This morning it started raining as I was getting ready for my run, then later when it stopped I was too cold to go out side in 6 degrees, wind and a sky of grey clouds so, instead I had a solo dance party to warm up and exercise. If you’ve never danced on your own in your room, then you are missing out. Plus it’s honestly a good workout, and feel freaking good afterwards. Breakfast today was my usually chocolate + oat smoothie bowl which tasted incredible with that blueberry smoothie on top (double smoothie like a double rainbow) and I am snuggled up with my smoothie and watching YouTube.
