notes from last night:
plan a dream visual vacation inside your mind
take your time
listen to music
do school work neatly and on time
what if im running out of time and I have no idea what I'm doing?
walk most of the time and exercise lightly
dance and drink some water but eat healthier than you think and you'll see magic β¨
i want to tell you that telling the truth will help not only you but others too
I like to add doing free leisure activities to this list is what resurfaces most happiness effects π
using calm coping mechanisms such as playing instruments or smelling flowers
I have more to say about this topic BPD is the new Schizophrenia it mocks the brain
no offense anyone have any takes on this
I go through nightmares monthly or so
and have hallucinations or other stuff

I also use drugs I tried quitting but..
I'm going to restart my day tomorrow and focus on the positives + drink water and cleanse my body
