Wanted to try something with a limited pallete, and I happen to really like how the TR-808 looks, and I was being sucked into the Hideki Naganuma rabbit hole at the time (I'm still there), so this was the result.

Credit to Kibbitzer (on DA) for the pose reference, the extra arms I had to figure out myself obviously 😔 (thankfully I managed it though)

Also, I know J-Funk/Pop and the style the 808 is usually associated with don't reallllly align but I don't care okay 😭

Anyway have some cool posters I saw.

Lifetime Achievement Award is not really one of Damien's themes, it did not inform his vibes or lore in any meaningful way, but it does kinda fit in retrospect, plus it's just a good song yknow.

Also, the text took forever to make, not because it was hard to create the effect, but because I kept going back and changing things.

A little fanart for these adorable little goobers. I love themfidfhsjsb. The original designs are very simplistic, so I elected not to "interpret" new details into the drawing and kept it simple too. I definitely didn't forget to shade it, definitely.

I'm finally posting his old reference. I'm calling it old because I made it last year, and I want to redraw it at some point, but I'm still happy with how it turned out. Anatomy is kinda wonky, and I would make an attempt to actually draw his hands, but it ain't too bad overall.

Anyway, here he is. The man, the guy, the creature. I've actually started to simp for him a bit even though he's my own oc, and not even my type personality-wise, but here we are, I suppose.

I like ant-taurs because actual ants often stand like this, but I have no idea how to dress them without them looking stupid or naked +logo

Acherontia atropos (aka.spooky moth) is known to steal honey from beehives, masking itself with bee-like pheromones.

The word miód means honey in polish, but I added the letter that makes everything sound more moth. I was considering drawing it on all 6, but I decided on more death/mothman vibe (honestly i think it's not usally bipedal and does it to ,,blend in" more).

Still thinking how to make floral-spirtual nerd clothes.

Sometimes I'm also playing with anthro bugs, and I found it very challenging to balance bug/human traits ratio. You are doing it perfectly!! The insect i find most difficult to make anthro is acorn weevil (or weevils in general) I'm curious how would you bite this. Have a nice day :>
