I’ll be scooting to the library today with a contribution of bookmarks. (They keep a basket of bookmarks on the counter for folks to take as needed.) Tearing the stamped corner from envelopes is an awesome way to appreciate beautiful stamps a little longer. It’s my experience that torn corners are easier to use than cut ones AND it shows the neat paper fibers. (Oh OK: AND it’s easier.) The real trick is remembering to open the envelope from the bottom side so the stamped corner remains intact.
Definitivamente no soy la misma persona que era cuando comenzó este año.

I feel very lucky to have that man sort of by my side through this process because he’s such a solid human. It’s nice to have a rock among the waves.
Fashion Illustrations Use Colorful Foods
Artist Gretchen Röehrs composes ingenious fashion illustrations by models’ silhouette’s and couture garments with colorful food items. The foods are manipulated by placing them carefully, slicing them, or molding them into place to follow the pattern of fabric and figures. The variety of textures are seen in the twisted banana, the layers artichoke, and deeply colorful foods ranging from leafy greens to a vibrant fuchsia.
Bringing these back.
