Why does this statement feel like it’s a taunt/threat against Celia?

Like she’s looking at alternate dimension research, combined with all the other evidence, and some memories clearly seem to bother her. We’ve learned this all very recently and the statement in this episode says and then commands and then threatens:

“You are here. Stay a while.”

That does not at all feel like a coincidence.
