trying to prove youâre still here. trying to reattach you to the illusion. let it fumble. let it glitch. just keep thinking :

itâs not a theory. not a wish. just a fact you misplaced somewhere along the way.
iv , the mind collapses on itself. how do you know you arenât already in your dr? how do you prove this isnât the dream? the body stops feeling like yours. the world gets flimsy at the edges. and then? the illusion shatters.
v , you remember. not enter. not âget there.â just....remember. your dr? you were in it before you even asked. shifting? you never had to try. it was always just a breath away. you were never locked out. you just forgot the door was already open.
vi , you're there. like the ending of a lucid dream where you suddenly know without needing proof. and thatâs it. you're there. you always were.

the anti-method works for getting into the void as well, as it bypasses the idea of getting there entirely. instead of treating the void as a destination you have to reach, it flips the perspective :
youâre already in the void. you just forgot.
the void isnât something you enter. itâs something you remember. itâs the default state, the space beneath everything else. but your mind, in its little desperate need to cling to reality, convinced you that youâre somewhere else. that youâre here instead of there. this method forces your brain into a logical spiral . . .
â how do i know iâm not already in the void? â how do i prove this isnât the dream? â what if i just⊠forgot?
and because your brain canât disprove it, the illusion starts to crack. your body stops feeling real. the world starts to feel dreamlike. the physical self detaches, and, poof, there you are. or rather, there you always were.
it works because it messes with the fabric of perception. if you stop believing in the difference between âhereâ and âthere,â whatâs left???? just being. just existing. and in that moment of realisation, the illusion of reality collapses. and you remember the void like an old childhood memory suddenly rushing back.
once you're in the void, once the realisation fully sinks in and the illusion crumbles, you're just there. infinite. detached. pure awareness. itâs like waking up from a dream, but instead of waking into your bedroom, you wake into nothingness. and then? well, you decide.
â if you want to affirm, affirm. â if you want to shift, set your intention and let yourself go. â if you want to just exist in the void, soak in the weightless, limitless nothingness.
thereâs no next step because the void doesnât require doing. itâs the ultimate being. you can shape it, or you can let it hold you. either way, youâre already exactly where you need to be.
what happens after? whatever you want. thatâs the whole point.
ౚৠand that is it. no trying, no reaching, just a little oh. moment. a dĂ©jĂ vu in the back of your mind. go play in the dreamscape. you were never here anyway.
you definitely don't require this method, or any method at all to either shift *or* get to the void, but method can be fun ! you can definitely try this one out if you wish.

hii ! I love your acc a lot and Iâve been reading all your recent posts but I might need some advices. I know that circumstances donât matter but itâs hard for me to shift when thereâs noises and generally just stuff going on around me when I do my methods and unfortunately I canât find a way to escape these lol. Do you perhaps have any advice on how to âignoreâ these and learn to let go ?
Whatever is going on in your background, you need to incorporate it to your DR.
The constant want to "ignore" something might cause disturbances in your peaceful assumption that you're in your dr, all shifting is materializing your own dr, like how you're existing in your cr.
Someone snoring in the background? guess what, you have cows mooing in your dr now, somewhere, far far away.
If this causes some unfavorable things to manifest in your dr, then you can always reverse them when you reach your dr.
