the diary method is something i came up with in the first stages of my manifestation journey. i don’t know if anyone else came up with a similar idea or if it’s an original, but i still thought i’d share this with you, because it was so fun and helpful!
so, what is the diary method? the diary method is basically writing (scripting) a diary from the point of view of the version of yourself that has what you want. this is how it works:
first of all, you need a journal. whether it’s an old journal, or a new one you just bought. or, if it’s more comfortable for you, you can also use your notes!
then, write a date on top of the page, then write “dear diary,…” and then start writing about what a perfect day you had, inserting your desires in it. for example, if you want a new job, write that the most perfect job for you was offered to you on that day! or, if you want a dog, write about how on that day you just adopted the cutest, sweetest little puppy!
now, everyday, take five minutes out of your day to script your perfect days, and add you having your desires in those days!
this is so fun to do, it helps both with assumptions and visualizations, and you’ll get what you want so fast!!! if any of you decide to try it out, let me know how it goes! <3
What to do while waiting for your manifestation.
This is a very common question, so you decided you want to manifest something in your life, you got your affirmations down and now you’re repeating them every once in a while... but what do you do in the meantime?
Listen, if you’re feeling impatient or confused or any other way that makes you think about what you should be doing while waiting for your manifestation, YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG.
This is thinking from a place of not having your manifestation, from a place of having to wait for it. When you begin affirming these questions will cross your mind at first but do not give in to them, they are opposing thoughts just like any other negative one.
Whenever I got my manifestation I was very calm and living in the moment, not at all thinking about waiting or when it will come.

I feel like the word "visualize" is commonly used in spells and exercises instead of "imagine," because it feels more authentic and like you're not just playing make-believe, but I've got this theory that it really isn't any better, and could actually be holding a lot of people back.
As we know, some people think more in words, and some people think more in images. Some people have a hard time visualizing, or straight up can't do it.
Personally, I think in some words and some images, but mostly in a big abstract cloud of ideas and feelings which I have to translate into images or words in order to communicate. It's easier for me to translate ideas into words than images. When I do think in images they kind of just happen without me consciously creating them. To make them on purpose is a lot harder.
So, when you tell me to visualize a protective bubble (to use a recently mentioned example), I can do it, but it's not super solid. However, if you tell me to imagine a protective bubble, I can feel it and know it's there. I can know what color it is without having to see it. This is a much stronger bubble than the one I visualized.
Since I decided to quit trying to visualize and start imagining, things have become a lot easier for me, and have felt more solid. I'm also spending less time being distracted by the effort of maintaining a visualization.
Again, this is a theory, and of course your mileage may vary, but if you're someone for whom imagining is not an entirely visual process, it might be worth giving it a try.
Manifesting is literally just deciding what you want and then giving it to yourself within. You essentially become the person who already has it mentally and over time I think it just gets easier and quicker
