Am I the only one who misses long, shaggy-haired Robert?

I miss the way his longer hair would catch in the wind while he was looking slightly shifty or giving Aaron heart eyes…

Are laundry rooms considered american? I live in England and we have one (we call it a utility room but it has the same purpose)

I’m not sure if it’s considered American, but I’d guess not? @stulot was talking about how they’re common in Sweden, as well. And then a few Americans contacted me about how they have washers in the kitchen!! Although I know kitchen washers are uncommon, at least in the west coast–might be different in any other area of nation, HA. the country is too massive to generalize as a whole, it hits both coasts of an entire continent HA. 

Remember what Robert said the day he & Chrissy hammered out the settlement? “Money isn’t everything.” He’s learnt that money can’t buy true love. That’s what has been missing in his life. Money was the substitute...didn’t really do for him what Aaron does. It can give you a house, but only love can give you a true home.

Absolutely not. I really don’t think Robert thought him loving ANYONE as deeply as he loves Aaron.

I think - no, I KNOW he loved Katie and Chrissie. Not like he’s loved Aaron, but he loved them both. And that love is no lesser than the love he has for Aaron. It’s still a valid love. It’s a part of his life that moulded him into someone too. So, yeah!

Hello, I saw your post about "my body, my choice" and I really don't want to be offensive or rude, but I genuinely would like to know why you think it doesn't go both ways? Isn't it her body, her choice wether she wants to keep it or not? Sorry again if I am being dumb here.

my issue is not on an in story level. you’re right, it does go both ways and it’s bex’s choice.

the thing is ‘my body, my choice’ is and has always been a pro choice slogan. its message is that female reproductive health and the choice to be and stay or not pregnant should be up to the woman. and that having an abortion is not evil, it’s not a sin or a shame. it is a valid choice, up to the person who is pregnant.

ed have repeatedly and consistently treated abortion as shameful (look at kerry, she was practically punished for having an abortion when she felt it was the right thing to do.) and while i understand that a lot of it comes from not wanting to alienate the audience it’s aimed at, just the introduction of the “forced abortion” detail shows how it’s treated as abortion is the worst thing that could happen to a women.

to use a slogan about choice, a known, established slogan, in a storyline with the opposite purpose, is a massive slap in the face. ‘my body, my choice’ means whether someone has an abortion or not, it’s their prerogative. and either choice is valid and there is no shame in either.

Very true and very observant on your part.

When someone identifies with their favorite character it can say a lot about them. Whenever someone says “they are so me” believe them. Sometimes liking a favorite character they identify with is the closest thing to catch a glimpse of who they really are. Never tell anyone that they are talking about a fictional character too much, because deep down it could be the only thing thats been helping them battle their deepest insecurities. Even fictional characters can make a difference, regardless wither or not they are real.
