Think of it as like a ceremony to celebrate a special type of change in your life. Some ways of having a baby shower for your agere could be…

-a whole party! Have others bring you little items and toys and snacks, play games, find your regression age, each guest gets to adopt a stuffie, and talk about your journey.

-a small celebration between you and your caregiver. You get a small (or huge!) gift from them as a congratulations or a sort of “I’m so happy to be your caregiver” action, ending with cuddles and a movie or as small as reading to your tiny at the end of the night.

-Simply for yourself! Treat yourself to a basic regression kit or a whole haul! Or even just a stuffie to celebrate your acceptance towards your own regression/dreaming lifestyle.

Trans regressors are 100% valid, plus size regressors are 100% valid, alternative regressors are 100% valid, all regressors are 100% valid. Age regression is not one size fits all, age regression is a coping mechanism and sometimes trauma response. Not one persons regression will ever be someone else’s just be kind to others and don’t be mean!

the urge

to tell my friends and my therapist about my age regression. they're the safest people i've ever known and i love and trust them so much. but the fear of losing them is so strong. but at the same time, if i can't tell them about part of my life, then what's the point? i just wish i knew for sure that i wouldn't lose them
