π Send this to the twelve nicest people you know or who seem to have a good heart and if you get five back you must be pretty awesome. π πππ
Hey! :)
Thank you, really appreciate it and right back to you! <3
And sorry for the late reply by the way... :")
Well, the first study tip I'll be posting is definitely this, i don't think I've seen this before but it's something I've definitely scored better with.
Know your question paper format and marking schemes
First with question paper format, by that I mean, how your question paper is going to be... Like, how many MCQs? Number of explanatory questions? Total marks for each question and sections etc etc.
Marking scheme basically refer to how you'll gain marks in your answer sheets. Suppose you have a question for let's say, 3 marks. Then you should find out how much you need to write for those 3 marks, if it's three points or half a page etc etc.
Some things that definitely carry extra marks:
Definitions
Diagrams
Graphs/tables (if there are any)
Codings
Additional info like Criticism, Applications, Exceptions etc
Formulae
Examples !!!
I cannot highlight this enough because it shows you how you have to portray and answer each question. The more you write your contents, the higher chance there is to get extra marks
Where can you get your marking schemes and paper formats? The most accurate and precise way would either be your subject teachers or previous question papers or asking your seniors.
Writing practice and i don't mean time management. By writing practice, I mean, no matter how well you know your content, if you can't put it in words appropriately then you won't get your grades.
Now, it's hard to remember every single thing so here's a technique...
What? When? Who? Why? How? What's the use?
The basic information for any topic would be the answer to these questions. I'll take an example, suppose you have to write a short note on computer.
The points would be:
What is it? An electronic device.
When was it invented? Β Between 1833 and 1871.
Who invented it? Charles Babbage
Why did they invent it? To perform calculations
How does it work? (Input-Process-Output)
What's the main use? Storing, receiving and processing data
The more questions you answer, the more points you get. This can be applied generally, if you take your textbook and observe how many points each topic has, many might answer to the above questions.
So when you're writing the exam and you don't know how to continue, just think about what questions you've missed and answer to them.
Note: Change questions according to the topic/ subject and do not change the main keywords.
Bonus: Write all the general questions related to each lesson at the starting of the lesson or your notes. So, while revising, you'll know your order.
Thanks for the tag! :D

Hello :)
Let's see...

Today was exhausting but atleast we get a 4 day break till Tuesday because of Eid-ul-adha and gosh am i dreading the coming Wednesday, we have so much due then.
I didn't do much today, just completed my business studies assignment. Now, I'm gonna make a list of my assignments and tests due on Wednesday...
Assignments:
Economics (another one, yes T-T)
Computer (the hardest one)
Arabic (kinda easy)
English seminar
Tests:
Economics 2 lessons
English 1 lesson
Homework:
Accounts
Islamic studies (memorizing 1 Ayn of Dhukhan)
Right and I have to do my own studying... looks like it's gonna be toooo productive and my plans of reading a novel just went out the window T-T
There's no "New year. New me". There's only "New year. Old me with modifications." So, don't wait for the new year to work on yourself. Take small steps now so at the end of any year, you can actually say "I'm really happy with how I was this year and I'm only hoping to be better for the coming years". There's absolutely no time frame for changing yourself.
Thanks for the tag! Right back to you :)
Let's see...
I guess I'm creative with my projects
I'm ambitious and competitive
I'm (too) empathetic
I'm extremely passionate about things I love/like
I like my jewelry taste xD

I want to be completely honest.
There are going to be people who are better than you.
There will be times when someone is going to get ahead of you
And there will be times when you worked hard, and you didn't achieve it.
And yes, it is fine. Completely fine. You are allowed to be disappointed. You are allowed to be sad. And you are allowed to get pissed.
It's the brutal truth that you may not get what you want all the time. And you should learn to be okay with that.
Well... I had been sick the past few days but right now I'm better. Atleast well enough to study. Tomorrow we have school till 1, I'll be back by 3 so after that I'll start my studies... I have my term exams from next week, I just feel exhausted and tired now T-T
To do list for the weekend :
Complete English assignment
Complete 1 unit of English (3 lessons + grammar)
Complete 1 chapter in Accounts + Revise some previous chapters
Complete 2 chapters in Economics
Complete 8 chapters Part 1-3 in Business Studies
I hope I'm able to complete these :")
