I don't know about you guys but i really miss seeing "high fantasy" dragons in media, high fantasy dragons are like Smaug (The Hobbit), Draco (DragonHeart), Saphira (Eragon) and Spyro (Spyro the Dragon games franchise) for example, they have their own free will and cannot be controlled, they are highly intelligent and capable of speaking and even writing or drawing. It seems the version of dragons that has taken over is the animalistic and realistic version, that are basically huge dogs that can breath fire, bring back intellectual dragons that like to make riddles to fool intruders, bring back grumpy dragons that live isolated from everyone but they are actually lonely and in need of a friend, bring back the loyal and brave dragons that are willing to sacrifice themselves to save the ones they love, dragons that will talk to you about the mysteries of the world and the universe, JUST BRING BACK HIGH FANTASY DRAGONS GODDAMIT

Do you ever think about how crazy nursing really is?

And I don’t mean in the we deal with crazy people aspect, but more so how huge and ever increasing our scope is and how it has literally evolved so much even in the past 40 years. It’s literally insane when you think about it. The same license that allows you to take care of kids in a pediatrics office is the same one that allows a different nurse to independently insert PICC lines, and even still allow the critical care nurse to manage ECMO. Some of these nurses are doing it with a diploma or associates degree. Some nurses are anesthesia providers or primary care providers even still. Now obviously each specialty and advanced practice requires specific training or additional education, but the basis for all of these different avenues is the same RN license, and when you think about it, it honestly sounds literally so crazy. I would honestly love to sit down with older nurses or former nurses to see their views on how the profession has evolved, where it is currently, and where they think it’ll go. Like this is a crazy profession y’all. Never feel like you are “just a nurse” because it’s honestly one of the most badass professions out there.

Is anyone else still bothered by the fact that Legion!Len was kinder to Mick about his (unconfirmed but essentially definitely a thing) aphasia than any of the Legends? They all treated him like he was stupid when he used the wrong words, but Len just offered the correct one with no judgement.

It looks like they’re dialing it back this season with Sara correcting “mechanism” to “anachronism” without judgement, but I’m still upset about his mistreatment last season.
