shauna finds natalie with the first snow fall of the season descending around them, hannah lied but she grew wise to the plan, she guesses mari or gen couldn't keep their whispers low enough when she sees her there, wiping her raw eyes with the back of her palm, standing to her feet. "what are you doing here?" she asks in a shakey breath, trying to keep the distance but shauna is quicker, doesn't even offer an explanation when she punches her in stomach, it knocks the wind out of but her knee striking stomach makes natalie double over, kneeling and coughing as she tried to breathe, shauna just stands over her.

"You look good like that. You should be kneeling to me."

natalie catches her eye, the darkness pooling in them dangerous, but she doesn't want to give her the satisfaction even when she's keeling over from pain. "Fuck...you, shauna..." There's a strange air between them, that putrid hatred reverberating in hot pulses but there's something else there when natalie's on her knees and can only crane her neck back to look up at her, it was demeaning like she really had lost everything even a title she never wanted. "Stay out of my way." shauna growls down at her, natalie holds a harsh gaze but ultimately doesn't say anything, she walks away feeling superior, leaving the former leader where she finds her, feeling more hopeless than ever still groveling in pain.
