I've had horrible artist's block for a while... but I do know how to tweak video games for fun! Here's a silly horse mod to add them to a context they have no business getting involved with. I'll even let you put me in charge of (almost) any country!

Someone mod HOI4 to have a combat strategy where instead of retreating, units continue dodging until the enemy runs out of bullets then your unit beats the shit out of them.
A philanthropic lower monarch convinces the kaiser to not only restrict submarine warfare - but ALL warfare. The kaiserbat!
