So... this is a fanfic I created based on a rather... well, I guess upsetting dream I had of James and an original character. I've been dreaming of him a lot lately, and I wish I could say it's all been good, but unfortunately, that is not the case. I have, however, began to craft a story around it as an outlet, and I've decided to post it here. I will eventually post it to AO3 at a later date.

For the sake of saving space, I put the short summary below. So, let's see how this goes! Also, please note:

Summary

In the time of their youth, James Norrington and Anna Sharpe, daughter of Lord Andrew Sharpe, were lovers. Then life tore them apart. Eleven years later, Lord Sharpe has been appointed the new governor of Jamaica, but it is hard to tell who is more corrupt: him, or Anna's fiancé, Lord Edmund Barclay. Out of vengeance, Governor Sharpe orders James to be stripped of his title and imprisons him for the crimes of his past. As the flame between them is rekindled, Anna is determined to find a way to save him from her father's wrath before it's too late… but she may be out of time.

Rated M just to be safe (violence, foul language, sexually explicit content)
