Moving away from supplements

and focusing on a proper diet to gain far better results when it come to increasing cum volume and capacity.

This is going to be a post that shares information with regards to switching from supplements to foods, and will include comparisons to the intake quantity of the vitamins; food vs supp.

much of this will be based around a high protein low fat diet for an “A Type” Bull Archetype (I will later be making a post about the different Archetypes of Bulls/Hubulls)

Protein

Protein is the highest “ingredient” in semen and thus is one of the most critical to take in.

—Food—

Beef Fillet Steak; 20.9g of protein (7.9g Fat)

Chicken Breast (Skinless); 23.5g “” (1.7g Fat)

Orange Roughy Fish; 22.64g “” (0.034g Fat)

Tuna Fish (Steak); 25.6g “” (0.5g Fat)

Venison; 30.21g “” (3.19g Fat)

Magnesium

Added daily increases amount, not thickness of semen

—Food—

Almonds; 247mg of Magnesium (55.8g Fat!!)

Supplement; 250mg “”

Zinc

Shown to improve both the amount of sperm you produce and the sperm’s ability to move spontaneously and independently. Coupled with amino acids this will increase sperm volume (only needs to be about 50mg a day).

—Food—

Oysters; 16-182mg of Zinc

Watermelon Seeds; 10mg “”

Garlic; 1.16mg ””

Supplement; 50mg “”

Ginseng

Promotes libido, potency and energy.

—Food—

Ginseng Tea

Fresh Ginseng; content = to weight

L-Arginine

Sperm and semen volume doubles, fertility improves, and sperm health and activity increase

—Food—

Peanuts; 1 cup = 4.6g of L-Arginine

Pork Loan; 14g “”

Turkey Breast; 16g “”

Supplement; 400mg “”

Vitamin E

Potency and Energy

—Food—

Almonds; 7.3mg of Vitamin E per 1oz.

Spinach; 6.9mg “”” per 1 bunch

Sweet Potato; 4.2mg “”” per 1 Tbsp

Avocado; 2.7mg “”” per 1 whole

Supplement; 400IU “””

L-Lysine

This amino acids plus zinc increases sperm produced, stimulates testosterone production, and improves semen quality.

—Food—

Lamb; 3582mg of L-Lysine @ 100g weight

Tuna Fish (Steak); 2590mg “””

Eggs; 912mg “””

Supplement; 500mg “”

There are many other foods in each of these catagories, and I would recommend looking into each field for foods the protean to your own health/ dietary needs as well as foods you enjoy. This, again, shows how one may change their diet to remove major supplement intake.
