How do you get over the fear of never shifting
how to get over the fear of never shifting?
right, so you’re afraid you’ll never shift. you’re staring down the barrel of an eternal non-event, the metaphysical equivalent of a dinner party where the host never shows and you’re left nursing a warm gin and wondering why you ever put on shoes. the fear, then, is not just about shifting. it’s about stagnation, about the existential itch that nothing will ever happen to you, that you are, in the grand scheme of things, a closed-loop system with no exit ramp. it’s about the dread of being one of those people who say they want to do things and then never do them, like men who buy poetry books and never turn past the preface.
let’s establish something !!! this isn’t a you problem. this is an everyone problem. but listen. listen. that doesn’t mean nothing is happening. the want itself is movement. the yearning is proof of life.
but fear can be embarrassing. the fear is what stops you from talking about it in public. the fear is what makes you try to force it, and forcing it never works. this is a truth universally acknowledged, like how the people who tell you to “just relax” are always the ones who never have to try at anything.
so, how do you get over it? you don’t. not in the way you’re thinking.
you don’t kill it, or banish it. what you do is you turn the volume down. you remind yourself that shifting is not a limited resource, it is not an exclusive club. you reframe it, because fear, at its core, is a trick of perspective. if you treat shifting like a test you’re doomed to fail, then congratulations, you have built yourself a failure machine. if you treat it like a game, like a book you can open and step into at will, then suddenly it becomes something else entirely, something less cruel, less elusive. something possible.
and listen, i could do the whole inspirational speech thing, the "trust the process," "it happens when you least expect it," "insert comforting platitude here. you can do it, you're always doing it, bla bla bla." but that’s not what you need. what you need is this: shifting is a skill. sort of. it’s not a mystery, not some divine lottery where the lucky few get golden tickets to willy wonka's chocolate factory and the rest of us are left behind in the cold. it’s a skill, which means it can be developed, honed, mastered. and if you can accept that, then suddenly, the fear loses its fangs. it becomes background noise, static on the radio. it becomes something you can live with, something you can drown out with the sheer audacity of your wanting.
so, the next time the fear comes knocking, let it in. let it sit at your table. but do not let it drive. do not let it make the rules. because the fear, when you really break it down, is just this: a refusal to believe in your own capacity for transformation. and if there’s one thing i know about you, it’s that you’ve never been one to stay the same.
identity is the root.
you are not manifesting random events. you are not manifesting based on what you want. you are manifesting based on who you believe you are. and that belief, your identity, is what determines what appears in your life, what repeats, what leaves, what stays, and how things unfold.
this is why neville said over and over: assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. he wasn’t telling you to act like you’re playing pretend. he was telling you that your reality forms around your state of being. and your state of being is just your identity in action.
your identity is the foundation of your self-concept. it’s not just one belief, it’s the entire self-image you carry. it’s what you expect without thinking. it’s how you explain things to yourself. it’s the inner story you’ve been telling for so long, you forgot you were telling it.
identity is subtle. it hides in how you react to compliments. it hides in how you respond to silence. it hides in what you assume people mean when they don’t reply, or when they do. it shows up in what you think is normal, likely, or typical for you.
if you identify as someone who is always left out, you will unconsciously expect to be left out. you will anticipate abandonment, misread neutral situations as rejection, and replay painful assumptions until they harden into “facts.” if you identify as someone who is loved, special, and always chosen, the opposite becomes true. your mind will filter life through that lens. you’ll revise in your favor. you’ll remember support instead of abandonment. you’ll manifest people who reflect that version of you back to you.
you’re manifesting what your identity believes is true. and identity is not stable by default, it’s habitual. you’ve simply practiced it over time. that means you can choose a new one just as easily. you don’t have to “heal” before you change. (even though this is beneficial) and you definitely don’t have to “earn” a new self-concept. you just have to stop identifying with the version of you who doesn’t have what they want.
neville said, “change your conception of yourself and you will automatically change the world in which you live.” he also said, “to be transformed, the whole basis of your thoughts must change.” and that happens not by controlling every thought, but by choosing a new identity, a new center of being, from which your thoughts, assumptions, and reactions now arise.
a new identity changes what feels natural. and the law always reflects what is natural to you. once it feels normal to be adored, you’ll start getting adored. once it feels natural to have money, you’ll start finding yourself in circumstances where money is flowing. you’ll stop thinking it’s a sign when someone treats you well, you’ll start seeing it as the bare minimum. because it matches the self you’ve chosen to be.
this is why identity is everything. identity determines your assumptions. assumptions determine your perceptions. perceptions determine your reactions. reactions reinforce your reality. and your reality is always confirming the self you are being.
you don’t need to visualize harder. you don’t need to micromanage the 3D. you need to ask: who am i being? who do i assume i am right now? and if the answer doesn’t match the version of you who has it all, shift. right now. no delay.
you are not here to chase the desire. you are here to realize you already are the version of you who has it. all that’s left to do is assume them. the 3D always reflects who you believe you are.
What is persisting? Once you identify what exactly you want and assume you have it, all you have to do is persist till you see it in the 3d. But how exactly do you do that? what is it in the first place? Persisting is essentially just staying in the state of knowing you have your desires already. By avoiding intrusive thoughts and detaching, one can get their desires like *that*
Lets say i want to manifest being void state (or pure consciousness) master in order to enter the state effortlessly. What do I do?
First, I assume i am void state master
" I am void state master" "I literally entered the void last night" "I induced pure consciousness yesterday" "I am so good at this! this is my reality!"
Now that I already assume this, I dont have to do anything other that persist. But alas! the next day i wake up and realise I havent induced pure consciousness. I begin to doubt my assumption. So i say
"Omg i cant enter this void!" "manifestation just isn't for me!" "omg I suck" ... and wallow in self pity.
But then I remember. I am actually Void state master already. I keep flip-flopping and not trusting my assumptions. So to refute this I say
"What am I even talking about. I enter the void so effortlessly!" "This is my reality." "I was put into this world to enjoy living and not to suffer" "I can do whatever i assume I can"
In this way, whenever doubts arise, I persist.
Dolly tips Trust me when I say all you have to do is persist. Think of this. Imagine someone tells you "hey, I love your green hair". would you say "umm i'm actually brunette, but now that you said that, I guess I had green hair all along" or would you say "girl are you blind? I literally have brown hair."?
Thats the confidence you need to have in your assumption. Your brain might sometimes act like an annoying little brat, but you know the truth.
Ok bye! remember that you already have your desires and everything you want is already destined for you!
Getting romanced;
OKAYYYYY HELLOOOO YOU SHIFTED??!?? PACK IT UP MASTER SHIFTER 😩🫶🏽
BAE WHAT WAS THE METHOD PLEASE THESE ALMOST SHIFTS AND SHIFTING FOR TWO SECONDS ARE EATING ME ALIVE HELP A BISH OUTTTT
the anti-method (a.k.a., you were never here to begin with).
౨ৎ this isn’t a method (well, sorta). no steps, no trying, no reaching. it’s a glitch. a realisation. a quiet little crack in the mirror. it did make *me* shift !!!
there was never a door to open. never a distance to cross. you were never locked out. just lost in a dream, trying to wake up when you were already awake.
people talk about shifting like it’s a journey, a climb, a thing to chase. but what if it was always just a memory?? something lodged in the back of your mind, waiting for you to remember it? like a word on the tip of your tongue. like déjà vu.
you were already there. you just forgot.
i , lie or sit still. don’t try. don’t force. just let yourself exist, soft and untethered. feel your body like it’s not yours. just a borrowed costume, a dress-up game you forgot you were playing. limbs are foreign. the weight is someone else’s problem.
ii , ask yourself. " WHAT IF I ALREADY SHIFTED AND I JUST...FORGOT? " not “what if i go there,” not “what if i shift.” but what if i was always there? what if i just... blanked out for a sec?
iii , your brain will (probably) panic. it’ll start grasping at straws, trying to prove you’re still here. trying to reattach you to the illusion. let it fumble. let it glitch. just keep thinking :
◞ i already shifted. i just forgot. ◞ i’ve been there this whole time.
it’s not a theory. not a wish. just a fact you misplaced somewhere along the way.
iv , the mind collapses on itself. how do you know you aren’t already in your dr? how do you prove this isn’t the dream? the body stops feeling like yours. the world gets flimsy at the edges. and then? the illusion shatters.
v , you remember. not enter. not “get there.” just....remember. your dr? you were in it before you even asked. shifting? you never had to try. it was always just a breath away. you were never locked out. you just forgot the door was already open.
vi , you're there. like the ending of a lucid dream where you suddenly know without needing proof. and that’s it. you're there. you always were.
⊹ ︶︶ ୨୧ ︶︶ ⊹
the anti-method works for getting into the void as well, as it bypasses the idea of getting there entirely. instead of treating the void as a destination you have to reach, it flips the perspective :
you’re already in the void. you just forgot.
the void isn’t something you enter. it’s something you remember. it’s the default state, the space beneath everything else. but your mind, in its little desperate need to cling to reality, convinced you that you’re somewhere else. that you’re here instead of there. this method forces your brain into a logical spiral . . .
◞ how do i know i’m not already in the void? ◞ how do i prove this isn’t the dream? ◞ what if i just… forgot?
and because your brain can’t disprove it, the illusion starts to crack. your body stops feeling real. the world starts to feel dreamlike. the physical self detaches, and, poof, there you are. or rather, there you always were.
it works because it messes with the fabric of perception. if you stop believing in the difference between “here” and “there,” what’s left???? just being. just existing. and in that moment of realisation, the illusion of reality collapses. and you remember the void like an old childhood memory suddenly rushing back.
once you're in the void, once the realisation fully sinks in and the illusion crumbles, you're just there. infinite. detached. pure awareness. it’s like waking up from a dream, but instead of waking into your bedroom, you wake into nothingness. and then? well, you decide.
◞ if you want to affirm, affirm. ◞ if you want to shift, set your intention and let yourself go. ◞ if you want to just exist in the void, soak in the weightless, limitless nothingness.
there’s no next step because the void doesn’t require doing. it’s the ultimate being. you can shape it, or you can let it hold you. either way, you’re already exactly where you need to be.
what happens after? whatever you want. that’s the whole point.
౨ৎ and that is it. no trying, no reaching, just a little oh. moment. a déjà vu in the back of your mind. go play in the dreamscape. you were never here anyway.
you definitely don't require this method, or any method at all to either shift *or* get to the void, but method can be fun ! you can definitely try this one out if you wish.
For the last time again pure consciousness is INDUCED! from being aware of the 4D state thats it. your 4D state is literally:
imagination
inner monologue (conversation)
playing a song in your head
ANYTHING that has the word 4D in it is literally just in short for inner. EVERYTHING IS INNER! the 3D is just a illusion of your past assumptions. stop acting like its so hard to induce, you guys ask the same questions repeatedly like what more do you want? we’re not going to manifest for you. i think 99% of the community on tumblr glorifies this so much that it led to complications and misinformation which also led to people doubting it and always assuming they fail it (which is remotely impossible because you can’t fail anything within yourself 💀). “BUT I WANT TO INDUCE IT NOW!! IM SO TIRED OF THIS REALITY—“ ok.. and you can do just that by simply laying down and remaining focused on the darkness behind your eyes and the little scenarios you make. i think its so hilarious because if you can make all these sexual fantasies about what you and your crush will do with EASE how come it’s suddenly so hard to daydream when wanting to induce pure consciousness??
and like always just after this post you’re going to go back and doomscroll looking for the magical key to make you suddenly induce it when i literally explained what you have to do.
CLOSE YOUR EYES, RELAX, FOCUS ON THE DARKNESS BEHIND YOUR EYES, THEN YOU INDUCE IT!!!
you’re so worried about the “whats and ifs and whys” instead of the 4D which is why you “fail” to induce it. you’re so worried about that floaty feeling, you’re so worried about the time, you’re so worried about tomorrow. JUST LET GO! learn to trust yourself.
So this topic has come to my attention, as i see alot of bloggers saying to shift you need practice and to stop giving people “unrealistic expectations”. No shade but to that i say bullshit. Shifting/Tapping in to the void is and will always be as easy as fucking breathing. We are gods meaning that everything and i mean everything is easy for us. Saying you need practice for something that is inside of us, something so easy, really contradicts the idea of being a god. We don’t need to practice for something inside of us. Saying that shifting is as easy as breathing isn’t toxic and deceiving it will be true if that’s what you stand firm in.
Now for those who have known about the void for a “long time”. Stop telling me how much “time” you’ve “wasted”, because you shouldn’t care, it’s not real and you know you can flip your thoughts in nano seconds. Again, i see so many people who lie and say that they are confident but in the back of their mind they go “i’ve known about the void and have been failing for 2 years, why would today be any different” or “i’ve wasted so much time let’s just see if i get in today”.
but let me tell you, there is no “trying”. You are either 100% you are tapping in today, or you know you won’t, there is no “i’ll try tonight” or “i’ll use this method and MIGHT get into the void today”, no no no when you come into this with a trying mindset you will never get far in this void journey. It’s like that tomorrow riddle the one saying “what says it’s coming but never does”. Because if you tell yourself that you’re trying, you will always be in the state of trying for the void and never in the state of having the void. This applies to any desire, you will always be in the state of desiring something (in this case, being the void) and never in the state of having that desire. You must know that you are entering the void, know that there is no other outcome than the void and it will be as easy as breathing.
You can’t have one foot out the door you must know and don’t think that this is hard to do, just flip your thoughts and persist whenever you think about the void. And as god your subconscious mind will see this and reflect the fact that the there is no other outcome than the void. So please do not feel discouraged like you have to practice for the void and “waste more time” or do challenges that last weeks to “fix your self concept” because these are things that can be done in seconds. Do i need to remind you who you are? as god, whatever you want comes to pass immediately, just stand firm in that and shifting and the void will be as easy as breathing.
(ps: did you guys miss me? 😏)
for those who have never heard of it, the state of pure awareness is exactly what it sounds like: pure awareness, detached from the input of your 3D senses, a state where you are no longer grounded to the 3D. this means you will not feel your body, or any surroundings at all. for those who have already heard of it, you may have heard this referred to as "the void state" or "the void", (especially recently,) but i don't like this term as it implies that "the void" is some sort of place that you go to, and it's not. "the void state" is not somewhere you go, it is a state of being and experiencing that you become.
what is the state of pure awareness?
the state of pure awareness is just you. you are your awareness, and the state of pure awareness is just you, without the data and input of your 3rd dimensional senses distracting you.
why does pure awareness help with reality shifting?
when we reality shift, our goal is to find a way to trigger our awareness into a movement in the 4th and 5th dimensional directions. for some, this is easier to do when you are not distracted by the 3D. this isn't because it's impossible to shift while aware of the 3D! on the contrary, lots of people shift while totally awake and aware in the 3D, in either their CR, or their DR, or even both. but for most of us, our awareness is really used to and really comfortable piloting our 3D body here. so perhaps try getting into a state of pure awareness and see if that helps you trigger a shift.
i believe the state of pure awareness is natural, a side effect of the simple fact that the bodies we inhabit are 3D, and our awareness isn't. our awareness is not a 3D object, mass, or body part. you can't point to and say "there it is, that's human awareness." but in our current states, our awareness gets all this input and data about reality from a 3D body.
the reason you see nothing and feel nothing when you're in the state of pure awareness is because when your awareness is not focusing on input from your 3D body, there is nothing for your to "see", "feel" or "hear" and no body for you to see, feel or hear it with. those are 3D concepts, and 3D senses.
how will i know im in the state of pure awareness?
you will have absolutely zero input from your 3D senses. there will be nothing, and yet you will be totally and comfortably aware. that means if your body feels tingly, floaty, dizzy, fuzzy, etc you are not in pure awareness. if you see hallucinations, flashes of light, etc, you are not in pure awareness. if your thoughts are muddled, dreamlike, or confused, you are not in pure awareness. if things change or destabilize into a different dreamlike scene, you are not in pure awareness. if you can feel your 3D body in any way, you are not in pure awareness.
how do i get into the state of pure awareness?
there are many different ways to get into the state of pure awareness. if one way doesn't work for you, please feel free to try another or even make up your own way. now, technically, you don't need a method to do this. because the state of pure awareness is not some place we have to travel to or a locked dungeon we need a secret key to get into... it hypothetically is possible to simply instantly get into the state of pure awareness. ie, to completely let go of 3D distraction, and become pure awareness right now. so, first, i urge you to try it. like, actually. pause your reading, and try to become pure awareness.
did it work?
if yes, congratulations, you've done it! you don't need to read the rest of this, or maybe skip down to the 'troubleshooting' section if you're one of those people who can get into the state of pure awareness but finds they aren't triggered to reality shift from it, and just came back here without being able to shift to your DR.
if it didn't work, do not despair. i think you're fully capable of getting into the state of pure awareness, and it may start to feel more natural and happen with more ease with practice. for now, here are some pointers.
method 1(a)
meditation. don't let that word scare you off! i'm someone with adhd, and ptsd. in my past, meditation was always spoken about or taught to me in a way that was completely ineffectual for me. i thought meditation just didn't work on me. turns out, all i needed was a method that was accessible for me, and for someone to explain what meditation actually is in first place because it turns out, what i was trying to force my mind to do isn't even needed or isn't even what mediation is. so no wonder why it didn't work! i'm planning to make a much longer "how to meditate" series for those who struggle, but for now i'm going to be fairly brief. if it doesn't work, just move on to 1(b), or 1(c) for now.
step one: choose an environment. it's okay if there are distractions, but it may help you to pick the most comfortable environment possible, whatever that means to you. do you want to be alone? outdoors? in the dark? what position do you want to be in? etc.
step two: relax your physical body, if you can. however this might look for you. can't relax? hold space for your body to relax if it can, but don't force it. some people find it easier to physically relax if they first tense up as hard as they can, and then let it go. this is the stage where some choose to focus on their breathing, do a body scan, etc. once you feel you are relaxed enough, turn your attention away from your physical body. note: this does not mean that your physical body has to stop feeling sensations. your nerves and senses will continue to function, because they always do, and that's their job. that's okay. your goal is not to force your body to be numb and comatose because it won't be. if physical sensations come to your awareness, simply acknowledge them and let it pass you by.
step three: relax your mind, if you can. however that might look for you. keep in mind, this does not mean to "clear your mind" in the sense of having no thoughts at all. that's not necessary, and your brain is meant to think. begin to let it do that without you. that's okay. if thoughts come to you, simply acknowledge them and let them pass you by. it may help to focus your awareness on something in your imagination, while you allow your brain to think in the background. common ones are counting, visualizing thinks like smoke, light, or a rhythmic activity like swimming, walking, etc.
at some point during steps two or three, you may start to experience hypnogogic symptoms. they aren't the goal with this method, and you don't need to focus on them. if you feel them, that's okay, just acknowledge the sensations and let them pass.
struggling to let thoughts pass you by? it may help to take a similar approach with your mind as some do with the body, taking the "tense your body and then release to relax". "tense"/focus on each one of your thoughts, acknowledge it, and then let it go. if it helps, try to visualize (or create the idea of) a place to put them. this could mean floating them away into the clouds, placing them into a box, or tossing them off a cliff. whatever you pick, acknowledge you do not need to be aware of that thought or sensation right now, and put it away for later. it may help to visualize putting them all in there, and then closing the box or turning away from wherever you put it.
step four: pure awareness. for this step, i'm gonna ask you to pick one thing to focus on. your mind and body should be relaxed, with no sensations or thoughts distracting you, it's all just passing you by. pick one thing. it could be anything. a mantra (ie, repeating "i am" in your mind) counting, a visualization (a place, maybe an object, or a simple, repeating sensation like the sound of ocean waves or the feeling of breeze on your skin.) whatever it is, turn your full awareness to that. take as long as you need, revisiting steps three and four whenever necessary. is your full awareness on your chosen focus? great, now let it go.
one of two things will happen. either your awareness will let go and you'll become a state of pure awareness, or distractions will spring back up. let them if they do, it's okay. it may take practice, you may have to bring yourself back up and stop for now and try again another time, or you may be able to continue if you go back through steps two and three and make another attempt.
method 1(b)
hypnogogia. some people experience hypnogogia when they meditate, but this is not a meditation method. this method is for those who don't want to meditate but who naturally experience hypnogogia when they're waking up or as they're falling asleep. identify which you experience, and plan to make use of it the next time it happens. you can increase the chances of it occurring very simply, if you're someone this works for.
for as you're falling asleep: every night when you go to sleep, your body and mind fall asleep, and they actually do this separately. the next time you're going to bed, and you'd like to reality shift, just try to keep your mind aware. you don't have to do anything special, you can just let your mind think normally. to avoid falling asleep, just keep your awareness focused, rather than letting it slip away as you would when you are going to sleep. if you need something to help hold your awareness in your mind, try counting, or visualizing, or focusing on one minute sense (ie, the weight of your blankets, or the sound of the refrigerator buzzing from the kitchen.) just let your body fall asleep. you don't have to do anything in particular to let this happen. your body naturally falls asleep every night, just don't get in the way of the process and it'll do the same as it always does. at some point, your mind will still be awake but your body will begin to fall into sleep, and this is when you start to experience symptoms of hypnogogia. lights flashing, hallucinations, fuzzy or tingly sensations, spinning, dizziness, floating, etc.
for as you're waking up: basically the same as above, but do it right after waking up instead. if you struggle with letting your body fall asleep when you first go to bed, this method might help you. right when you wake up, your body is still fully of sleepiness, and it's generally much easier for your body to fall back asleep than it was to fall asleep in the first place. use that, relax, keep your awareness in your mind and wait until the hypnogogia symptoms start. (this one doesn't often work for me because i have ptsd, and when i wake up i often immediately jump into fight or flight mode, totally and instantly awake. if that's you, this might not be the method for you!)
once you're in hypnogogia: there are a few ways you can go about this, and you can try both.
try focusing on the hypnogogic sensations. these are not real 3D senses, and your goal is to get away from the 3D distractions, so chase them. stay in them as long as you can. this technique is kind of like following the white rabbit down into wonderland, except that it's your awareness following strange buzzy sensations and flashing lights out of your body. try this until the 3D completely falls away, and the hypnogogia falls away next, leaving you in the void much like the white rabbit ditched alice when she fell down that hole.
did the hypnogogia not fall away? don't panic, try technique two: manually let go of the hypnogogic sensations. let them pass. actually, avoid them. your arms are tingling? notice it, and shift your awareness away. body spinning? let it go. don't try to focus your awareness on anything, just let things happen while you focus on being aware.
eventually, you should become pure awareness. if you try a few times and can't, this might not be the best method for you. some people are overwhelmed or distracted by symptoms of hypnogogia rather than being able to use it to reach pure awareness. just see what works for you!
method 1(c)
lucid dreams. when you become lucid in a dream, you're almost already in the state of pure awareness. if you know about lucid dreaming, you might understand what i mean. you're lucid, and you're fully detached from the 3D. that's great, that's the pure awareness state, right?..... not quite, because of the "dream" part. in most lucid dreams, there is still that "dreamlike" quality. however, if you're someone who is able to lucid dreams often, and have the skill to stabilize your lucid dream, you can also develop the skill to dismiss the dream entirely. that way, you go from lucid dreaming, to just lucid. (ie, pure awareness.)
i won't go too deep into how to have a lucid dream here because there's so much to say (if anyone requests it, i might make a follow up later about how to lucid dreaming!) but for now, the relevant info is how to stabilize the dream, giving you the ability to dismiss it.
so you're lucid. awesome! now what?
first, perform reality checks to confirm that you are lucid dreaming. poke your finger through your hand. did it go through? you are dreaming. now pinch your nose, and take a deep breath. did you breath? you are dreaming. look for a clock, or create one. look at the time, look away, and look back again. did the time change? you are dreaming. look for a mirror, or create one. look at your reflection. are you dreaming?
continue using reality checks intermittently. i've found that people can be fully lucid, and then forget they're dreaming and lose control.
now to stabilize the dream. first, stabilize yourself. hold up your hands. how many fingers do you have? touch the tip of your index finger to each finger on your other hand as you count them. are there five on each hand? good. now press your hands together, palm to palm, and rub. can you feel it? great! clasp your hands together, intertwining your fingers, and then pull them apart. count your fingers again. still five on each hand? great, you're ready to move on.
now stabilize your surroundings. to do this, use each of your five senses. first, look at something and notice the details. is it colorful? is it clear? now listen. can you hear anything? what about touch, reach out and touch something. hold it in your hand, and focus on keeping it there. smell it, and then taste it. (it sounds weird, but it really helps.)
now practice dream control. that thing in your hands, do you still have it? if not, redo the previous step. if yes, great! now turn it into something else, change the color, or the size. now make your thing disappear, but on purpose. now make something else appear. then make it disappear. do another reality check. do you still have five fingers?
now to dismiss the dream. this might take a few tries, as your brain is dreaming, it will try to add things in, or take you into a new dream. focus on your awareness, and insist on staying aware while the dream disappears. it may seem easier to dismiss things one by one (ie, the walls, the floor, then your body) but in my experience this can make things less stable. try dismissing everything all at once, if you can.
did it work? confirm that you're in the state of pure awareness (see: how will i know i'm in the state of pure awareness? above.) are your thoughts clear, consistent, and in control? are you totally stable, with no risk of waking up or coming out of the state? if not, you may still be dreaming. if you realize you're still dreaming, just let yourself enter a new dream scene and repeat the step above.
what do i do once im in the state of pure awareness? how do i shift?
actually, there's a lot you can do! but this is a reality shifting post, so that's what we'll focus on. once you've confirmed you're in the state of pure awareness, you are no longer aware of any 3D at all. hypothetically, it's just as easy to become aware of your DR from there as it is to become aware of this reality. first, try just doing it. become aware of your DR.
did that work? if not, try some of the tools you'd use to trigger a shift in general, except now you're doing them from the state of pure awareness with zero 3D distractions.
relax. there is absolutely zero rush. time does not pass here the way it does in the 3D. in the 3D, we perceive time as passing linearly, but your awareness is no longer tied to the third dimension. you have no body here, and you are not attached to your 3D brain or mind either. relax in your awareness.
visualize your DR. i think visualization is one of our most powerful tools for reality shifting, and it's even better in the void with no distraction. remember, you don't need to create the whole world with the power of your mind. you're not creating the world, and you're not traveling there. you're already there, you're just becoming aware of it. focus your awareness on small things about your DR. i think it helps to choose a few that feel close, familiar, or very real. where are you? what's your name? what are you going to do next? what are you wearing? what do you always have in your pockets when you leave the house? your favorite piece of jewelry? what does it feel like?
repeat. this could be a mantra, counting, your visualization, whatever, just pick something, if you find that repeating is something that helps you.
now visualize the very moment you want to shift into. use your senses, but don't force yourself to use one that's not coming naturally, ie don't sit there thinking "oh no, now i have to think of something to taste-" let go. you, dear reader who is reading this right now, are you thinking of one thing you can taste? probably not. unless you're eating hot chips. your DR self doesn't have to try to focus on being there, you're just there. so what are you sensing? are you seeing anything? smelling anything? hearing anything? feeling anything? don't create these sensations, or force yourself to feel them, you're in the state of pure awareness and you can't feel anything anyways. just reach for them.
at some point, you should become aware of your DR. in my experience, you don't have to force yourself there and there's no "symptoms" of being about to be there, especially because if you're in the state of pure awareness so there's no 3D sensations at all. it may feel like a "blip" or like a "pull" or a "blink" or like a "shift", and then you're there.
troubleshooting:
i can't get into the state of pure awareness.
don't worry, it's not the only way to reality shift. if 1(b) and 1(c) don't work for you, consider waiting for my meditation guides to be out, or methods 2 and 3, or come up with something all your own. you do not need to get into the state of pure awareness to reality shift, it's just one method that helps some people.
i got into the state of pure awareness, but i didn't shift.
well, there's two possibilities here. either you weren't actually in the state of pure awareness (ie, you accidentally fell asleep, or into a dream, or you were in some other meditative state you mistook for pure awareness).... or you did shift. to here. when you're pure awareness, you're not aware of this 3D reality, so when you became aware of this 3D reality, that was you reality shifting to here. oops! it happens, you can try again. do you remember how it felt when you reality shifted here from pure awareness? what triggered it? see if you can use that, and try to reverse engineer whatever made you become aware of here, to become aware of your DR next time instead.
if it does not work, over and over, then the state of pure awareness may not be what helps trigger you to shift to your DR. try a different method!
ok lovelies that's all for now!

A lot of you guys still see the physical world ("3d" or whatever) as the final result, but do you guys really get what manifestation is? Do you guys REALLY get how manifestation Works?
You want something » you start manifest it » affirm/visualize or whatever » you start thinking as the version of you that have it » you enter fully in that state and you have it
Physical world/"3d"= YOUR own thoughts, literally your thoughts.
You create a dominant thought » it shows up in your reality
There's no Magic! There's no process either! Your "physical world" shows you your own thoughts, do you have a process to think anything? Do you need a 30 days method challenge to think something? I dont think so. That "process thing" you created is probably because it seems "too good to be true" but it is something you do since your birth! There's no Magic in manifestation, it is as normal as breathing tbh.
WHERE DO I EVEN START?!
୧ ‧₊˚ 🦇⋅ ☆ WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN HONESTLY? Let's do this from the beginning to make things easy. Hellooo everyone <3 I'm Mercy and I've been in the LOA community for a long time now (alongside the subliminal community) and I have a semi-success story to share. I haven't manifested anything just yet, but I know I successfully induced pure consciousness this morning!
So, I used SATS and the sleep paralysis method, and let me tell you—they worked wonders for me. As I was drifting into sleep, I felt this weird sensation, like I was separating from my body. Then everything started happening so fast. I had some insane symptoms—my body was slightly freaking out, my mind was racing—but I stayed calm, persisted, let go and kept relaxing.
And then… suddenly, it was completely silent. Completely dark, and I just was. It hit me like, "Wait… why is it quiet? Why is it dark? "
And of course, like the clown I am, I FREAKED OUT and accidentally snapped out of it! (honestly mad about it but we're all good <3) 😭
Even though I didn’t stay in it for long, I know I tapped into pure consciousness. This just confirms for me that it’s real and absolutely possible. Now that I’ve experienced it, I know I can get back there again. If you're inducing pure consciousness, keep relaxing and persisting! Let go and just know and accept that you're already there. It will happen! <3
for those who have never heard of it, the state of pure awareness is exactly what it sounds like: pure awareness, detached from the input of your 3D senses, a state where you are no longer grounded to the 3D. this means you will not feel your body, or any surroundings at all. for those who have already heard of it, you may have heard this referred to as "the void state" or "the void", (especially recently,) but i don't like this term as it implies that "the void" is some sort of place that you go to, and it's not.
(it sounds weird, but it really helps.)
now practice dream control. that thing in your hands, do you still have it? if not, redo the previous step. if yes, great! now turn it into something else, change the color, or the size. now make your thing disappear, but on purpose. now make something else appear. then make it disappear. do another reality check. do you still have five fingers?
now to dismiss the dream. this might take a few tries, as your brain is dreaming, it will try to add things in, or take you into a new dream. focus on your awareness, and insist on staying aware while the dream disappears. it may seem easier to dismiss things one by one (ie, the walls, the floor, then your body) but in my experience this can make things less stable. try dismissing everything all at once, if you can.
did it work? confirm that you're in the state of pure awareness (see: how will i know i'm in the state of pure awareness? above.) are your thoughts clear, consistent, and in control? are you totally stable, with no risk of waking up or coming out of the state? if not, you may still be dreaming. if you realize you're still dreaming, just let yourself enter a new dream scene and repeat the step above.
what do i do once im in the state of pure awareness? how do i shift?
actually, there's a lot you can do! but this is a reality shifting post, so that's what we'll focus on. once you've confirmed you're in the state of pure awareness, you are no longer aware of any 3D at all. hypothetically, it's just as easy to become aware of your DR from there as it is to become aware of this reality. first, try just doing it. become aware of your DR.
did that work? if not, try some of the tools you'd use to trigger a shift in general, except now you're doing them from the state of pure awareness with zero 3D distractions.
relax. there is absolutely zero rush. time does not pass here the way it does in the 3D. in the 3D, we perceive time as passing linearly, but your awareness is no longer tied to the third dimension. you have no body here, and you are not attached to your 3D brain or mind either. relax in your awareness.

repeat. this could be a mantra, counting, your visualization, whatever, just pick something, if you find that repeating is something that helps you.
now visualize the very moment you want to shift into. use your senses, but don't force yourself to use one that's not coming naturally, ie don't sit there thinking "oh no, now i have to think of something to taste-" let go. you, dear reader who is reading this right now, are you thinking of one thing you can taste? probably not. unless you're eating hot chips. your DR self doesn't have to try to focus on being there, you're just there. so what are you sensing? are you seeing anything? smelling anything? hearing anything? feeling anything? don't create these sensations, or force yourself to feel them, you're in the state of pure awareness and you can't feel anything anyways. just reach for them.
