Reality is YOU.
Literally stop looking for proof in the physical plane. Whether it is manifesting your dream life or shifting, there is no need to look for proof outside of you when the entire reason the outside even exists is inside. Your inner being. Your reality is YOU.
It isn't even mirroring you or reflecting you. IT IS YOU. It is completely and utterly you.
Your reality is every thought you chose to be, every state you embodied, every emotion you felt, it is everything you 'believed' to know without needing any proof. Your reality is YOU in the physical plane. The mental you and the physical you is the same YOU.
The entire reason reality even exists is because you exist. Without you it'd have no meaning. You embody a state of knowing and your reality becomes that state because it is you. There is no difference. There is no imagination or reality. There is only YOU.
YOU exist everywhere. And in both those planes, just in different ways.
I don't know why no one understands that reality literally cannot function outside of you because it is you expressed physically. You choose/decide/embody who you are in the mind where infinite possibilities exist and your mind accepts it because it's you, pure awareness the 'thing' that is existence itself.
The mind/mental plane follows you because you choose from it. It multiples what we choose. This is why when you saturate or affirm something continuously your mind will automatically follow those patterns after a while. The mind, the darkness is a place of creation where we can get anything we want if we choose it. Even when you assume something you are running with/choosing a particular thought and knowing it as true.
The physical plane doesn't follow the mind, it follows you, what you chose, what you decide to be. This is why even if you get doubts or disbelief you can still manifest/shift if you just choose that in the mind. Reality does not follow the mind, it is us. It is the mind that follows us through patterns.
(Clarification: When I said that reality doesn't follow the mind, I meant that it doesn't follow every thought, only the ones we chose. This makes us the operant power not the mind.)
We have already existed way before we were even 'human'. We are not the mind (thoughts), not the body. We are pure awareness and we can be anything we want.
This is why please y'all do not look at the 3D and think I haven't gotten it yet or blah blah blah. The physical plane is you. It is your entire being expressed physically. Do not get confused. The structure for your reality passes through you. You can change anything whenever you want. Reality is fluid. Because change is the only constant thing in life. Change is your nature.
Your mind weaves the thread you chose to have and your heart (the knowing) is how it express things in the physical plane.
It = Pure Awareness
Mind (The universe/infinite realities or possibilities)
Heart (The knowing through which things materialize in the physical plane)
You (Pure Awareness where creation, known and unknown exists/pure existence)
Finished this at 11:11. Good luck with this information lol.
How To Finally Shift If You’ve Been Trying For 2+ Years
⚠️ Little warning before we begin: don’t get scared off! I might sound a little negative at first, but that’s not the point of this post. My goal is for you to reach the end of this and think “Oh, I’m definitely going to shift to my DR now!”
Having said that:
If you’ve been on your shifting journey for two or more years, doing methods, reprogramming your mind, consuming advice, maintaining a mental diet, manifesting, forcing assumptions, trying to create assumptions, etc, etc⏤and you still haven’t shifted your awareness to your DR, maybe it’s time to stop trying to make yourself shift.
Stop trying to shift.
Stop trying to trigger a shift.
Maybe the thing you need at this point in your journey is to stop trying to make yourself shift.
And I’ll explain why by asking you a question:
In these two, three, four, however many years of effort, don’t you think you would have shifted by now?
Think about it. You’ve oversaturated your mind with the intention to shift. You do all your methods correctly. You try to convince yourself that you're already in your DR. You feel symptoms. Sometimes you even "mini shift." And yet… you're still here. Doing the same things. Searching for advice that leads you right back to doing the same thing:
Trying to shift. Trying to trigger a shift. Trying to shift your awareness.
Trying.
Trying confidently.
Trying hopelessly.
Trying angrily.
…Trying.
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, triggering a shift, or successfully shifting with a method, it would have happened by now.
“But Clover, I still have a lot of soul-searching and work to do! I just need to put in more effort!”
Awesome! Then click away, because this advice isn’t for you. I’m not talking to you.
I’m talking to the person who is tired. Who is drained. Who, despite applying all the sage advice on the internet, is just burnt out from the process of shifting.
And if that sounds like you, let me repeat: Maybe you need to stop actively trying to shift.
Your work is done. And that’s a good thing.
You’ve spent years ingraining the idea of shifting into your subconscious. You’ve impressed the intention to shift so deeply that it’s already there. Congratulations! You did all the mental work. It’s done.
Your DR is already yours. You already have the ability to shift.
So stop trying to trigger it. Stop trying to make yourself shift.
Let go of the “making yourself shift” process.
“Oh my god, she’s going to tell me to take a break.”
LMAO you thought.
Yes, breaks are excellent. They help reset and recharge your mindset. I always encourage taking breaks if you need them. But let’s be honest. Sometimes, even the thought of taking a break feels just as mentally exhausting as staying on your shifting journey.
“Oh no, she’s going to tell me to do nothing at all.”
Once again, you thought.
Instead, you’re going to capitalize on the fact that you’ve already done all this work. The intention to shift is always, always, always in your mind. Your subconscious knows you want to shift. Just like it knows how to shift your awareness.
So, the next time you lay down to do your shifting process...
Instead of trying to shift…
Instead of trying to induce a shift, induce the void, or force an outcome…
Give yourself exactly what you want.
Give yourself the feeling of being in your DR.
Drop the conscious, active intention to shift because your subconscious already has it covered. You don’t need to keep hammering it in. Instead, focus on inducing the emotions you would feel if you were in your DR.
Imagine waking up in your DR. Imagine being there. Imagine spending time with your DR friends, your S/O, whatever makes you happiest. Personally, I lean toward wake-up scenarios. You can listen to music, meditate, visualize, even do a shifting method if you enjoy it—but instead of doing it with the intention to shift, you’re doing it just to give your body and mind the feeling of being there. The happiness, the calm, the excitement, whatever it is for you.
This does not mean you’re lying there thinking, “Okay, this is going to make me shift.”
No. No, no, no, no, no.
Drop the idea of shifting entirely. That process is done.
And I’ll say it one more time:
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, making yourself shift, or triggering a shift, it would have happened already.
So let it go. Drop it.
Induce the emotions of being in your DR, and then let go. Once you do that, go to sleep. Or go about your day. That’s it.
Because feeling is the language of the subconscious.
Think about it: The moments in your life that shaped you the most weren’t just things you thought. They were things you felt deeply. Joy, fear, excitement, grief. Emotions imprint on the subconscious. That’s why certain smells, songs, or places instantly bring back vivid memories. Because your subconscious records experiences based on emotions, not logic.
So when you stop trying to shift and instead just focus on feeling like you’re in your DR, your subconscious responds by aligning your awareness to match that emotional state.
Because to the subconscious, there’s no difference between imagination and reality. When you visualize something vividly enough, your brain fires the same neurons as if you were actually experiencing it. Athletes use this trick to enhance performance. Musicians use it to refine their skills. And guess what? It works for shifting too.
When you let go of the effort and just immerse yourself in the emotions of already being there, you bypass the resistance that trying creates.
And that’s when the shift happens.
It happens because you stopped forcing it.
It happens because your subconscious already knows how to shift, you just needed to get out of its way.
So, again, drop the struggle. Drop the effort. Stop trying to shift.
The more precise or perfect you want the shift to be, the more pressure you put on yourself. Your brain rebels against that because rigid control drains energy.
Remember this:
When you feel something strongly but aren’t clinging to the result, your subconscious has room to act. This is why sometimes, when you care less or focus on something in a passing, emotional way, it manifests easily.
This is why people can give up on shifting entirely and shift. This is why people let go of the need to shift and shift. This is why you shift without meaning to.
You: “No, I can’t do this! I need to keep trying to shift or else my subconscious will think I don’t want to shift anymore!”
Me:
*As always, take what resonates, discard what doesn’t, because we’re all different people who need to hear different things :)
•Sheezu's chart of existence•
I personally don't consider the consciousness "theory" a theory. For me it's the law.
I think this is going to be my "last" post, before I go inactive.
I will still pop my head in every once in a while if I feel like it, but I've run a good course on tumblr, made post about every single topic i could think of, started a fight with a anonymous, with a person not worth the energy, and I'm planning on focusing more on myself, and any other reality than this.
(I don't vibe here)
When I disappear, where would I be? Well that's up to you to decide.
...
Seriously though, I didn't want to mention religion since it leads to conflict, but I really needed to send Cassandra to hell.
There comes a loooooot of meat in between, but I left most of it out, to keep it shifting related, and also since space was running.
...
I think a problem some people have is that they look to the 3d for answers. Instead of checking the 3d, check the 4d. I know it can be complicated when the 3d is in your face, but once you know your mind creates your reality, it is more understandable and easier to grasp.
New phone? -> You’re texting your friends on it right now.
Sp-> You guys are on vacation in the Maldives right now.
Dream body? -> What do you mean “dream body?” That’s literally how you look, girl.
Just decide it is yours. It has always been yours. Have those thoughts, and continue to live that way and you will be shown that.
Enemies to lovers, but only one of them thinks they're enemies. The other has been entirely obsessed since the beginning.
Only acceptable way for me to read this trope
How I First got into the Void/ Pure Consciousness
I know many of you have spent a long time trying to get into the Void or induce it. I know it seems EXTREMELY HARD but I promise you it is very simple.
I’m going to keep this short and sweet because I don’t believe in making blogs 10 pages long.
When I first induced it I wasn’t trying to get into the void, I was trying to shift to my Preferred reality (I don’t like saying DR because every reality is just a reality, no need to put it on a pedestal).
I knew about the void but in the end it wasn’t my goal, however you can shift from being in the void state and that’s what caused my first shifting experience even though it was short lived because I freaked out.
Now to what I done to ‘Accidentally’ get there step by step.
FIRST - I got tired of scrolling on Tumblr for the answer and I was fed up with myself. I told myself, “If everyone else can shift, then I can too” I had a feeling of determination and I knew that nothing would hold me back. (You don’t need that feeling, just trust in yourself)
SECOND - I laid down in a comfortable position on my bed it was around 11 o clock at night. I closed my eyes and used a visualization method/ technique although it’s not really a method I just visualized my preferred reality.
THIRD - I became so engulfed into my visualization that I forgot that I was visualizing and I forgot my body. When I say I was engulfed I was ENGULFED. Eventually I fell asleep, I don’t even remember falling asleep.
FOURTH - I become aware during my sleep but it’s not sleep I didn’t feel my body or anything the only thing I felt was my rapid heart beat. I could feel my hearing going in and out like It was being sucked out and it was a silence so silent that it was deafening.
FIFTH - I calmed myself down and was mainly focused on my thoughts, and that’s when I came to the conclusion I had to be in the Void, so I quickly thought about being in my Preferred reality and in the blink of an eye I was there.
SIX - When i got there I still wasn’t fully aware of my body and everything was freaking me out so I thought about going back and I was back in the void and from there I drifted off into a dream.
As you’ve read I did nothing that requires effort, nothing that requires a 100 step routine. So stop over doing it and trust yourself. Of course I’ll add more if anyone needs me too and explain it better but that’s the basic of what I done, I hope this helps some realize how simple it actually is.
every time i remember my favorite person isn’t real
you're not running out of time to shift. just because you didn't shift yesterday, or the week before, or the year before, doesn't mean that it's gonna be taken from you. there's no clock ticking, no train leaving the station, no alarms blaring to get the last ticket, no one to race against, nothing. breathe. no one and nothing can take it away from you. it will always be there.
*reblog if you agree*
ᯓ★ 3 days is all it should take you to manifest if you persist without wavering! Nothing should take longer than 3 days!!!
ᯓ★ Affirm, To saturate your mind for the next 3 days.
ᯓ★ Do NOT think against it or waver. Persist. It's already done. Be in the state of wish fullfilled.
ᯓ★ Saturate ur mind everytime you think of your desire.
ᯓ★ Meditate on it. (Like, focused affirming)
ᯓ★ Don't let the 3d determine anything, if u catch yourself thinking where is it or why it's not here, correct yourself!! Don't accept the 3d, 4d is what matters.
ᯓ★ The truth is whatever you decide, it is.
ᯓ★ Robotic affirming is literally foolproof.
ᯓ★ Don't quit and don't give up. Just keep affirming.
ᯓ★ stop fucking waiting. It's already yours. It's already done. Manifestation is not a process. You already have it. You're not trying to manifest. "You either have it or you don't"
(my another post)
"if you assume your desire and live there as though it were true, no power on earth can stop it from becoming a fact."
Get off of Tumblr you don't need to know more about the law of assumption, you already know. You already know what to do. ‼️
And watch sammy 🔥🔥🔥
✵ UNDERSTANDING THE FEAR. The fear of actually shifting to your DR is such a sneaky block because it’s not something we expect to feel. Like, you’re doing all this work (visualizing, affirming, scripting, etc) and yet deep down, you might be scared of actually getting what you want. It’s wild, but it makes sense when you break it down.
✵ WHY SUCCESS MIGHT FEEL SCARY.
— Even if you’ve visualized your DR a million times or planned your DR down to the last detail, but actually being there is a completely new experience. What’s it actually going to feel like to be there? What if things don’t go how you imagined? That uncertainty can trigger a lowkey (or not so lowkey) fear.
— Success comes with its own pressure. Once you shift, it’s easy to start overthinking. What if I can’t do it again? What if it’s not what I expected? That “what if” spiral can get overwhelming. And that might create a fear of succeeding.
— Even if you don’t love your CR, it’s still comfortable because it’s familiar. Leaving behind parts of it, even if it’s just for a short amount of time, (people, routines, or even just your identity in this reality) can feel heavier than you realize.
— What if your DR doesn’t live up to the dream? What if it’s not perfect? That fear can make success feel risky, and your brain might unconsciously try to avoid it altogether.
✵ HOW THIS FEAR MESSES WITH YOU. This fear doesn’t usually scream “I’m scared to succeed!” It shows up in subtle ways like procrastinating, feeling “stuck,” constantly tweaking your script, overthinking your method, or second-guessing yourself. It’s like your mind is putting up invisible walls without you even realizing it.
✵ WHY PEOPLE DON’T TALK ABOUT IT. This fear gets ignored because it feels backwards, like why would you be scared of getting what you want? Plus, in the shifting community, everyone’s so focused on HOW to shift, they don’t always talk about the emotional side of it. It’s easier to think you’re just “doing it wrong” than to realize you might be holding yourself back.
✵ HOW TO GET PAST IT.
— Acknowledge it. The first step is being honest with yourself. Ask, Am I scared of actually shifting to my DR? Once you see it for what it is, it’s easier to work through.
— Instead of obsessing over the moment you shift, think about how you’re going to feel and thrive once you’re there. Build that excitement so it outweighs the fear.
— Remind yourself you’ve got this. You’ve done the work, and you’re capable of handling whatever comes up in your DR. Affirmations like “I’m ready for this” or “I trust myself” really help.
— Your DR doesn’t have to be perfect for it to be worth experiencing. Give yourself room to explore and grow. Nothing has to be set in stone.
— Shifting doesn’t have to be some huge, dramatic moment. Every step (big or small) you take is progress, so don’t psych yourself out by making it feel bigger than it is.
✵ FINAL THOUGHTS. So yeah, fear of success is real, but it doesn’t have to stop you. The key is recognizing it for what it is and deciding it’s not going to hold you back. You’ve already done the hard part by getting this far, trust that you’re ready for what’s waiting on the other side.
