Oh, my poor
We know Yorick is the Vanguard, but what is a vanguard for?
That paired with the whole Witche's hand, Malam's ominous warning (which could have been about Alexander) and the whole Day of Wrath situation makes me real suspicious.
He's so fucking done with him getting stabbed all the time
If Arthur ever gets back to a normal life as a PI and is still bound to John he'd be fantastic at his job because he fully has the superpower to see someone's last moments. Do you know how useful that is in the PI game? Solving murders left and right. Not only that but he's twice as perceptive because John having to describe his surroundings out loud allows for him to notice smaller things he wouldn't have thought of before. Someone get these two a job fr
Imagine this as Malevolent ending...
Arthur lester and john doe from malevolent core.
I can talk about this for so long, and I will under the cut.
The more I think about a possible separation of Arthurand John, the less I see it going well. These two people are so entwined and so codependent that even though they talk about how much they want to separate I don't really believe them.
Arthur spend the first two seasons raving about how much he wants to get rid of him but the very moment he does he's begging Kayne to give him back to him. There was the added layer of rescuing John but remember "I want him safe" "you want him back".
I wonder if he could stand being alone in his own head, I must feel terrible empty when you've shared it with someone else for so long. Arthur craves companionship but every single person in his life up til now he has lost, he can't loose someone who's trapped in his mind. Besides Arthur yearns to be in the caretaker role to save someone a penance for Faroe? A whole left empty? A road to redemption? But if John gets his own body.....will he need Arthur?
On John's side of things we have a possessive, jealous entity with abandonment issues, I wonder how he'll be when Arthur can actually walk away from him? He talks of having no agency and how terrible it is, and it is terrible, but how will he deal with the alternative? When he's no longer Arthur's first priority by default? When he can freely engage with people without John? He already tried to kill one person out of jealousy wonder if he'll succeed when Arthur can't hold him back.
bez lubrikantu, bez ochrany, celou noc a celý den, od kuchyňské podlahy po koupelnu, od jídelního stolu až po kostel, zatímco se zalykám a křičím modlitby, on si mě může vzít, jak bude chtít.
