Former Ravens cheerleader Molly Shattuck was sentenced Friday to 48 weekends in a Delaware detention center for raping a minor, according to CBS Baltimore.

Shattuck, 48, engaged in sexual activities last Labor Day with a 15-year-old boy who attended the same school as her son.

Shattuck was arrested in November for third-degree rape, unlawful sexual contact and giving alcohol to minors after a school official learned about the encounter. She pleaded guilty to one count of fourth-degree rape in June, and faced a maximum sentence of 15 years.

Baby wipes are not necessary at all for your hygiene. While not as bad as most products, being used “every time” will definitely cause some damage. Your genitals maintain a specific environment of bacteria and a specific pH balance, and hygiene products will disrupt these balances and increase your risk of infection and other health issues. This includes baby wipes. All you need to clean your genitals is either rinsing with hot (not boiling) water or wiping with a clean rag with hot water.

We do need water, but it’s also possible to hurt yourself by drinking too much, so take care to watch what you’re getting. As a side note, choose your water source carefully.

Grapefruit is known to interfere with MANY medications, and that includes birth control if you have certain medical conditions, as well as other hormonal medication/treatments. Citrus fruits (pineapples!) are a concern in general but in most cases are considered not significant enough to cause issue - so ask your doctor if increasing citrus is okay. And he goes to our school and so after she told me about her incident and I told her about mine, we decided to report it to the police and the trial is currently still going on and he told people about it, except in his version we are just “asking for attention” and all his friends talk about how bad they feel for him. As if HE is the one that still wakes up screaming. As if HE felt like his skin no longer was beautiful, no longer belonged to him. And I held her in my arms as she bawled after giving the police her statement. And she did the same for me.

And I met a woman a year ago in a paint store and she had a service dog and I asked what the dog was for and it turns out that she had been so brutally raped and abused in her life, that the dog is literally trained to keep men away from her.

And I’m so FUCKING SICK AND TIRED OF THIS WORLD WE ARE LIVING IN. How many rape victims eyes have I already looked into? How many more will I? And how many more friends will I hold while they shake? Because I don’t know how many more I can take. And who the fuck still has the nerve to make rape jokes? And… Something just has to change. Please, someone just start being that change.

BREAKING: Another Black Woman Dies While In Police Custody, The Third Black Woman To Die Under Questionable Circumstances in Less Than Two Weeks

Ralkina Jones is the third African-American woman to die under questionable circumstances while in police custody in less than two weeks.

An Ohio woman died while in police custody in the Cleveland Heights jail early on Sunday morning. Ralkina Jones, 37, was picked up after a domestic dispute in a parking lot with her ex-husband on Friday night.

According to the incident report, Jones drove to a local business and smashed the driver’s side window a Ford Expedition belonging to her ex-husband, Brandon Jones. She also attempted to smash the windshield of the vehicle. Police say that when her ex-husband came outside to the parking lot to try to stop her, Jones scratched his face and hit him with a tire iron, causing a 2- to 3-inch cut. Family members toldlocal media that the incident occurred at her ex-husband’s place of work.

After her ex-husband got the tire iron away from Jones and walked away from the fight with a friend, Jones got back in her car and tried to run over the two men. Jones’s 12-year-old daughter, Kayla, was in the backseat of her car during the incident.

An independent witness at the scene corroborated Brandon Jones’s version of the dispute. However, according to the incident report, Jones told police that he didn’t want to press charges against his ex-wife.

Ralkina Jones was arrested and charged with felonious assault, domestic violence, and child endangerment. She was then taken to Cleveland Heights jail.

According to a press release issued by the Cleveland Heights police on Monday, Jones was placed in a cell at approximately 10:25 p.m. on Friday night. She had blood on her but no serious injuries, according to police.

At around 7:15 p.m. the next day, Jones appeared “lethargic” in her cell and was transported to the Cleveland hospital, HealthSpan. Four hours later, she was transported back to the jail.

After this the police information starts to become unclear. According to the police, a little over an hour after she arrived back at the jail, the paramedics were called a second time for Jones for an unspecified reason. The police say the paramedics “determined her vitals to be normal” at that time and Jones was thereafter given routine checks throughout the night.

Jones died some time early Sunday morning. The police did not say how many times she was checked during the night or what time she died.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner completed Jones’s autopsy on Monday and it revealed no suspicious injuries. The exact cause of death is yet to be determined.

BuzzFeed News reached out to Cleveland Heights Police Chief Jeffrey Robertson to ask why Jones was held for over a day after her ex-husband declined to press charges, why the paramedics were called a second time for Jones, why she was not taken to the hospital, how many times she was checked during the night, and what time she died, but he has not yet responded.

Jones’s is the third high-profile death of an African-American woman while in police custody in two weeks. On July 13, 28-year-old Sandra Bland died while in custody in Texas, and then one day later 18-year-old Kindra Chapman died in Alabama. Both women allegedly hanged themselves in their cells, and their deaths have been ruled suicides by officials.

i think the Steven Universe wiki got hacked or something. someone did something to it. now, whenever you try to go on any if its page, it will redirect to a page called “IT’S ME” that features a very loud sound and a huge close-up of “Golden Freddy” from FNAF.

so yeah, don’t go on the Steven Universe Wiki right now. i checked several other wikis and it appears that someone went out of their way to vandalize the SU wiki, as none of the other wikis i visited had this issue. i also believe that this “jump scare” effects EVERY PAGE ON THE WIKI. so unless you’re feelin’ brave, be careful and i would recommend not browsing it right now. i don’t know if anyone is even aware of this yet.
