What a shitty start for our favourite swede but also what a save! I know i should feel worse because he lost points and a win but that might have been the best drive i have ever seen! Also congrats to Luke Browning, Christian Mansell and Tim Tramnitz on the podium, deserved after such a race! Now onto F2!
The Formula 2 sprint race really showed how tyre delta can massively affect the result of a race on a track like Barcelona.
The frontrunners (Crawford, Browning, Fornaroli) fell like bowling pins to Verschoor, Dunne and Villagomez's pace. Within a couple of laps, they managed to move up from ninth and below to the race lead because they pitted for new tyres.
