youβve probably seen many posts talking about this, but youβre still wondering, why is this so important?
constantly reminding yourself that you did it, is super beneficial for your self concept and your subconscious.
persist in the knowing that you made it, no matter what the 3D is showing you right now, do not be discouraged.
the 3D is just a mirror of your thoughts and statements, so the only thing you should focus on is your 4D.
so, whenever you can, remind yourself that you already have what you want and persist with that statement. because after all, the second you state something true for you, it is your reality.
the 3D is going to conform only if you donβt let it let you down if you still donβt see results. the 3D has no power over you. you are the power.
persist by telling yourself that you are God. persist by telling yourself that yes! you have made it. persist by telling yourself that you are where you want to be.
creation is finished. once it lives in your mind, it lives in your outer world too.
if youβre famous in your imagination, youβre famous period. if youβre the most beautiful person ever in your imagination, youβre the most beautiful person ever period. if youβre rich in your imagination, youβre rich period. why? because your inner self (who you are in imagination) is your true self. stop identifying with the outer world, stop being enslaved by the world of the senses, and start identifying yourself with your inner self. who you are in imagination will project itself unto the outer world so why identify with the outer world if itβs just a projection of your inner world?
i ask myself: how would i think, act, and see the world if i was that person who has it now? and then i feel myself easily become and embody that version of me. i let myself surrender to the state.
example: if i would want to get a A+ on a test, i would notice how im stressing about βwhat if i get a B?β i stop myself and just think: would the version of me who knows they have A+ think like this? would they be stressing like this? then i think of what the desired version of me would think, act, and see the world. i would think its normal to get an A+, i would act chill because i know i got an A+, i would see the world as someone who always effortlessly passes a test
tip: embody a version of you that feels it natural/normal to have what you want like i embodied the version of me who knows they always get A+ because it is normal for them.
shifting states is too easy and its instant. dont put too much pressure on it. if its βtoo hardβ for you, realize that is only a state. youre in the state of thinking its too hard. try meditation and calm down. then allow yourself to feel as the person who has it. be it within. thats how you shift states.
also: how would the world react to that version of you? with this example, the world would see me as someone who always gets A+ so they would react to me as if i was smart and highly intelligent. allow yourself to use those questions to feel and know you are already what you want.
how to do you see yourself? what do you know about yourself? know that you are intelligent, rich, beautiful and youβve shifted into that state.

How do I give my desireβs to myself in my imagination i have a hard time with this I always feel like I have to imagine a sceneοΏΌ in my head and I always look at the 3D for results.οΏΌ
you're conditioning your desire. you're saying "i must have a perfect scene and feeling and this and that in order to accept my desire" it's more about accepting/assuming your desire and scenes come on their own.
imaginingβ visualizing. perfect visualization scenes imo should come to you naturally.
you feel like you have to do something. there are no have to's, only want to's. what do you want to do in imagination where all things exist and you don't need anyone's permission to be anything? do it now.
the reason you look for results in the 3d is because you're not fulfilled within. so you want something on the outside to fulfill you within. prioritize fulfilling yourself within and you will no longer feel the urge to check the 3d.
i saw this comment somewhere on ng reddit I think, and I believe this may help you: The only reason one would struggle with satisfying a desire in the mind is because you're trying to DO something or CHANGE something. All you're actually doing is giving yourself something you want in IMAGINATION. You can imagine anything you want in there. Has there ever been a time where you imagined telling someone off in your imagination? Did it feel good to you to do so? It's the same principle...just applying it to something you want. When you really feel like you've imagined something without actually trying to CHANGE something then you will feel satisfied
when the so called βegoβ is βfightingβ the seeming βrealityβ (theyβre all imaginary)
stop trying to change the physical. it cannot be changed. there is nothing outside of you that needs to change. it's simply impossible to try to mold it to your liking β with or without effort. your reality will forever remain the same if your state remains the same. because how can you change a thing and still maintain it from within you ?
the 3D works as a mirror. the same way you cannot change if you only change yourself in the mirror, you cannot change your physical world if you don't change your mental world. you can't change anything or anyone, not even yourself if you only aim at the 3D. you can never force a change, manifest "through circumstances", urge things to happen or try to fix them.
talking about circumstances, you need to keep in mind that those are parts of the state you are currently experiencing. as you cannot change the state itself but only occupy a new one by leaving the old one, you cannot get rid of the so called "circumstances" which happen to be the very contents of that reality. they will forever exist for they are one of the infinite realities/states you can experience and are simply attached to that reality/state.
as i have mentioned before, the reason why you cannot change reality is the same as why you cannot create reality on your own. it's because creation is finished. it already exists. there is nothing left to do, nothing left to create. your desires exist the moment you desire them. that's when you become aware of their existence. and as your awareness creates reality β or in other words β as consciousness is the only reality, you can choose and select your desires and therefore your desired reality. remember, all states and thus all realities exist. anything you can think of is (quite literally) out there and obtainable for you.
but how do you "change" reality then? by choosing and selecting your desired reality, aka by shifting realities. see, you leave your reality aka your state of consciousness the way it is and decide to occupy the one you want, leading it to its materialisation.
by "changing" your state aka shifting it, you naturally "change" your reality aka shift to it. that's because consciousness creates reality. your 4D "creates" your 3D and your 3D shows you exactly that. a change in state equals a change in consciousness which then has to result in a change of reality. so, in conclusion, you can never change, but only shift.

BACKSTORY
So I decided to fully immerse myself in "persisting" and fulfilling when I listened to Lonely one by LOVA because I spent around an hour just sobbing because I related to the song.
the week that I started was around Easter break and I was under the most amount of stress I have ever been through and I could see it the effects on my body
I was breaking out with huge pimples even though I was on accutane, I was averaging 2 hours of sleep a day every week for 2 weeks, my period had going on for 2 weeks, I was losing weight rapidly (was under 35kg:( ) my anxiety was at an all time high because I got harassed again(sexual assault victim). I used to have severe depression and have had multiple failed attempts of suicide. AND YES I WAS DESPERATE AS FUCK TO MANIFEST THIS DREAM LIFE OF MINE WHICH IS NO LONGER A DREAM
in the mornings I would be super anxious but I learned how to deal with it and get myself into the state super easily
HOW I DID IT
I GOT OFF TUMBLR: you know how many times I doubted myself only to realise I was doing everything right
I also read and listened to Edward Art MULTIPLE TIMES
Within a week of fulfilling and persisting, I had manifested my dream life. just like that. I woke up one morning and everything I had ever desired was right there. and it was super easy.
all I did was affirm(to remind not to get), visualise and feel. I would only do these methods if I wanted to, if I didn't I wouldn't.
Within a few days, the anxiety lessened so much and it started to feel natural.Β
this was a question on Bambi's " how I manifested with hard circumstances " post which has now been sadly deleted but I remember copying this because it gave me hope at the time I copied it (don't hope, just know)
"But isnβt ranting βnot letting the old story die out?β you and i could rant until our minds are cleared, just as long as you flip my thoughts, you are on the right track.Β I rant for 2% of my 24 hour days. The other 98% i was persisting in the fact that creation was done. as βtimeβ went on, it began to feel more natural and I felt more at ease. I held onto that feeling because I knew this was when I would get my desires and I did."
and that was when I knew I shouldn't give up and I just kept going even when I wanted myself to just get on tumblr and overconsumeΒ
I actually nearly decided to see what I was "doing wrong". I clicked on one of Aphrodite's posts but I didn't read it. I just asked myself if I would look through it if I had my desires and I wouldn't and since I already have all of my desires I didn't.
Whenever the anxiety was too strong and I could feel the frustration and desperation building up, I would just rant and it helped me calm down and get back into the state super easily.
why?

you know how many FUCKING DOUBTS I had, but I didn't even give them attention coz they didn't deserve any and how many times I wanted to just give up, but I was like NO, STFU, I DON'T WANNA LIVE MISERABLY ANYMORE and now I'm not :)

I am in my desired reality
The 3d will conform as long as i keep persisting

I also daydreamed, but since imagination is the real reality they were real
WHAT I MANIFESTED
- desired appearance
- name change
- family change
- skills (drivers licence etc)
- apartment and furniture
- wealth
- a bunch of random materialistic things
- desired friend group (I absolutely love them!)
- desired uni and always getting good grades
- outfits from pinterest
and a bunch of other things
- I also ended up manifesting an sp without even knowing and he's pretty much I everything I scripted him to be(scripted a year ago because I didn't really care for a relationship) but this happened before I manifested my dream life
after a year and half of being on loablr I finally manifested my dream life. and you can too
(there was probably over 100 things I wanted but I realised what I want is not much, nothing ever is when you know about loa and yes, i was super desperate)

you shouldn't ever be stressed or worried while manifesting whatever you want, because you wouldn't stress if you had it
