Rest isn’t laziness—it’s an essential recharge. How can we show up as our best, higher selves if we’re running on empty? We’re not machines. Rest—both physically and mentally—is the foundation for sustainable growth, glowing skin, and thriving in every way.

Larme-kei is one of my favorite J-fashion styles & I love that I’m seeing more of it’s inspiration in stores! I often see a lot of heart motifs, velvet, satin, lace, ruffles and other feminine elements. The typical color palettes are blacks, off whites, pinks, lilacs, light blues, and deep reds. There’s definitely a Hollywood boudoir meets 50s barbie feel to it and as somebody who also adores rockabilly/pin-up the crossover makes me closet a happy place to be. Swankiss is a super prominent brand within the substyle.
