— the 2025 princess guide:
the new year is coming and with it a chance for a new start, i created this guide to make sure i don't waste it and decided to share it with everyone.ᡣ𐭩
FORGIVE YOURSELF AND FORGET THE PAST
don't fall trap into the whole "i said this year would be my year last time too but didn't do anything, what difference is 2025 gonna be" narrative. forgive yourself for your mistakes and use them as lessons to prevent another wasted year instead of an excuse to give up. reflect on them and identify what made you break the promises you made to yourself. were you too ambitious? did you neglect rest and ended up burning out? did you lose motivation? whatever it was learn from it and be mindful not to mess up the same way this year. failure is the best teacher.
CHOOSING YOUR RESOLUTIONS
instead of googling "new years resolutions" or copying what everyone else is doing, set resolutions that are specific to you. take a moment to sit down with yourself and ask yourself: where do i want to be a year from now? what can i do this year to bring myself closer to my dream life? what are some new things i'd like to experience? think of the bigger picture and set goals that will help you get there.
GETTING IT DONE
once your goals are set, identify the habits that will help you achieve your goals. make a routine out of them and create what would be the perfect day to you. if it feels like you have too many areas you want to work on, make two (or more) daily routines where in each one you focus on different aspects and then alternate between them.
PRACTICE ROUND
it would be unrealistic to expect yourself to immediately pick up the routine and execute it everyday, especially since you're only starting out. luckily we have a whole month until 2025 starts so there's plenty of time for you to slowly ease into it. start by only doing a couple of tasks on your list and slowly up the amount as you start to fall into rhythm. this is the perfect time for trials and errors and tweaking your routine and eliminating/changing out anything that doesnt fit in as well as you imagined
A soft life requires HARD WORK!!!!
You should pamper and take care of yourselves. HOWEVER, You need more than a pretty face these days y'all to get ahead in life. You see women who are in business, law, and Healthcare. They had to bust their behinds to get where they are now. Endless nights staying up to studying, not worried about men 24/7, dreaming about what will be on the other side to motivate themselves. Some of y'all want to be babied. Yes, not every woman thinks the same and wants to be a rich housewife. How do you think women become rich housewives? Networking, Education, volunteering, Hobbies, etc.
Some of these girlies on tumblr are selling a fantasy and I'll let them have it but this is not a Wattpad fanfiction. WAKE UP and get up and do something!!!
building the life you deserve is a journey that involves self-reflection, goal-setting, and consistent effort. here are some steps to help you get started:
decide what you want: identify what you want to change about your life and how you envision your ideal life. this clarity can help you focus on your goals.
envision your ideal life: this step is all about creating a clear and vivid picture of the life you want to live. when you start to envision your life as you want it to be, it helps to guide your actions and decisions towards making that vision a reality.
set goals: break down your vision into achievable goals. this makes the process less overwhelming and more manageable.
take action: start making changes, even if they are small. consistent effort over time leads to significant progress.
prioritize relationships: building and maintaining strong relationships is essential for a fulfilling life.
simplify your life: remove unnecessary possessions and distractions. this can help you focus on what truly matters.
believe in yourself: trust in your abilities and strengths. confidence is key to overcoming challenges and achieving your goals.
remember, it’s your journey, and you have the power to change it.
For my girlies that want to be really succesful and happy but have not figured out yet ie. Are yet to connect with their life's purpose and/or choose a career, here's the tip of the century: devote your time to learning a diverse group of practical, timeless and mostly widely applicable skills. Examples?
Language. Learning a parent language eg German or Spanish or Mandarin will never not come in handy. When you do figure out your career this skill will find a way to be applicable. Let's not forget the networking opportunities plus if there is a foreign aspect to it eg an office abroad guess who will make the list.
Dance or music. Mostly classical. This might not apply to your career if it's not in the arts but it connects you to your feminine creative side, is great for your mental health, brings a touch of sophistication to you, the health benefits and oh so impressive. Plus it's music sis. Music solves everything.
Crafts(wo)manship. We are talking knitting, pottery, crotchetting, couture, etc. One, hobby. Two, Etsy. Three, sophistication. Four, femininity. Five, you'll give the best gifts over Christmas, trust me.
Swimming, driving, flight, etc. I am 100% convinced swimming and driving are basic life skills. Will there ever be a day in your life when you'll regret that you can drive? Or swim? Unless you're angling for driver it might not contribute to your career but it will to your life.if you can get a flight license do that. If you can get a motorcycle license do just that. Even if it's a hot air balloon, do just that. You can not convince me swimming is not a life skill I am literally surprised by people that can't swim. Never been in a flood huh.
Social skills. The thing about social skills is that they are, drumroll, SKILLS. Skills are not inborn, they are learned and we live in the era of Robert Greene and Genie Sayles and Dale Carnegie and free online courses and if there is one set of skills that's the backbone of everything its this one. There is no time having social skills will not help. Not professionally. Not socially. Not even in your family. Or friends. Whatever your life purpose is, you will need social skills. Communication is the key to EVERYTHING.
"Health" related skills. I'm talking gut health, get a first aid certification, learn herbs and holistic methods and reiki and yoga and all that. Your wellbeing shouldn't even be a choice honestly. Is there one time being at prime health will Not come in handy? No. Till you figure stuff out learn the right foods, learn to heal your gut, learn quick first aid tips, learn how your body works, learn female reproductive health, learn evolutionary psychology- stack up on the health.if your community has traditional healing methods learn that. Especially those of us that want to be moms? You'll need this so bad.
Fashion, styling, beauty. Because we are women and let's be honest , it's much easier and better when you finally learn to style yourself and express yourself through your clothing & make up &c &c and do what's good for your skin and hair and- you get it. Is there a day you will not need to dress? No? There you go
Financial education. Now if I need to explain this to you please meet me out back I just wanna talk
You don't have to have the full picture to start investing in it

“ Narcissistic, my god i love it “ – IVE, Love Dive
one thing us girls are told is to ‘love ourselves’, but how do you do that ? this is a starter guide to help you start on this ‘self love’ journey–
💋 be gentle, but strict with yourself ! sometimes, the voice in your head has to be your own big sis. working on/ practicing discipline will allow you to develop a kind of respect for yourself, which in turn, will help you be kinder to yourself when it comes to developing yourself as a person.
💋 ignore outside negative opinions ! the person sitting in the same room as you, their opinion doesn’t matter. why ? will they be there at your deathbed while you recollect your life choices ? ignore them, this is your life, and your path, your opinion matters more than anyone else's. be kinder to yourself please–
💋 shamelessly you ! show off the best parts of your personality to the world, we love it ! i like to see imperfect smiles and odd laughter, goofy actions that make onlookers go “wow, she may be weird, but if i had that confidence, i would do the same !” the biggest inspiration for me, has been random people who are being themselves so shamelessly, that they automatically gain my respect, be her !
💋 establish your style now ! a lot of us like to wait until we have accomplished something to show our true style. for example, many girls think “when i lose this much weight, i’ll start dressing the way i want !” stop that line of thinking. i get that using that as a reward system can be motivating, but it will also make you dissatisfied with your present self. presenting your style now, not only helps you understand what you like at a faster rate, but it will give the people around you plenty of time to get used to the real you (before you reach your goals).
💋 establish your mindset ! how do you think ? what’s your philosophy of the world around you ? understanding factors like that will help you with paving your future. follow opportunities (finding your desired career, desired friends, desired school, desired place to live, etc.) that support this mindset, THAT is the true key to happiness !
💋 enjoy the little things ! life has multiple ups and downs. when its good, its good, and when its bad, its bad. But focusing on every bad thing; thats dangerous and not worth your time. other women don’t learn this until they hit their thirties, lets listen and learn from them and enjoy the small things in life.
💋 release your positivity ! when you make people around you smile in your presence, it makes you happy as well. people will see you being so positive, that they will reflect more positivity back onto you like a mirror..
💋 have fun ! letting go every once in a while will give you motivation to continue. having fun will make you enjoy what life has to offer. No matter what position, what country, or what race you are, if you have even the slightest chance to chase the opportunity of fun, why decline ? the world is giving it to you for free !
don’t forget ! during every journey, patience will be your best friend. many of us have burnt bridges with ourselves that we want to rebuild, and luckily for us, we have all the time in the world to understand ourselves, give yourself some time and understanding, she deserves it–
@iluvprettygirls
You don’t need motivation, you need self discipline.
1.Start small,Focus on one discipline building habit at a time to avoid getting overwhelmed and end up not following through.
Gradually increase your commitments little by little. They will soon become part of your routine instead of it being "work".
2.Get rid of distractions that hinder your focus (e.g., unhealthy relationships, social media).
3. HAVE SOME SELF CONTROL!! delay instant gratification, when you don’t feel like doing something, do little more than you want, commit to showing up for YOURSELF even when you don’t feel like it.
4. Create a daily schedule that prioritizes most important items on the list. Keep it consistent to form habits over time.
5. last but not least, stay consistent. Discipline is built by sticking to your commitments daily, and give yourself kudos for your gains and failures without judgement , it takes time and effort so be nice to yourself.
this is literally so me coded 🪽🍰
How I get whatever I want.
- Journal. It’s important to plot out what you want before you begin doing anything new. Sit down, concentrate, and take the time to visualize what you want for yourself. Journaling is an extremely effective tool, and it’s important to be able to write about what you want instead of creating a concept in your mind.
- Make goals less abstract: Find or make a path to the goal, then zone out (networking, reading, research). Your goals should not be abstract or difficult for you to understand. They should be clear, planned out to the best of your ability, and reasonable enough to achieve in 90 days. If you have a long-term goal, set up a series of short-term goals that will set you on the right path.
- 3 month hiatus and just fixate on work. Be strict with time and money, keep a schedule, don’t allow minor distractions to sway you from your path, and use the next 90 days to bring yourself closer to the finish line. Can your hiatus be longer than 3 months? Yes, but if it becomes necessary to extend it, be sure that you’re engaging with the real world and not isolating yourself.
- You have to be sure of what waiting and a little bit of luck will do for you. So much of it is a waiting game, and while I believe that it’s important to work hard instead of being hard on yourself, knowing that luck plays into your success is imperative. If you don’t see immediate results, keep going until things fall into line.
Plan, prepare, and then put your whole soul into action.
left out? actually try and engage with other people, join clubs to make more friends and don't beg other people.
feeling sick? make sure to drink plenty of water and get sleep, rest your head from any screens and just meditate.
left on read? it's not a big deal, just don't make yourself to them anymore, it will make them value you more.
feeling ugly? appreciate yourself and know that you're the most amazing person ever, your beauty doesn't define who you are.
lacking confidence? don't care about what others say about you and be bold. keep your head up high and focus on yourself.
hungry? try and eat something new today and be creative. try and be healthier and go for smoothies as a drink with your meal.
they don't like you? who cares, it's their loss <3
MAKE A VISION BOARD WALLPAPER. Create one that aligns with your goals and dream self, so that every time you pick your phone up, you’re reminded of your goals and future vision. Also, great for manifesting!
KNOW YOUR APP’S PURPOSE. For me, tumblr is a way I share advice and learn, YouTube I also learn from others, pinterest I get inspired, netflix is a way for me to unwind etc. If for any app, you cannot name a proper purpose/intent to use it daily or to help with your goals, delete it.
DECIDE WHICH TYPES OF APPS YOU WANT. If you have a new phone, or you want to completely reset your phone, write or type, the apps, that you want and those you don’t.
E.g I want to learn a language, practice mindfulness on the go, get some mental gratification that isn’t addicting, organise my life better and have a way to track my progress. I don’t want apps that support doom-scrolling, make me compare myself and are addictive.
BE MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU SIGN UP TO. Newsletters, social media, subscribing to YouTubers and so on, just think about your goals and vision and if they align with them, every time you think about signing up/subscribing.
HAVE NO PHONE TIME/ZONES. For me, my phone is not allowed to be used in bed. If I must use my phone, I have to get out of bed first. My phone is also not allowed during study time, so I put it in a separate room which makes it inconvenient.
REGULARLY DO A DIGITAL DECLUTTER. Delete any old contacts that you don’t talk to, unsubscribe from newsletters and YouTube channels, organise your socials etc. Removes space and helps us to see our phones with more clarity.
SET PURPOSEFUL WIDGETS. These can be anything, motivational quotes, your daily to-do list, reminders of your habits and so on. However, make sure you’re looking at them and they're not just taking up space.
