this post is just to avoid overcomplicating things. the very basics. iβm not gonna tell you to just βaffirm and persistβ, because itβs easier said than done. iβm gonna actually break it down in this post.

adopt a controlled imagination and well-sustained attention
be aware of your thoughts and feelings - if this isnβt natural for you, then make it a habit to journal/meditate/whatever helps you to reflect. analyse your feelings, ask yourself why you feel so and then change the feeling.
donβt let your mind wander to unwanted places. this doesnβt mean to shut feelings or thoughts down, this means observing the thought and then reminding yourself that nothing is bigger than you. no problem or desire is as big as you. theyβre nothing compared to you. feel what you want to feel. focus on that feeling. thatβs why itβs beneficial to imagine when youβre tired. your mind isnβt racing, or trying to be logical - feeling becomes easier

repeatedly focus on the object to be accomplished
feel what you desire to be accomplished - actually feel it to be yours. if you canβt do this instantly, then do it over and over till you actually FEEL it to be yours. learn to suspend the thoughts caused by the outside and focus within.
assuming = identifying yourself with the ideal
be consumed by the great feeling of accomplishment. fall asleep being one with the ideal. know that it is yours, because once you have granted it to yourself in your imagination, then it truly is yours and nothing can take it away from you. it must be expressed to the physical, but that doesnβt matter and you donβt have to worry about it, because you already have what you want.

never be concerned with the "how" or "when" simply know that you have what you want right now, consider yourself with it. imagine it and accept your imagination of yourself as true, never let the outside world convince you otherwise because it is nothing more than a reflection of yourself.

reflections canβt judge us, allowing them to do so indicates that we have lost faith in our own imagination.
every second you spend on wanting your desire is a second you are not enjoying the fact that you already have it.
when we try so hard we are not letting ourselves be, we do not let ourselves experience, we do not let ourselves relax.
I get a lot of people come to me and say βwell iβve been trying so hard to manifest and its not workingβ and thats exactly the reason why your manifestation isnβt here. youβre trying hard
i know weβve been brought up to βwork hard and be determinedβ and grind culture and whatnot but this is exactly the mindset you have to abandon.
when we try hard itβs a signal that we donβt truly understand what βcreation is finishedβ means and also, that we donβt fully grasp the idea that our desires are truly ours.
your response is probably βnoβ. and deep down you know that, you knew if you had your desires you wouldnβt be focusing on the 3D or worrying about how long itβs taking..so why the self sabotage?

βnothing to work forβ understand this. there is truly nothing to work for, there is truly nothing that you have to do in the 3D in order for your manifestations to happen. its all in imagination
so..relax.
let go, let go all of all this unnecessary efforts as they will not help you get anywhere, youβre only causing yourself unwarranted stress.
allow yourself to float in the sea of abundance for all that you want is already done.

remain faithful to my new assumption. if any doubts or unfavorable things come up, i just say βitβs doneβ to remind myself that it is. period.

self is what makes the changes. self is what moves mountains. self is what is reflected into the 3D.
stop catering your affirmations to the 3D, stop noticing itβs βnot hereβ, stop asking when it will conform, stop putting the physical world on the pedestal and viewing it superior WHEN ITβS NOT.

YOUR JOB IS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND.

i don't need constant validation that grass is green. i don't wake up every day scared that grass isn't green. i don't need any validation that grass is green. i know the grass is green, and i'm confident in that fact. if i hear someone ranting about how the grass isn't green, i'll think that they're crazy. and you probably don't fret over if the grass is green or not. you're not affirming every second of every day that the grass is green, you're not listening to subliminals to turn the grass green. it's stupid, it's pointless -- that's how you should treat your desire.
i want you to think about something you're completely sure about, like your age, for example 'i am 16', you are 100% faithful in that fact, then think about your desire, for example, 'i am 6' foot', and experience the same feeling. i want you to be MORE certain about your desire, than if the grass is green or what not. if bryan in maths class starts telling you, 'the grass isn't green; the grass was never green; the grass will never be green', that doesn't make you feel any less sure than the grass, is indeed, green. instead, you'll say to bryan, 'no, you fucking idiot, the grass is green.'
no one BUT YOURSELF is going to change your reality.
no one BUT YOURSELF is going to have an impact on your life.
you think about green grass, and you don't feel crazy or stupid; you SHOULD BE ABLE to think about your desires and not feel crazy or stupid.
if you really wanted, you could decide the grass is blue and guess what? the grass is blue. YOU decide: i have my desires. and guess what? YOU HAVE YOUR DESIRES.
Persist. Persist. Persist. Donβt ever let the ego win.
